My wife purchased a skin product, before she buy it asked if she could return it in case of any allergy or reaction , one of the staff told her yes you can , the same day afternoon she returned to the store and I told the staff that I have allergy reactions it ,and she said that she has to call the manager when she spoke to manager she told my wife that she can only exchange to other product with the same amount. My wife was very mad at them for the lying to her. So guys be careful when they said is returnable, they are lying they just want to sell you product and after they do not care. What a rip-off

I'm always able to find cute, fun and unique gifts here. The staff is very nice and helpful! I've had my hair straightener that I use everyday for over 2 years and it still works so well. The hidden gems collection is amazing as well.

Came here a few hours ago with my sister and it was fun! The store sells a lot of pop culture stuff and stuff that was made popular on Tik Tok. The cashier named Jessica was very nice and friendly! She made my sister and I happy customers! Will definitely be coming back here again when I visit Fairview Mall.

I brought my two children in this store after the park. We have not been inside a store together in 2 years. The cashier was outstanding! Cashier 14342 . She told me what batteries I’d need , helped select the perfect pet for my child and just made the overall experience comfortable and joyful. The other staff member was kind and welcoming as well. We were in on Tuesday, Oct 5th at 4:19pm I could not be more grateful for the positive experience for myself and my children. Those two employees deserve some recognition because we live nearby and will deff be back! Thank you!

I was initially impressed with showcase when I bought the first few items but as time went on and I purchased some of the electronics for example the headphones I ran into nothing but problems stemming from poor quality. Also too after some research I realized there's a lot of the items could be purchased elsewhere for even less. Solideal deal isn't necessarily a deal unless you shop it or nobody else has it. If there is something that you see that you like the best thing to do is to wait until it goes on sale then it becomes a good deal.Also be aware of the fact that their policy is no refunds just a credit and that has to be within a specific time period of the date of purchase or if the item is defective so folks caveat emptor.

We had a very bad experience with The Showcase store in Fairview Mall. We were not allowed to open the package to check the product when we bought. After we paid, I found NO REFUND, only exchange in 30 days. on the receipt without informed us. Later, We found very bad smell (some chemical smell made us headache/ nausea) form the product when we open the package at home, and the smell still last after open the package for 3-4 days. We can not have this product because it is bad quality. But the store refused to give us store credit because we open the package according store policy. We explained we could not find the smell when the package sealed. We were still forced to exchange the stuff that we don't need it. We do not want to come back because the store sold bad stuff with bad store policy.

Basically everything "As Seen on TV" is sold here. Best part is you can try the products and test them for yourself before purchase. Very clean and tidy and the staff have very good knowledgeable of products.

Rude salespeople, poor customer service. I noticed a price tag was not correct but when mentioned the error, they were very rude and unprofessional. We weren’t even offered a bag. So sorry to see this behaviour in such an amazing store.

Bought an item in this location a few days ago and the young sales lady with blonde hair had an attitude and was not very pleasant . She also just left the receipt on the counter and not give it to me in my hand . Please hire some one that can be more helpful and a bit more pleasant she definitely shows that she does not like her job or maybe she was having a bad day but still you will scare your customers away with such a grungy attitude!

Pay for sameday and they dont deliver, call, Flat out refused to contact the delivery service they choose to use i have to contact them, the delivery service says i must have the store contact them so i call back at cf fairview and they answer here my voice (called multiple times abkut multiple orders with this issue) and instantly hangup on me

Only one word could describe everything that this store has to offer — cheap. The products don’t last long, there’s no refund policy only exchanges — warranty has to be purchased separately, and above all, the customer service is just pathetic and rude. If you’re looking for any thing cheap to waste your money and time you’ll love this place!

Store is amazing!! Customer service is amazing especially the young lady layel. She was so pleasant to be around she was willing to answer literally any dumb questions I had. She was so great to talk to!! Definitely coming back for my Christmas shopping! Hopefully layel will there to help.
