OK room, not bad price, but grotty area. TV had no remote, there was no soap or towels in the room and most of the guests are people who were previously homeless so the city council has put them in the hotel, so you can guess what type of people are mostly staying there.

The council put my brother there when he became homeless. He has mental health problems. I spoke to another person who was also under mental health care. He said he sees a lot of people (with mental health and addiction problems) leave there, dead via ambulance. It's not a place to put vulnerable people or anyone for that matter, I wouldn't keep a dog there. Needles, blood stained sheets, filth!

I ended up in hospital after a 70ft fall. The hotel threw all my stuff in the bin. Identification, college certificates. The lot. Kept my television as I was homeless at the time. Don't ever go here! I was told they would hold onto my stuff as my back was fractured in 14 places. 20 ribs fractured. Pelvic bone also fractured. 4 internal organs lacerated and they threw all my belongings away whilst I was hospitalised. Please do not go here. I pray that they get shut down.

Disgusting. The area is terrible and most of the guests are homeless alcoholics being put up by the council. The towels are ratty and unclean, when i asked for a new one the staff member took the towel and walked away, never to return. It was loud all night and freezing. Would have had a better time sleeping in the heaps of rubbish around the corner with the rats.

It's a ok place if your on a budget, close to town choise of very nice take aways friendly reception, clean and tidy. You get what you pay for.

The main building not so good because its an old building. The rooms across the road in the house share are very nice. The staff are ok ..

Errr, unless you put here by the council do not go! It's better than the streets but not a nice place to stay...

Need to give people a breakfast not 2 milks witch only cover 4 cornflakes the ones you get for a cup of coffee,apart from that OK.
