    I’ve been to many Walmarts… but I don’t think I have ever seen such poorly kept and terrible quality produce like this. If your produce ain’t looking right, it makes me question the integrity of the entire store… yes food is food, but at the same time people are spending their hard earned money for what? To dig through what looks like compost? “This is not how you save people money so they can live better”. Lastly, if you’re going to lock up the baby formula, please check your bells working condition. I have waited long periods of time over and over again, and eventually having to walk around the store to get someone to help me with getting milk for my babies. It’s ridiculous. You can do better for your community, we are what keeps you open.

    Definitely every walmart has problems. I lost my wallet and I received a shopping message. I went to the walmart dealer and told them that the thief was here and we should look at the cameras. The responsible staff told me that they were busy and couldn't take care of me. At that time, I received a message about shopping. I called the police and they didn't care. This place is absolutely irresponsible when it comes to theft.

    This is by far the worst Walmart ever. This place needs alot of improvements. Some of their prices on items seem to be higher than other walmarts. Their fruits and vegetables never last a day or 2 after I buy them, so I don't anymore. Their customer service is lacking very much. There is usually no one to help, at times the lines are always long and the worst is that they give such a hard time to return an item. Update: Holiday and Seasonal candy that are marked 50% off should be 50% off (if it is not move it out of there) workers don't seem to obey that. Some workers don't even know what is going on and always try to give a hard time. Got 50% off from customer service. It should not be this difficult.

    A disappointing shopping experience to say the least. The layout of the store as a whole is very poorly made and everything is very cramped up. The hallways are way too narrow and close together that two shopping carts barely go through at some points. The big signs indicating "home", "entertainment" and the usual signs that all walmarts have are there, but the hallways are so filled to the brim that you cant see them, especially in clothing section. However, the organization of the shelves are adequate. Only good thing about this walmart was their kind and patient employees who were available to help you throughout the store. Overall, I would say dont go to this walmart its not worth the frustration it brings you, youre better off if you choose another branch.

    Bought this creamer yesterday noticed at the time that some of the milk bags in the fridge at the store had mold on the outside of the bags. Went to pour in my coffee today and it is so sour and chunky. Expiry date isn’t until Oct 13 so it must’ve been out of the fridge at Walmart or something. Now I have been trying to get a hold of customer service over the phone and the line has been ringing for 20 minutes. Someone answered and then hung up straight away the first time I called after waiting on the line for 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusting.

    This Walmart store is not such a large store compared to other Walmart stores in Greater Toronto Area, but it has quite a lot of various products which people can buy and use them for everyday living. So, the store is not bad at all. Also, it is a good place for late night shopping since it opens until 11:00 p.m. everyday.

    The worst stocked store ever! Every time I go in there it’s like the world is coming to an end because all I see are bare shelves. Oh, and if you want to ask a staff member about something just forget it. You will be faced with the worst customer service. They don’t even look at you while they give you the one word answer. The people there hate their jobs and life and are good and telling you without telling you.

    Very poorly managed Walmart. Products are all over the place, dirty and unorganized store!! Either management sucks or they need to hire more people. They rarely stock up with products and all the shelves are incredibly messy!!! 1/5

    All was good up until an attempt was sought to obtain a suitable way of packing the items purchased. Some of these items weren't able to fit in the bags which were being provided and the response from the Customer Service Representative (name would not be called at this time) left much to be desired for someone who does not reside in this country. If wasn't for the intervention of the store manager (Karen) things would have gone terribly bad. Thank you Karen. See attached pictures of items which would have easily resolved the problem, which the CSR, insisted weren't available. Again, thank you Karen

    Most of the stuff is available and well priced. BUT the management must be really really horrible that not only the workers keep changing , there are never enough cashiers and the ones that are there are either new and always "on training" or hassled and over-worked and over whelmed. I have seen this trend for about over a year now. Hire more people. Pay them well and treat them well.

    They closed the cashiers at 10:30pm before closing. Had no problem with self checkout till i was told i had to scan all the items again because it’s not showing in their system? Manager went on break and left the dirty work with Gaurang but he helped us a lot. Wish we could’ve tipped him but he told me they can’t accept it, please give this guy some encouragement for giving good customer service! Only four star because of him

    The front end clerks are very helpful and friendly, especially those working by the self-checkouts. However, some sections of the store lack staff. This is very noticeable at the electronics section as there is usually rarely anyone there, with the exception of the staff that sells mobile plans. The last time I was at this store, the employees at this section rarely approached customers to greet them or even offer assistance.

    I went to take a look at this store. I am very impressed. I will definitely comeback to this store someday. This store made me happy. I brought some things at this store on Tuesday and the new Security guard wanted to see if I brought something on Wednesday. The answer is no. This new Security guard with the glasses is supposed to give some customers the green stickers for there things not to be watching 😐 others of what they are buying at the store. This is the second time I being forced to show what is in my handbags 👜 during in the week. It is very disappointing 😞. That is the last time I am showing what is in my brown and black handbags. Since you been having them at the store. it has been causing problems.

