Beware
of
gift
card
scams
at
this
location!!!
And
expect
poor
customer
service.
I
am
extremely
disappointed
in
the
terrible
customer
service
I
received
at
this
store.
Walmart
refused
to
help
in
any
meaningful
way
when
I
contacted
them
about
a
fraudulent
gift
card
I
purchased
from
their
store.
They
refused
initially
to
scan
the
barcode
of
the
card
I
purchased
to
prove
it
was
the
same
card
showing
in
their
transaction
record.
The
store
associates
were
nonchalant
from
the
beginning
and
seemed
to
be
insinuating
I
was
lying
about
the
card
I
purchased
and
kept
trying
to
brush
me
off
and
trying
to
get
me
out
of
the
store.
I
never
got
my
money
back
or
a
replacement
card,
despite
having
proof
that
I
purchased
the
card
from
the
store
and
that
it
was
not
redeeming
correctly,
and
returning
to
the
store
with
the
physical
card.
I
even
suggested
that
Walmart
review
their
camera
footage
which
they
refused
to
do.
I
know
now
that
Walmart
does
not
have
customers'
best
interests
at
heart.
Wish
I
could
rate
0
stars.
By
far
the
worst
customer
service
I’ve
ever
experienced.
On
another
note,
the
lines
at
this
location
are
always
long.
I've
been
coming
to
this
Walmart
since
it
opened
as
it's
the
closest
one
to
me
and
all
the
reviews
stating
this
Walmart
is
understaffed
are
100%
accurate.
Edit:
After
emailing
Walmart
directly,
the
store
contacted
me
back
to
offer
a
$50
Walmart
credit
(in
the
form
of
a
gift
card).
