Well this is a long time in coming! I've been to all the other places for espresso in Elmhurst. Always intended to try Pilot Petes. Fantastic shots! Great people too. Don't miss this gem. Not much seating but if you love great coffee don't miss it.

They always have great lattes. This morning gave me a laugh tho, LOOK at this s’mores latte. I thought it was just gonna be s’mores flavored. Their drinks actually look like the pictures! This drink may look extra, but it’s so delicious.

Believed or NOT, Just as good as Starbuck or BETTER, Best customer service ever, Owner 👌 knows his coffee, you want coffee ☕ aroma taste, this is the place for real Coffee. Sure is worth the trip 😋

Pilot Pete’s is the best coffee I have ever had. I happily drive 30 minutes over the weekends to grab a premium cup. The owner has built a coffee place where you can truly feel the passion put in to every order. I cannot recommend them enough.

Coffee flight was awesome! Creme brulee and stroopwaffel were definitely our favorites. Nice location at the train stop and next to a comic shop too.

I thought it was a sit down coffee place. It turned out to be inside the waiting area of a Metra Train station. There's a sign that said "NO LOITERING. Commuter Passengers Only." There was also a young dude sitting inside who occasionally cursed out loud angrily while doodling on his phone. Not a really inviting place to sit down in drinking good coffee while utilizing one's laptop.

I met the owner Pete! He is so friendly and super cute. They are super clean and follow club protocol. Definitely try the ice caramel cloud!! Great place to stop by before hopping on the metra! he always puts a smile on my face :)

I'm a daily metra commuter and I can always count on these guys to deleiver the best coffee to give a great start to my day. Not to mention the friendliest employees you'll ever meet and delicious fresh baked pastry treats. Next time you're in downtown Elmhurst, make sure to stop at pilot Pete's coffee and treats.

Got a Delicious Honey Vanilla Latte from an Amazing Barista. Very Kind, Knowledgeable, Served my Coffee with a Smile. Also was very patient with my daughter and all her little questions :)

With great coffee and kind staff, there is no wonder there is a line in the morning. No worries though, the line moves quick. The owner is friendly and remembers orders of those that frequent regularly.

Delicious coffee and drinks lots of cookies breakfast sandwiches and.muffins. I really loved the Smores coffee. I may have to get it again sometime. I am not much of a coffee drinker but I loved this drink!!!

A true pillar in our community, not to mention really good coffee. Pilot Pete has shown resilience during these hard times and continued to adapt to the needs of the community. The service is phenomenal, the coffee is fantastic. I started using the Happy Morning bars a few months ago to fuel my long runs and long bike rides, it’s perfect for all the goodness it has in it. Really nice little spot! The Americano and scone were great! You can also ask for an espresso and they'll still serve it even though it's not on the menu. Reasonable priced too as I spent under $6 for the scone and Americano. Barista is really nice and informative!

8/8/22 morning. I didn't get her name but super sweet. I got a basic organic vanilla coffee but very fresh and great to start the day. Alot of options on the menu,can't wait to try something new next time.

Located in the train station, this place is the best! Hands down coffee I've ever had. Staff is amazing and super cool. Their service is quick and never have had any issues with quality. Keep up the excellent work!

Whoa - now that was a good drink. This morning I ordered the 'Stroopwafel' because, frankly, the description looked cool. When I did, the guy seated at the table behind me said "It's delicious!" and in fact he had just ordered the same thing a few minutes before! I loved it. SUPER sweet (so make sure you like sweet drinks if you try it) and plenty of whipped cream on top. Served hot, made just as I ordered. My second time at Pilot Pete's, but I'll be back!!

My favorite coffee place! Quality ingredients you can taste! My personal favorite is the caramel cloud with almond milk and the blueberry muffins which are incredibly fresh and the best muffin I have ever tasted! I enjoy reading the little slips of paper with a quote on it. Pete and Adam are amazing!!

I had the coconut dream it was very good and the gentleman who took my order was very nice and informative. I also bought a bag of their beans to brew at home.

Pilot Pete’s did an amazing job with an unlimited coffee and cocoa cart for my son’s 13th bday. The hot cocoa was a hit and the toppings were fun!! The coffee was delish as usual!

Even with Covid going on, still had to come out and show support for one of my favorite Elmhurst gems. Love the warm and welcoming atmosphere; always genuine and delightful.

I received a box of breakfast bars and coffees as a gift. The packaging was beautiful and everything tasted great! The Costa Rican coffee is very smooth. Can't wait to try the World Blend.

Having moved from coffee-mecca Melbourne, Australia years ago, we've been desperately seeking the same caliber of coffee we so dearly missed. Thanks to the recommendation of a friend/neighbor we gave Pilot Pete's a try. My husband ordered our first round of Pete's coffee to be delivered to our door for my birthday. Pete took my birthday morning to the next level w his amazing coffee, hot chocolates and baked good treats w literally whipped cream, sprinkles and sparklers on top, delivered to our door. I’m so glad we gave Pilot Pete's a go, looks like we've finally found coffee comparable to that which we've missed since being back in the US.

The best coffee and tea in Elmhurst!!! Service is warm welcoming and the drinks will keep you coming back. Also seriously the best chai tea ever made!

Pete is the real deal. He lives for what he does, is fast for being a one person show, and makes an incredibly well crafted drink. He connects with each person, gets to know his customers, and has an authentic and genuine (and adorable) space. He even makes his own vanilla! Love this place.

Great way to start a day. Make sure to grab one of the Happy Morning Breakfast Bars. Delicious and perfect with or without coffee (but the coffee is pretty darn good as well)
