An ideal overnight stop for visiting the University. We had such a warm welcome, room was clean, tidy and very comfortable ( 3 of us in the family room) and the location was perfect for visiting the uni as its just a few miles away and took us about 7 minutes by car! I highly recommend the Tudor Lodge and will no doubt return.

A lovely B & B nearby Uni for our visit to our son. The room was clean and adequate for our one night stay. The owner and the lady who cooked the breakfast were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very nice. Thank you for a nice stay in Nottingham.

What a great place! Darren, the owner was fabulous, most helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable, as we're the beds. Good double glazing to keep noise from main road to minimum. Delicious breakfast and all for a reasonable cost ..... and they take dogs. Would gladly recommend.

Mark did everything and more for us to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. All of our special requests that we made when we booked were met flawlessly. The room was beautiful and recently refurbished (we were the second people to use the room since it had been done). The furniture and decore were lovely, both the room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean - I particularly loved the bedroom carpet and the sparkly wall in the shower. Usually when we stay away from home, we find the beds uncomfortable, but the beds at Tudor Lodge were so comfortable! The bedding was a lovely quality and was obviously picked with comfort in mind. Breakfast was again, beautiful quality and was served quickly. Both the vegetarian and standard breakfast were of equal size and quality. The refreshments provided in the room were of a high standard too. We wish we had known about this hotel sooner and we will be booking again when we visit my in-laws in the future. Thank you, Mark for being a brilliant host.

If i could give this hotel a zero or minus star I would. the photos online look average however the hotel is the most awful place to walk this earth. the room was disgusting, burn marks all over the cabinet (clearly from junkies and their spoons!), bathroom light didn’t work and only a bath option. was so bad we walked into the room and walked straight back out and booked a different hotel down the street within 10 minutes. we were only looking for somewhere to sleep for 1 night and we couldn’t bring ourselves to stay here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Extremely comfortable hotel, though small offered fantastic breakfast, brilliant personal service, . Rooms had quality furniture and very clean throughout and Tea, coffee and bottled water provided. Lovely tidy garden area with beautiful summer flowers all in bloom. Many take aways just opposite should you require good value food options.

10 Great hotel, ideal location. Liked · I had to pass on breakfast as i needed to leave early but it smelled lovely.I used to live in this area so i know the hotels location well even though i`ve never stayed there before,it`s proximity to Nuthall Road/A610-one of the busiest roads in and out of Nottingham-used to put me off but my room was at the rear of the property, even with the window wide open due to the hot weather-and it was open all night-the traffic noise barely registered, bearing in mind the road was only about 30-40 feet from my room it was not an issue. If you are staying in a hotel next to a main road then you can`t expect it to be silent as the grave. The room was lovely and clean, welcoming, nice shower, comfy bed,the owner was very friendly and helpful.....although i did not use it,there is a nice, secluded patio/garden area available to relax in.All in all a lovely place to stay, hopefully will be returning very soon.

Usually stay at the premier inn up the road but decided to stay here instead. Really clean and tidy rooms, great welcome, immaculate garden to sit in, really nice cookies in the room with the tea and coffee. Great full English in the morning, good free parking. En-suite was spotless and would 100% recommend staying here. I had a single bed but apart from that I can’t fault it. Next time I’ll be in a double room and will stay here over the not so far premier inn. See you next time!

Warm and friendly owner, good sized rooms, convenient location, great value for money and absolutely fantastic breakfast. If I need somewhere to stay in Nottingham again, this will be the first place I look.

Clean lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy and spacious. The only inconvenience is not being able to receive visitors whilst you’re staying here. Do keep that in mind if you expect friends and family to pay you a visit.

Staff friendly and attentive as anything. Rooms are clean, comfy and well looked after. Breakfast was fantastic, and for the price you really can not complain.
