The staff is super friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. It’s also quite cosy, located within the Victoria Center. There is a wide range of food to choose from and it is pretty tasty. The milkshakes were a little bit disappointing for me as I like the thicker ones and I found the salted caramel one lacked flavour. But overall it is a nice place and I would definitely go again as their loaded fries were amazing!

Unfortunately I am unable to rate the food, after being seated for 20 mins nobody had taken our order or acknowledged our existence, doubt we'll try again. Experiences like this ruin it for new customers

Really enjoyed the chicken burger, the chicken was very crisp! Great kids meals, I wish they were available for adults.

look, in a perfect world Ed's would be great however, when your waiting the best part of 15 minutes for the order to be taken and 35 minutes for the food only for the black and blues burger to be luke warm and the chicken strips were cold. Saving grace was the quality of the white chocolate milk shake and the fries.

I love it here, we come quite often and every time the food is on point and the service is amazing. The loveliest servers on this planet I 100% would come here just to talk to them, you always feel welcome. The burgers here are heaven and the fries will make your life complete

We gave this place a try for breakfast as the pictures of the food had been tempting us for far too long. I will say that the staff were absolutely amazing for helping out my wife order food, taking into account her allergies. They were able to direct us to what was available to her and make suitable amendments with confidence. The food arrived quickly and we all ate together. The food was fine. Most of what was on the plate was just about warm, having been precooked and stored for quick service. Not only that, but modt items on the plate were slightly bland. For the price, there was very little that stood out as exciting or tasty. Other places I've visited for a similar experience have a slightly steeper price, but the difference in quality and taste is clearly distinguishable. The great service kept the experience fair, but the food quality needs some improvement. You can easily find a place to serve the same style of food with superior quality but with an increased price. The place is by no means bad, but our visit didn't set me up for another experience here any time soon.

We love visiting Ed’s Diner, Jane has always been lovely and welcoming and pretty much the reason we always come back. Can’t say enough nice things about her. I love the vegetarian breakfast, also great decision doing veggie sausage instead of vegan chicken tenders, because the sausages have a lot of flavour, which speaks volumes, because it’s the veggie menu which usually gets neglected. Top marks! 🎉

Wonderful service every time we come here, Jane absolutely makes our day. We basically get one of two options every time, love the dirty deli burger, & big Ed’s Brekkie. They’re even great for vegetarians

Staff are so friendly here! Only met Jayne, Ivy and Aoife so far but everyone seems great and contribute to such a friendly atmosphere. Food was great too! Competitively priced and a real treat.

Understaffed! Food took ages to come out (place was less than half full), fries were tepid when food finally arrived, asked for them to be re-done, took 15 minutes to get them back, then chicken burger was tepid too. Complained and was told they had staff shortages. In fairness, they quashed my whole bill, but still a disappointing experience.

We popped in for a quick snack and we weren't disappointed. The service was really good, especially one of the waitresses who was very efficient and friendly. One of the waitresses was very quiet and we really struggled to hear anything she said. Luckily I'm partially deaf so could lip read what she was saying. We had the loaded fries and I tried the coca cola float, this took me right back to being a child again and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Before we left for home we went back again for dinner. The service was yet again spot on and the waitress was really attentive and friendly. The food was lovely and flavoursome. The pricing is about what I would expect from a diner inside a shopping centre. The booths were really comfortable and there was hardly any wait for the food. There aren't toilets at the diner but there are some just round the corner in the shopping centre. Will definitely be back.

The worst milkshakes and service experience. We have dined at eds diners in Nottingham, London and Sheffield. The experience this weekend (28/05/23) in Nottingham was the worst. The 'app' payment system does not allow for amending orders or refunds regardless of service or food standards. Milkshakes were watery and flavourless, staff were slow and unhelpful, manager in black complained about the app system but did nothing to help, not changing shakes, improving quality, we couldn't even get glasses for water without repeated requests. It was quiet and service was slow. Never again

A good take on all the standard on the go food. Well cooked, well presented and helpful staff. Pricing ok too not cheap but the food is worth the money.

