Placed
my
tile
order
with
Stephanie
at
the
beginning
of
March.
Received
most
of
my
items
about
10
days
later.
The
balance
of
the
tiles
were
held
up
in
a
warehouse
on
the
east
coast.
After
two
weeks
I
tried
to
contact
Stephanie
several
times
but
got
no
response
from
her.
After
another
week
of
the
same,
we
finally
had
to
contact
the
Tile
Shop
warehouse
ourselves
to
check
on
the
status
of
the
shipment!
They
couldn’t
locate
it.
Then
we
received
an
incorrect
tracking
number.
Meanwhile,
all
charges
to
our
credit
card
went
through
as
if
we
had
received
everything!
After
a
month
Stephanie
emailed
me,
but
not
with
any
useful
information
or
an
apology,
just
to
lie
and
say
that
she
had
been
ill
even
though
the
receptionist
told
us
that
she
was
always
“with
other
customers”
whenever
we
called.
We
finally
received
the
tiles
35
days
after
order.
One
tile
was
missing
and
a
half
dozen
were
damaged
due
to
lack
of
a
box!
The
tiles
were
actually
laid
directly
on
the
wood
pallet
then
poorly
wrapped
in
plastic.
I
have
worked
in
this
business
for
40
years
and
I
have
never
received
such
terrible
service.
Stephanie
probably
still
doesn’t
even
know
or
care
if
we
received
the
tiles!
