Drove 2 hours because this was the only Lumber Liquidators around that had what we needed. The young man was nice, but did not give me a receipt for what my husband had ordered on the phone. They had a problem with the printer paper and seemed very put out by me. The other young man that loaded it was just "nasty". I asked to look at the ends of the boxes as this was the reason we needed more and he totally ignored me and "threw" the boxes in the truck. This was on Friday Sept. 27 at 10:30. I get it, people have bad days but seriously, this "attitude" was uncalled for. I felt so strongly about this bad attitude that I had to give feedback. First public feedback.

The person taking,recording info didn't enter correct info,had trouble finding products on the computer.

Love this Company! Excellent communication during the entire process from start-to-finish! 2nd time working with Carson (at the North Olmsted store) who is knowledgeable and pleasant ..and patient! He helped me pick out product; did the quote, the purchase, follow-up ph call for the measurement appt - he was excellent to work with . Loved LL flooring’s cust svc and communication (by email) thru entire process. Excellent install by Buckeye Flooring; Rich the owner was the one who came out to measure (he knew EXACTLY what to tell me to order for product (transitions, door trim, stairnose etc) and I had ordered the right amt of product based on his measurement (3/4 of a box left)! Thank you to Mike and his crew for doing such a great job with the install! Mike knew what he was doing and detail-oriented; he made sure It was done properly -it’s perfect, thx! Highly recommend getting the extra padding to lay down first (and it’s no extra cost to install) It makes a big difference in comfort under-foot, it’s quieter, gives more insulation and acts as a moisture-barrier, as well. I chose San Fernando Hickory and I like the feel, the neutral color, the matte finish (or low-sheen), it’s easy to clean and I am very happy with it!

We have had LL Flooring install flooring in our home before and the were very professional and neat.

The customer service in the store was positive and we felt good about the product and price, but we had numerous issues with the installation. There was significant lack of communication between the store and the installers leading to delays, and significant unexpected work on my end. Like previous reviews have said, I would highly recommend going with someone else for the install.

Lumber Liquidators just did our flooring. They did not completed their job. They left so many things that still needed repair. Most of the wood floor are coming apart. They did a really bad job with our flooring. I would not recommend to go to them.

If you are of color and buying flooring they make you fell like you shouldn't be in the store at all felt very uncomfortable so I just went to home depot they really make you feel out of place all money is green not black and white

I always check out the website because they always have new products and best deals for flooring. I would definitely recommend to take a look and compare prices.

2 out of the 5 boxes ordered were damaged. I was told their installers could work around it. How about not damaging the flooring, almost a $100 a box.

Amazing Staff!!! They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! I never "felt" pressure to buy. They made buying my new floor fun!! I couldn't believe the prices, they actually were LESS expensive then when I searched online. I can't recommend them enough. If you want or need new flooring LL Flooring is the way to go!! Very satisfied with the products and services provided. Everything exceeded my expectations.

LL in store customer service was "okay" once you found someone to help you. We had a large job and one installation person showed up initially. By lunch there were 3 more people but they left by 3pm. These 6 hour days went on for 4 days w/o the owner ever calling or stopping by the job site to see how it was going. At end of day 2 i called the installer b/c i wanted the job done by the promised 5 days. It was, but not without damage to my faux finished wall and my oak (finished) woodwork. The quarter round was jagged in 2 corners and there were spaces in between many areas of the wood. The whole installation process was LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL. We paid MORE for the install than the product. The product is better. Get your own reliable installer with references. You'll sleep better and be happier with the results.

Carson was unbelievably amazing at helping us pick out our Brazilian cherry floors! Couldn’t recommend working with him enough. Thank you Carson!