    Almost any article I was looking for has prices on it, so You have to find an employee if You want to know the price. So good luck on finding one. (TV’s and electric toothbrushes in particular is what I was looking for)

    Could be better as a marketplace for everyone. Staff is humble, but for me, the prices seem high. I mostly just but kool-aid here back then and sell them to my friends to get tons of profit! Need to update prices and maybe add some more gaming collections.

    If I can rate this superstore a zero, I would do so immediately. The customer service is terrible, the produce are limited and not fresh at all. And the staffs working in the baby department are something else. They’re never there to assist, I have to ring the bell several times before a worker shows up. When asking the worker to open the milk shelf to get baby formula, they literally scan your cart several times then proceed to ask you if you’re done shopping. They also follow you to check out with the milk cases in their protection as if were gonna steal the baby formulas. This is unprofessional and unethical behaviour. This needs to be reevaluated and stopped because other stores don’t do this.

    My lovely shopping place. It is like a mall :) you can find everything inside Walmart. Just there is something don’t like about that online order. Online orders are generally from Chine and come so slow. So, they give an expected delivery time but never arrive at that time. Anyway, I love Walmart. :)

    I went to this location to get the Primo 18L water and I’m very unsatisfied – terrible service. I had told the customer service associate that there is no water upstairs she was unhelpful she paged several people one of which looked me dead in my face and did nothing. Later on an associate then told me that I could’ve gone downstairs to collect the water after I had waited 40 minutes at customer service for nothing. That same associate then proceeded to tell the customer service representative that I shouldn’t have been waiting upstairs for that long. Do not come to this location they’re discombobulated

    When it comes to day to day shopping i always choose Walmart, everything i need is under one roof the makeup section is my favorite it has all the decent affordable brands, i hope they restock more often specially for those who shop daily like me.. pumpkin pie is the best for sure

    Products were available but price tags not there on shelves. Worst part was billing, only 3 counters open and billing person cheated me with 31 CAD. He billed products which were not in my cart and increased quantity. There was queue and since price tags not there, couldn't check. The billing counter person cheated. Next time when you are here, please match your items and bill. There is good chance that you will find additional items which you never purchased. Be alert in this store and be safe

    Beware of gift card scams at this location!!! And expect poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service I received at this store. Walmart refused to help in any meaningful way when I contacted them about a fraudulent gift card I purchased from their store. They refused initially to scan the barcode of the card I purchased to prove it was the same card showing in their transaction record. The store associates were nonchalant from the beginning and seemed to be insinuating I was lying about the card I purchased and kept trying to brush me off and trying to get me out of the store. I never got my money back or a replacement card, despite having proof that I purchased the card from the store and that it was not redeeming correctly, and returning to the store with the physical card. I even suggested that Walmart review their camera footage which they refused to do. I know now that Walmart does not have customers' best interests at heart. Wish I could rate 0 stars. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On another note, the lines at this location are always long. I've been coming to this Walmart since it opened as it's the closest one to me and all the reviews stating this Walmart is understaffed are 100% accurate. Edit: After emailing Walmart directly, the store contacted me back to offer a $50 Walmart credit (in the form of a gift card).

    Horrible store. Was there at 930am on a Friday morning and hardly any cashiers were open. 2 cashiers were open, and the lines were long with customers with tons of things in their carts. The self checkouts were closed. They have lots of cash registers, they just weren't using any. It seemed like no one noticed or cared. I left my stuff and walked out. Also, the selection is very small. It is small for a walmart.

    The management there is the worst! 3 people came and introduced themselves as managers. They were using someone’s else post just to shut me down because they did not want to return a coffee mug due to manufacture defective. Harsh & Preet and another associate at the customer service were very rude and kept me 40 minutes, wasted my time and they did not return my product! This is the worst experience I have had with Walmart and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone in social media! Walmart need to do a better job on hiring employees and offer proper customer service if they want to stay in business! I will make sure head office is aware of this situation and I suggest the cameras to be checked just for verification!

    My daughter ordered milk for her baby over one week from Walmart on line their was none in store they said the driver pick it up for delivery until this day she has not received it, she call the store they asked to speak to the manager she was told not in store call back again same they said manager not in store , she call again about her milk was told no update available it was pick up to be delivered that's the only update they has ,not good Walmart do better or refund her money back

    Hi. On August 3rd, 2023. I made the Order #4152328001856. I pay for several items among them 4 boxes of chicken wings didn't arrive in the order. The delivery guys didn't allow me to check all my items before they left. So, I checked all and these 4 boxes of chicken wings were missing. Right away I contact customer service online. First I thought that they forgot my products inside their car. Anyway I asked for my refund and they call centre guy told me that I will get my full refund for the missing items. A full month already passed and I did NOT get my refund. Conclusion: The delivery guys STOLE my chicken wings and later Walmart STOLE my refund. Do NOT trust on the delivery guys and check your items right away and don't wait until they leave your place. I'm really disappointed with Walmart. It was not my first order. Now I'm now why the Walmart's owners are so rich. Thieves !!!!

