πŸ‘πŸ‘ It is a small nice store. Their drinks are really good. If you are looking for a good sugarless Hongkong style Milk tea drink this is your place. They also have sweet option for your drinks. You can add some toppings to the drink; its tapioca is pretty good. If your order regular drink you will get... People often mention milk, good, drink, butter, pineapple, waffle,

quick and fast service in a convenient area. It’s just the app always forgetting to add my tapioca pearls topping. Next time I’ll straight up takeout from this store. Wonderful selection of food and drinks!

Small store but the food and drinks are consistent with other locations. If this is your first time at Cuppa Tea, I highly recommend the milk tea. It comes in a cute, branded glass bottle - fun to drink out of and reusable :)

This is a small HK foods outlet located in the spoiled for choices and very crowded northtown lane. Someone on our Uber drives asked for bun butter from here and it brought back memories from home where we call it "maska bun" (butter on bun) . Hence we had to try it. This one is a pineapple butter bun, it looks interesting very interesting so we got one of those and one of the cheese toast. The pineapple butter bun has a semi hard top with the pineapple and a center filled with butter. The crunch and the butter were delicious and a cuppa hot tea with milk would have completed the meal. The cheese toast was alright, that can be given a miss. We didn't try the teas or more sandwiches but the place looks very promising and the servers are so helpful. Hoping to go back once things open up.

I love the bottled HK Milk Tea here! Store is super cute and the egg waffles are pretty good as well. The other desserts are just mediocre.

Very nice and understanding service. But make sure you double check with cashier if you don't want a particular ingredient. For example, their 'amber pearl milk tea' has brown sugar in there, even though it's neither mentioned in the name nor mentioned when I asked for 0% sugar. They were very nice though, replaced it with a different drink without additional charge after I complained.

Thought it was a HK snack place and was really excited. Tried Pineapple bun, bubble waffle, the steamed ginger milk and ginger milk tea. Everything I had did not taste like the ones I've had in HK. Pineapple bun + butter was stale and was probably the worst pineapple bun I had in Toronto. Bubble waffle tasted like a normal Belgium waffle in the shape of a bubble waffle. Steamed ginger milk tasted like steamed milk with a few drops of ginger flavour. I gave 2 stars because the menu looks good and staff seems friendly. The food and drinks were such a disappointment. You're better off at other bbt places and other snack places over this one unfortunately. Still trying to find good bubble waffle in this neighbourhood.

Went to their Downtown store, really like the pineapple bun and HK style milk tea. So happy they are opening a store closer to my home!

Service was good but the drink was not. The servers were nice and made the tea as soon as they had gotten my order. Faster than average boba places from my experience. I got the handmade taro milk tea with tapioca. About one third filled with ice, tapioca and some taro, and tea. The taro had the texture of a soggy cereal, tapioca tastes pretty much like any other boba place except it all stuck together and got stuck in the straw. I had drank about half of the cup and didn’t bother with the rest and threw it out. I would not recommend the taro milk tea but the fruit teas I would give a try if I were to visit again.

Only ordered bottled milk tea and egg waffle, just because i wanted the bottle. Cuppa combo for 8.99. drink was good, Waffle was also fine. Had better ones but since I live around the area it was better than driving all the way to Markham. Interior is very cute.

Tried their signature milk tea and curry fish balls. I'd pass on the curry fish balls because they were pretty bland. Maybe they wanted to try a different way of making the curry? I'm not sure but the curry fish balls I'm used to would be in a yellow green thickish sauce but theirs was a watery dark brown. A bit confused.. as it wasn't good at all lol BUTT the signature milk tea was a hit! So soooooo smooth and SILKY but fragrant.

Love their teas but they are always out of the pineapple buns. Do they still sell them?
