    Worst customer service! Only 7 people in line and they couldn't manage. See the photo, 5 people inside in 2 groups and 10 staff are serving them(read seeing them). It was my turn and I waited dozens of minutes seeing the staff just speaking and doing nothing. They even did not have the slightest bit of creativity to make it faster, getting the order from people in the line or asking them if they need more info for instance.very bad experience.

    I echo with R E’s review. I should’ve taken a picture but I forgot to. They had the worst customer service ever. Don’t listen to the glowing reviews too closely. It’s likely because there was no line up and they actually got serviced on time… I went there yesterday to buy a Vertuo Next machine and there was 2 pair of customers in front of me. Logically I assumed it would take 5-10 minutes of wait. In the end, it took close to 30 to get into the store and another 5 when we stepped in to the door. As I was getting frustrated, the lady behind me did a favor for all of us and complained to someone that looked like a supervisor. Not only were the employees taking their time with everything, especially the ones that were not with customers, there was a particular customer that was having an issue, so 3 employees were trying to resolve the issue at the counter (which took them 10 minutes). Bring in a more qualified person or a manager instead of throwing in more manpower when it clearly was not effective. By the time I purchased and got out of the store, the line up tripled, to no one’s surprise. I sincerely hope they do something about this as the employees there do not seem to care much about the customers.

    They have good services, im totally satisfied of them, You can test what ever you like here and buy what ever you like from their list, no minimum limit for purchase, 1 box. Some flavours are seasonal, why? Hope this is the company policy. Some flavours are not real, why? Like Chocolate fudge, doesnt give you chocolate Fudge taste. I prefer dont buy it, i go to Starbucks instead. Will complete this review later with more tastes. Thx

    I found everything I was looking for at this store, and the prices were reasonable. The store was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience at Nespresso Boutique especially services provided by Mr. Basil. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of his services I will visit the store again.

    I really want to give Nespresso no stars but Google won't allow for that. Such a waste of time and money. I do not know where the customer service call reviews are for Nespresso but honestly it doesn't even matter because I am angry with Nespresso in general. Long story short, I called to get my Nespresso machine fixed because it was leaking water out of the side of the machine every time I made a coffee, so Nespresso told me that they would fix it and send it back. Okay perfect....then the machine came back a week or so later but damaged and smelling. The logo was wiped off, the inside had water in it and then water tank at the back was filled of coffee. It smelled. So I called again and they told me they would replace it with a brand new one so I sent the machine back. So nice of them...nope the same one came back and when I called to tell them of the situation some man on the phone told me that it was my problem and Nespresso won't do anything about it. I hung up and called back to speak to someone else and get a manager on the phone and she went on to tell me that Nespresso won't do anything and it is what it is. A lot of rude and disrespectful conversations from Nespresso employees happened in between but I'll save those for a later date and different social media platform. A simple issue that arose MONTHS ago, is still on going and I still do not have a machine AT ALL because the lady on the phone just now said that I didn't call for the 21st time when I shipped my machine back 3 WEEKS AGO...so Nespresso is holding a machine from me and not sending me back another one until now because I "finally called". I suggest no one buy a machine just to avoid having to call customer service if something does happen to your machine. A Christmas gift that I received has made a whole 7 coffees and given me a whole lot of disappointment from a brand that upholds themselves to a high standard.

    Great store! I absolutely loved the layout and appreciated being able to try my coffee before purchasing it. Unfortunately I don’t think the staff there get enough credit. As I was tasting my coffee just now, I witnessed another customer get a little nasty with a few employees who were only trying to help them. I’m a new Nespresso drinker so I appreciate their attempt to go above and beyond. Unfortunately not everyone can be pleased though.

    Wait time to get in can be long and it’s for a number of reasons. 1)Staff members have no knowledge of their own services they provide in store, three different staff members told me completely different things. 2)You cannot make an online order with them, you’re told to create a profile with them and call a number to order, or order yourself online. 3) Staff members are talking to eachother giggling and laughing while customers are waiting in line. 4) I saw on multiple occasions two/three staff members helping one customer at once for a long duration of time. Not what I expect from my first experience at NESPRESSO, I will be trying my best to avoid visiting the store and order online going forward.

    The coffee is very good, when the store is open , attendant are very nice, what it is not cool is that the Yorkdale mall closes at 8 pm but the boutique closes at 7 pm??? So what is the point? This is not cool when trying to make it on time!!

    You're greeted like an important customer the moment you step in. Traffic flow in and out of the store is still controlled due to covid so you can't just waltz in there to look at the machines for example. But if you're picking up an online order or selecting on the spot, it's an upscale coffee buying experience.