    A lady kept asking for each item on sale and the cashier said not this one .. the customer insisted on the sale price pushing the cashier to agree even though it wasn't...the process took about 15 to 20 minutes of delay. A supervisor came with an answer...big line up and many people waiting including myself. The worst customer service ever

    I give this store 1 star or less. I lost my glasses and the store said that I could call customer service to find out if anything turned them in. I call, and I call, different times, several times a day and no one answers. I even tried other departments, and still no one answers. I am appalled at the service at this store. The fact that I have to physically go to a store to find out if they have my glasses in the lost and found. It takes me over an hour by transit to get there with no guarantee that my glasses will be there!

    I needed to use the fitting room to finalize a purchase; it took me 1 hour and several rounds of walks to customer service to ask them unlock the rooms. They're just so slow. Then I had to wait in a long line for self-checkout because all their cashier lines were closed. I got just super tired after shopping at this store.

    Its a nice big store! Just about everything you would want. The staff doesnt seem to care for the most part though so make sure you know what you want and are prepared to walk around a bit to find it.

    One of my favourite Walmarts so far and kids enjoy this location too. I love the parking style and the fact that it’s just a walk away from my friends place. No need for a drive or Uber, just a regular walk that I consider to be healthy. There is usually a lot to merchandise and groceries. I personally will appreciate more variety due to the diverse populations.

    Unlike most Walmarts, this one on Keel Street, just south of Finch Avenue, is on the second floor. The ground floor is devoted to covered parking which is a huge relief in the winter season when it is snowing heavily. This supercenter is closest to my home, and whenever I have to go to Walmart, I prefer to visit this one. Like some reviewers, I have never encountered any untoward experiences with the staff.

    This Wal-Mart is on the 2nd floor. Superstore size, very big store. Stock in some departments are low. Not overly crowded for a Saturday late morning near noon. McDonald's on site. Good store comparable to other large Wal-Marts.

    Extremely poorly kept. I've been way too many times to this Walmart location and I've seen a lot of moldy produce, expired stuff. The selection they carry is the worst quality out of all the Walmart stores I've been to. Including the appliances! The last time I visited this location was last Friday, I bought raspberries, which usually last a while in the fridge, but these ones got moldy the day after I bought them. I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

    Twice now I have been stopped by employees accusing me of stealing or hiding something on my way out the front door. I suspect it is because of my long hair. What's extra ironic about this was that when I went back up to show the contents of my bag, the manager presumably told me she was "doing her job" by harassing customers as they exit the store and implicating theft based on personal appearance. The icing on the cake: I saw a young black man being supervised at the self checkout just seconds prior. It's so obvious. The management here seems to think that stereotyping is a great way to run their store. Stop being prejudiced nimrods.

    This is a poorly managed Walmart store. I placed a pickup order for 3 bottles of coughing syrup as online search shown this was the only location had it. But my order was cancelled without a reason on the second day. However, Walmart online search still shown this product was in stock. So I drove there and found out that it's sold out completely. It's very messy there and quite a few medication boxes on shelf have been opened. I felt lucky I didn't purchase any medication from this store. So don't trust their inventory and avoid this store.

    Out of stock all time the for basic items - eggs were out of stock for like a week. Produce section is so bad. Really long lines at the self-checkout every time. Better than other Wal-mart's in the area with all this said.

    Prices for groceries are usually better than most grocery chains but shelves are never stocked consistently and expired or almost expired produce is standard. Some staff are nice but most get in your way and block aisles every time I've visited. I've been run over by a few. It's almost funny at this point. But it's Walmart so honestly what should I expect...

    There is always something nice going on here in this Walmart, their seasonal stuff is always mesmerizing and the food section is always packed with stuff. I like how they have a lot of choices when it comes to customer satisfaction, and I completely agree with its approach to customer service. Overall, it’s a great Walmart Supercentre, and there should be more like this in the near future.

    I really like going here. The staff are very nice and helpful. My only recommendation would be, on very busy days, more self checkouts can be more useful. Sometimes I wait but thats fine. The shelfs are always full and the area is organized.

    Pretty good Walmart. Just know that their Photo Centre is not properly run and it will take at least 15minutes for staff to call someone else to get to you. Been like that every time I come here for their print services… terrible on that part.

    Everytime I go to this location it looks like someone bombed it. The shelves are empty and it’s a mess. Maybe restock the shelves and clean at night so it doesn’t look like it got ransacked.

    The employees are racist and forced me to fill out the native status card form when it isn’t my job to fill out their paperwork. They give me a hard time every time I go there. The prices are never correct on the shelves so it’s frustrating if you’re shopping on a budget and the cashiers won’t honour the price that is on the shelf if it ends up being incorrect. They’ll tell you it’s digital and they have no control over it. The layout of the store is awful as well and the shelves are always under stocked. The sections are so small and I can never find anything I’m looking for. It’s very confusing. Overall, This place is terribly managed, over expensive, confusing to navigate and frustrating to shop at. I’d go anywhere else than this place again.
