I
have
a
bad
experience
with
salesperson
Jesica
,who
works
in
centre
point
mall
location.
Yesterday
I
purchase
a
pair
of
furry
sweatshirt
and
Pajama
at
5
pm.
After
paying
she
tried
to
get
sticker
off
from
sweatshirt
.
At
the
end
she
ruined
the
sweatshirt
so
I
asked
to
return
my
money
.
She
did
not
know
how
return
the
money.
I
was
in
a
rush
because
I
have
robotic
class
for
teenagers
at
6
pm
so
I
asked
to
give
me
at
least
the
gift
card
although
I
do
not
want
a
gift
card
just
for
solving
problem
immediately.
She
said
