I
really
want
to
give
Nespresso
no
stars
but
Google
won't
allow
for
that.
Such
a
waste
of
time
and
money.
I
do
not
know
where
the
customer
service
call
reviews
are
for
Nespresso
but
honestly
it
doesn't
even
matter
because
I
am
angry
with
Nespresso
in
general.
Long
story
short,
I
called
to
get
my
Nespresso
machine
fixed
because
it
was
leaking
water
out
of
the
side
of
the
machine
every
time
I
made
a
coffee,
so
Nespresso
told
me
that
they
would
fix
it
and
send
it
back.
Okay
perfect....then
the
machine
came
back
a
week
or
so
later
but
damaged
and
smelling.
The
logo
was
wiped
off,
the
inside
had
water
in
it
and
then
water
tank
at
the
back
was
filled
of
coffee.
It
smelled.
So
I
called
again
and
they
told
me
they
would
replace
it
with
a
brand
new
one
so
I
sent
the
machine
back.
So
nice
of
them...nope
the
same
one
came
back
and
when
I
called
to
tell
them
of
the
situation
some
man
on
the
phone
told
me
that
it
was
my
problem
and
Nespresso
won't
do
anything
about
it.
I
hung
up
and
called
back
to
speak
to
someone
else
and
get
a
manager
on
the
phone
and
she
went
on
to
tell
me
that
Nespresso
won't
do
anything
and
it
is
what
it
is.
A
lot
of
rude
and
disrespectful
conversations
from
Nespresso
employees
happened
in
between
but
I'll
save
those
for
a
later
date
and
different
social
media
platform.
A
simple
issue
that
arose
MONTHS
ago,
is
still
on
going
and
I
still
do
not
have
a
machine
AT
ALL
because
the
lady
on
the
phone
just
now
said
that
I
didn't
call
for
the
21st
time
when
I
shipped
my
machine
back
3
WEEKS
AGO...so
Nespresso
is
holding
a
machine
from
me
and
not
sending
me
back
another
one
until
now
because
I
"finally
called".
I
suggest
no
one
buy
a
machine
just
to
avoid
having
to
call
customer
service
if
something
does
happen
to
your
machine.
A
Christmas
gift
that
I
received
has
made
a
whole
7
coffees
and
given
me
a
whole
lot
of
disappointment
from
a
brand
that
upholds
themselves
to
a
high
standard.