    Horrible experience. There’s only one door open, even though the store has 6 doors. In order to taste test something, instead of going up to the bar and asking for it, you have to wait in line and speak to a cashier and ask them to make you a coffee. There is no flow at all in the room, with only one door open, and the line up blocks the entire centre of the room. In order to get a coffee, you have to take a cashier away from their job. This makes the entire store chaotic and a mess. You have to exit out of the door you came in, because they don’t let you out any other way. They were also out of stock of most coffees and milk at the taste testing bar. Additionally, they have so many displays showcasing speciality coffees for lunar new year, but when i asked about it, they said there was no special coffee for lunar new year, despite the 10s of displays. Finally, the store is cash-free, which is an awful business decision and prevents me from purchasing from their store. Horrible management and the most inefficient, stupid set up i’ve ever seen for a specialty coffee store.

    Got notifications on my phone to go for coffee sampling as we were visiting Yorkdale shopping centre. Two boys at the door were busy chatting with their selves, when we entered. Then no one really helped us. When waiting at the sampling station 3 people were visibly ignoring us. When we asked for a help one guy send us back to shopping counter. Thank you for nothing. Store full of important nobody’s. Will keep ordering on line since service in store sucks.Please don’t send invitations when no one wants to help. If I could would give 0 stars.

    Worst customer service. The employees care about greeting you and giving away free coffee tastings rather than selling coffee to customers in line. Waited in line while watching an employee cash someone out, look at the people standing waiting and then go to the coffee tasting area leaving no one at the cash. As I was leaving, the greeter told me if I knew what I wanted I should just order online. Whats the point of physical stores if no one cares to actually sell anything? Will never shop at this location again.

    Let me count the ways. Okay look if your having a bad day. I get it. We all have rough days. But as guest in this establishment. I was looking for 3 things. One to purchase more pods to my machine, try out this Milano coffee pods, and inquire about different machines. There effectiveness and quietness. But this one woman on the plus size. Was having none of it to be welcoming, her demeanor, her body language. I don't believe I smell bad or I don't believe I was rude. I was pretty well respecting. By any shape I'm just going to stay with Sherway gardens Nespresso boutique. There awesome

    Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Every single time I go to Yorkdale, never a nice service, they just look like they don’t care, people are buying anyway. I placed an order for my friend to pick up, carefully edited my info in the app with his name so that he could pick it up easily. Do you think this is what happened? Of course not! The associate wouldn’t give him the order eventhough his name was written on it, all because it was through my account, and let’s not talk about the attitude... 100% recommend going to any other location but this one. Unless you like horrible service…

    More than 10 years with with them. I went there to redeem my $150.00 coffee credits for s machine that I bought the day before from Canadian tire. At Canadian tire the machine was advertised for $199.99 (instead of $209.99)! Nespresso refused my coffee credit because according to them it only applies if you pay the full price! That’s so cheap from Nespresso! Only for $10 and for a loyal customer! Anyway I am not surprised because in this country we don’t care about customer at all and we don’t know what customer service means!! Non ethical advertising also is a routine! This one refers to Canadian tire!

    I so love my Nespresso...and I so loathe visiting this boutique. The ONLY reason I go here is to avoid 10 dollars in shipping online and frankly...it's beginning to look like I'll just start paying. The staff at the door are rude, there's SO MUCH turn over so it's like no one knows what's going on. Pay the ten bucks and order online...don't bother with this place.

    I absolutely hate this store for many reasons. They have incompetent staff working there and only one person can do 'returns'. I ended up waiting almost an hour as being the 2nd person in the line when the store first opened - which is mind blowing. The coffee pods are also overpriced. The place is a scam, do not go. For a plastic bowl/container it will cost $40, which you can easily find at a Value Village. Stupid lines at all the nespresso stores. Get better nespresso, get better - you need the lord's help.

    Bad shopping experience today(Oct.23). A girl with one side braided hair served me, I said I would like to try 2 taste of coffee, she asked me to pay immediately(like wth?) She took us to try but keep rushing us to finish, While we were still drinking one cup of coffee, she had already taken away the other two cups and threw them away. I hope she is the only rude shopping guide of the store!!! This really Ruined my good mood all day! The coffee was great, I bought my machine when first come, was a man served us and was a very good shopping experience, he explained and recommended different kinds of coffee, we get everything we need at the end.

    Bought my first Nespresso machine in store today. Love how the store organize. Even with short staff they still manage the store really well. Shout out to Jay who assist us today! He explained the differences of the machine really well and make sure it’s the best for our purpose. He even gave us sample some of the coffees. Overall really happy we bought the machine in store today.

