Carolina at the North Olmsted store is amazing!! Very patient and helpful and goes above and beyond! She is the reason I shop there! She has great ideas and can help you with your vision with a lot of guidance and great ideas An absolute pleasure to work with !

I spent 20 minutes walking around in the store. There were two people working. Not one acknowledged my presence. I found some tile. I thought I might like however, poor poor customer service. I gave up and left. I won’t go there again.

Okay tile selection, but not cool when they talked mybwife into buying a bunch of extra tile, extra glue and grout we did not need. Lots of things on backorder so place your orders asap.

Placed my tile order with Stephanie at the beginning of March. Received most of my items about 10 days later. The balance of the tiles were held up in a warehouse on the east coast. After two weeks I tried to contact Stephanie several times but got no response from her. After another week of the same, we finally had to contact the Tile Shop warehouse ourselves to check on the status of the shipment! They couldn’t locate it. Then we received an incorrect tracking number. Meanwhile, all charges to our credit card went through as if we had received everything! After a month Stephanie emailed me, but not with any useful information or an apology, just to lie and say that she had been ill even though the receptionist told us that she was always “with other customers” whenever we called. We finally received the tiles 35 days after order. One tile was missing and a half dozen were damaged due to lack of a box! The tiles were actually laid directly on the wood pallet then poorly wrapped in plastic. I have worked in this business for 40 years and I have never received such terrible service. Stephanie probably still doesn’t even know or care if we received the tiles! Customers beware!

What a great selection of floor and wall tile! You could spend an entire day looking through everything. Staff is caring and very helpful.

This place is AMAZING! If you can’t find your choice of tile here, it’s no where! Stephanie worked with me for over 3 months, she has great ideas, concepts and the patience of a saint. When she is working with you, you have her undivided attention. She’s professional and precise. She’s just good at what she does, and it’s a rare commodity these days. Service is swift and no hassle returns( within reason).Their materials are local so no 6week shipping wait unlike most other places. I can’t say enough positive things about her or them! Go there you won’t regret it!

I paid over $1,000 for subway tiles. I arrived today to pick up my order, I get told to park in the back so they can load my order in. 10 minutes after waiting I get told they have zero idea where my order is located and they may need to place another order which would be Thursday which is also when I’m having the contractor come in and install it. Really unprofessional and disappointing experience!!!!

Their showroom has the most selections we could find anywhere! Something for every price range And plan! Very friendly and most helpful Associates

This store couldn't provide any better customer service. Jeffrey was an excellent salesperson, displaying a great knowledge of the tiles and adapting and guiding us to exactly what we needed for a very small project. They were quite busy on a Saturday afternoon and yet he was calm and took his time answering all of our questions and helping us to narrow down choices. We couldn't be any more satisfied.

Fantastic place. Wish we had started here. Our design consultant, Stephanie, was awesome and helped us go from a “top five,” to the right tile pretty quickly. Great selection and great service!

Very disgusted with customer service. We had tile put in a new shower in our new construction home. They sold us what they thought we would need to grout our shower. Our construction ran longer than planned. We tried to return grout that was never used. They would not take it back because it was after their time limit on returns. It was a $55 bag of grout. Seriously anyone building or working with builders now knows things are slower. They should have taken grout back. We will not be back nor will we refer anyone.

Ordered tile that they didn't have in stock, had to drive to a different city to pick it up, the cashier ordered an extra box of tile and told us that we could return extra just so we would have enough, and I wouldn't have to drive out there again. After the job was done we had more than one box left and I was told that I could not return an open box. Although they originally told me we could return individual tiles when she ordered the extra tiles for us. Now we cannot return it. Waste of time and money. Terrible customer service. Do not believe what they tell you when they have you order extra material. Shower turned out great, just a waste of materials at at our expense. Would not recommend

I purchased tile for my bathroom remodel. Using a contractor that recommended me to this store. The contractor told me how much tile to order. It took the contractor 6 weeks to complete the project. I went to return a unopened box of tile and they would not take it back they said I have 60 days to return it from the date we ordered the tile. Obviously this was not enough time. I like to support small business but do yourself a favor and purchase your tile elsewhere. They were not to friendly when I tried to return the tile. I will never go back to this store. You may have made a big sale with me but it’s my last and hopefully others will read this and buy elsewhere

Just had my first, but certainly not my last, experience at the Tile Shop. The place is enormous with a lot of samples and ideas. After looking around a bit, we went to the Design Center and Sarah S. helped us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, was very kind and honest about what each could and couldn’t do, and helped us design our new bathroom. She has an excellent eye for design and suggested things that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself with all of the samples on the floor, but her choices complemented my unique style, and we can’t wait to go back and get more ideas for our kitchen, hall, and other bathrooms. Sarah S is top-notch and we really enjoyed her eye for detail, her superior knowledge, and flexibility dealing with people who had the faintest glimmer of the desired outcome without any tangible design schemes. Really cannot recommend her or the shop enough!