Excellent food, the waffle fries are excellent! And the service is second to none, Ellie did a wonderful job of looking after us and we look forward to coming back soon!

The staff are super friendly and attentive. The food tastes great. However... points lost for value.. £16 50 for a burger meal... I say meal... the burger was no bigger than a maccys double cheese burger, there was an option for 1 side which I chose mac and cheese... turns out that omits fries... So... 1 small/medium burger and a tiny pot of mac n cheese... £16.50... Priced at double what its worth.. point me in the direction of subway... I'm still hungry.

Absolutely vile. Visited spontaneously this afternoon, many items not available as ran out. Waffles and milkshakes the very worst, processed food ever tasted, didn't finish either, left feeling nauseated. Poorly presented, dripping shake cups and dirty cutlery. Chavy course staff. Overpriced and disgusting. Avoid. Still feeling ill 3 hours later

Service very welcoming . Breakfast ok waffles very meagre for what they cost. The big let down was my 'flat white ' coffee which was nothing like a flat white. We would be reluctant to visit again.

Service was slow, had to wait quite a while to be seated and then even longer to make my order and then longer for the food to arrive. To top it off the chicken tasted burnt and some of the waffle fries were overcooked. Overall not happy with this at all.

It was pretty nice place, food is great, one burger can keep you going through whole day haha. Customer service is really professional and full of fake smiles but that's okay.

Gorgeous food, polite and attentive staff. Lovely lady served me and my partner this morning and she was so happy and bubbly. I believe her name was Jane? This was on the receipt. Thank you guys.

Really enjoyable experience. We originally planned to go to the Notts Street Food area but it had shut early for some reason so took a chance here. We decided to buy a bunch of appetisers to share rather than a full meal each and everyone of them was delicious. The highlight were the potato skins, which so often are really underwhelming another establishments, which were nice and crispy, had lots of melted cheese and toppings and were served with plenty of actual sour cream. This was all topped off with lovely attentive service by a lady who's name I wish I'd of caught as she was a credit to the place.

What a fantastic experience this place provides. With a combination of retro theming, 60s music and excellent service it's like being back in time. Jayne was really the icing on the cake, so attentive and friendly without being annoying. They also offer dairy free shakes which is amazing as I've really missed a good shake.

Lovely food for a reasonable price. Staff are very kind and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you have a allergy free tailored food experience haha. Have been here many times and wil definitely visit again.

Good honest food for a very reasonable price . Enough Vegetarian options for my daughter which was a pleasant support. Our waitress was lovely, really polite, friendly and full of smiles, a real credit to the Nottingham store.

First time using ed's easy diner, food was great quality and a fair competitive price. The place has a great atmosphere with friendly and fast staff. The music fits the theme perfectly. 5/5 would recommend. I'll be coming back.

Went to Ed’s Easy Diner Saturday 12th March 2022 and I can’t compliment the service and food enough! The lady that served us (sorry I didn’t get your name) was absolutely amazing! Full of life, very hospitable and great with my kids. The food was incredible!! My husband, mum and myself all had the black ‘n’ blue burger and it was soooo yummy! Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to all the staff there on Saturday for a great experience.

Went there for a shake, it doubled as a pudding so that was worth it. Had ribs while I was there which were pretty good. Have had the american breakfast before as well which was good

Breakfast today was great. Food was lovely. Served by Jayne (food cooked by Kieran) nothing was too much. Asked to add items and met with smiles and professionalism throughout. Best breakfast I have had in a long time!!! Will definitely return. 🙃

👍👍 Absolutely amazing! I went to have lunch on my graduation day with my friends. Food was very flavourful and cocktails were nice. Special dietary options are available and you always get 2-4-1 cocktails. Service was really friendly and approachable. Ambience and music is just cherry on top.