    Terrible customer service. They seem more concerned about their own conversations than attending to customers. I had a simple question and instead of letting me finish asking, they kept cutting me off. Regardless of whether or not they knew what I was going to ask they could have had the patience for the 3 seconds it took me to ask. Jeez get it together

    Made a purchase of coffee yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with the speed at which I was served at this location! The reviews I read were not very positive so I was a little reluctant go. The young lady who served me was lovely - helpful, knowledgeable and offered me a bonus that I qualified for. All in all a great experience ☕️

    At the store right now. Long line ups with 2 associates and folks wandering about but wouldn’t jump to help at check out. They should create 2 line ups…one for folks who want to experiment and try new flavors and second for those who know exactly what they want to purchase.

    As non coffee lover, going into the store was quite overwhelming initially. But Brian made the experience tremendous. Brian was super informative about the products. From showing off how the machine works, to tasting multiple coffees, to selecting the capsules and other accessories, i felt confident enough when leaving the store. So much so that i walked out with a Vertuo Plus for the wife. Brian was phenomenal and the wife is going to be happy this holiday season!

    To enter the store you have to wait in a line. So if you need to check how a coffee maker looks like in a real life just for a minute, you have to wait 15 mins in a line. Doesn’t make much sense apart from making the place crowded seeming like there’s lots of customers.

    Was very well assisted by Leslie with every purchase I had in mind when walking into the store. She was helpful, provided good advice, and gave us the best deals for Black Friday. I did give 4 stars because the milk frother I had just purchased did not work upon opening it the next day and trying to use it. It was brand new out of the box. We contacted Nespresso and they will be sending us a new one, but extra hassle to get it shipped back, and replaced since we don’t live close to this boutique.

    Asked the salesman a question about what pods are compatible and he just straight up lied to me. Rephrased it multiple times so he knew exactly what I meant, I could not have been more specific. It only gets 2 stars because the machine itself works pretty well - it just doesn't do what I was told it would. I'd reccomend researching yourself and buying from a 3rd party instead of going to the store.

    Nespresso offers a decent coffee experience with a convenient and stylish machine. The flavor variety is great, and the coffee quality is good. However, the high cost of capsules, limited customization options, and environmental concerns hold it back from a higher rating.

    This was my second time going to the Yorkdale location and it’s the worst service compared to the otter locations I visit. Was waiting to speak to the rep behind the sample bar. There were 2 workers and 1 ‘customer’. Waited for over 5 minutes and not a single acknowledgment from either of the reps. When the customer walked off to cash one of the reps went with her and the other went to the back. For such a classy place the service is so poor.

    This Boutique has a great customer service. Every time I have gone there I’ve been treated with the best customer manners. The staff are all great but today specifically there was this Rafael guy that helped us and he was extremely nice and answered all our questions patiently. He was great and perfectly knowledgeable.

    I went to get more capsules today. James welcomed us and told us there a promotion if I get more than 50 I get a beach pouch and 150 capsules for beach pouch and reuseable water bottle. I wanted to try new limited edition coffee before buying it so he took us to tasting bar and brought us a ice cube to try both hot and ice coffee. He never rushed and explained the flavors and recommended forte for us. I liked how he was so nice and didnt rush us on anything. We enjoyed our shopping with Nespresso today. Thank you James.

    The staff here are always wonderful, always something new to try (and buy) and service overall is good. The wait can sometimes be quite long though, depending on time of day. Make sure to get a plastic bag for your pods, they have black bags that you can use to return your pods for recycling at the store, or red ones which have a Canada Post label which you can send from any post office for free. The photo taken in my review is of the Colombian coffee for VertuoLine on my iPhone XS Max.

    The official website was down almost the whole day and I had to go to the store. There, the employees want to make sure that they are in charge by giving orders "move to the left/move to the right" as if it is perfectly safe from Covid when you move 1 feet in the direction of the "red dot". When I asked about the app/website, they just confirmed that it was down. No acknowledgement that ppl have spent time and money to go and to line-up at the store or to make calls to the toll free line (no luck, their systems were down too). No common sense company.

    I bought two packages of coffee and the salesperson gave me one wrong one by mistake (i think he misheard me). I paid and was leaving the store when I checked the package and realized. Before I even left the store, I got back in to line to return or exchange. They flat out refused to do anything about it. They asked me when I bought it.. literally two minutes ago. And then said, well we cant do anything about it. Terrible or misguided policy resulting in terrible customer service. Better to order online than to go here.
