The staff are extremely rude called me and my mates stupid for sitting down gave us dirty looks when we collected our food and starred us down the whole time we are there I don’t recommend going very unpleasant time manager was very disrespectful

Woman on the door was just rude! Not the first time I have seen her behave like this older lady long grey hair glasses with a chip on her shoulder. All the other staff are always so lovely such a shame she let's them down being front of house.

I had a very bad experience with one of the managers.. Julie... She was extremely rude after I confronted her after I seen her picking her nose and carried on preparing food. I find this kind of behaviour disgusting. The worst... Not only did she not admit doing it... She didn't wash her hands afterwards. Yuk!! Hygiene is important when preparing other peoples food

Never fail to forget something on an order and never put in the sauces. It happens so many times I do wonder how people can forget so much all time? Disappointing tbh

Very poor service,too busy sorting out home deliveries

We turned up at tea time Friday placed our order on the touch screen to find the receipt paper blocked. This is when Tony front of house member of staff came and offered his help to sort our problem out. Our order was hot and our Granddaughter really enjoyed there tea. Our table was then cleaned by Tony. Then Tony asked if the girls would like a balloon 🎈 they loved receiving there balloons of Tony. What a valued member of staff you are to the Northwich McDonald's Tony keep up the good work 👏

Awful. Dreadfully slow. It wasn’t a huge order and people were coming in and ordering significantly after us and getting food 10 mins sooner. After complaining twice after 20 minutes, the food arrived without 3 portions of chips we had paid for. We were going to the cinema with my disabled daughter but missed the show because they messed about with our order. Avoid at all cost.

I don't know how to explain my experience. I walked in and it looks very nice inside. I ordered on the screen, it took almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready. While waiting there were teenagers smoking vaped, charging there phones, having there feet up on the seets and just being very rude. The staff didn't do anything to try and help the situation and left them to there own devices. Berry poor experience

Pretty good wait times (especially compared to the nearby one by the road) and they generally get orders right which is pretty impressive for a McDonald’s. Even the ice cream machine works most of the time which is incredible for a McDonald’s. It’s a McDonald’s you know what your getting and they do a decent job of it.

25 minutes to get some "fast food" because over 60% of the orders they are trying to get out are delivery orders. Service sacrificed for profit

Got what we wanted, no problems and fast service.

Went for breakfasts through the drive through. Drove the 2.8 miles back to where we were staying to find a muffin missing that we had paid for. They had us drive the 2.8 miles back to them to fetch the muffin and 2.8 back. No apology No compensation for the extra 5 miles plus trip....awful service.

Getting worse. Better in lockdown. Cold chips arriving late with no sauce EVER! Getting sick of it for the price

I never leave reviews but this McDonald's is absolutely horrendous, several bad experiences, never order on uber eats as it will take up to an hour to arrive, they always miss items off the order, never once received everything, 6 times out of 10 everything is cold. Just today we received stone cold meals with missing items and all drinks watered down and lacking all carbonation. Never known a McDonald's to be this Absolutely terrible, won't be eating here again. Disgraceful

Currently sat in mc Donald's fast food reastraunt in nortwich . Oh sorry I thought it was ment to be fast food it took 18 mins for 2 sausage mac muffin meals . What a joke !!!!!!

Always always always always missing something when we order. Tonight we are missing two lots of chips and sauces that were not only add ons but also ON THE REQUESTS because I know you always forget! Whether it’s just sauce, chips or the full order you just don’t bother putting it in. So annoying. All the other fast food places in the area manage it, why can’t you? Never listen to requests on receipts and that’s concerning. Oh and then have to wait for Uber to email me before I get my money back. Absolute joke. Just double check the orders! Is it really that hard!

Charging for sauces! Its a pain after you've ordered on the app to pay again for sauce especially as who carries change nowadays. Just include 1 sauce in the price. What a tight company.

Missing items, cold thrown in a bag, had to make burgers again, customer service dont wanna know saying its down to uber eats wo t be using mcdonalds ever again

Couldn’t be happier every time I come here which is about once a week Sarah always does a good job of serving me quick and getting food out as soon as possible always happy with the price and how clean all the areas are will be coming in a couple days to see you all again

I came here yesterday and the staffs were so lovely and helpful it was a bit busy but it was still clean and the staffs still managed to get my orders right and they still did there job

Far better than the one the other side of town, at least the food comes a little quicker. The only gripe are the endless cues of 'just eats' pickups, this changes the concept of fast food because its no longer the case. At peak I've waited 20 minutes +.

Just want to thank a member of the crew called Laela, as when I ordered a double mac that only came as a single big mac she was very quick to offer her help and kindly asked if I wanted a fresh one. I really appreciate the lovely attitude and great customer service so thank you Laela!

Quite disappointed, the winsford venue is looking quite tired. With loose seating frames, area cordoned off.. food was almost cold. Nothing like previous visits...

Awful mcdonalds, asked for grilled chicken got crispy. Chips were cold. Salaried manager just standing there shirt untooked and she looked about 12, everyone’s clueless as. Awful

It's an OKAY mcdonalds, not anything special.. just average. The service is slow, and most of the staff are slightly ignorant. The food was nice however, and it was fairly clean.

Fantastic staff members. It’s great that this McDonald’s hire staff with additional needs, every time I visit this McDonalds the staff seem happy and are welcoming. The food is hot and tasty.

Extremely busy and noisy, barely any space to move around in. Orders got confused and we was waiting 25 mins for a happy meal and 2 burgers.

I ordered ahead on the and waited 15 minutes before I had to go and cancel as I couldn't wait any longer due to restrictions on my lunchbreak. Funnily enough I then got my order which was a lukewarm coffee which had been sat there 15 mins and the same with the ice cream! This restaurant cannot cope with the demand and the staff haven't got a clue what their roles are. Some people were waiting longer than me for one cold drink. Deliveries take precedent in a restaurant that is not built to cope.
