Please do yourselves and your family a favor and do not book here. At night you can see dust and feathers floating. There is mold everywhere in the bathrooms. Water marks and cracks in the wall. The carpet is very stained in some parts. Not sure what the brown substance stuck to the ceiling was, but I definitely know it was disgusting. The room was so disgusting we checked out after a few hours and found suitable accommodations elsewhere. It is hard to believe this hotel did not use the slow period during the pandemic to deep clean the rooms. The best part about this hotel is the front desk staff, super friendly and very helpful. and they offered warm cookies at check-in. Hopefully they will close some buildings down for well needed renovations.

First let me start by saying you will not get the service or room experience you pay for. I am currently here staying in a suite and writing this review. Below are a list of misses that show the type of hospitality you will receive. Ac loud obnoxious and blocked by a decorative box. Concierge non existences and they want you to do the work for them. I was asked to grab my own luggage from a storage room and to return the cart it was on. Broken faucet in both bathrooms Wasp nest on our patio. No it was not live it was old Sliding glass door to master was disgusting and barely worked. Tub faucet loose and breaking. Paint on the floor. One ice machine on the first floor for the whole building. Hope you get a first floor room because no elevators. We booked a room for 4 and had no sheets or pillows left for our kids on the Sleeper sofa. Shower is meant for a person who is not large but small. No plates in our so called kitchen or silverware. Market place attendant rude and not helpful and the pizza is horrible. To much sauce over cooked dough which all forced the cheese off of the pizza. As a senior manager in the hospitality industry I would be embarrassed by the service being offered to the guests. I do not wish my experience on anyone and I suggest you re think your hotel choice. I leave here in 2 days and will never return here. Sad because I expect much more from the Hilton brand.

It's definitely a great location, but not a 5 ⭐️unfortunately based on my experience. 1st: Has more hidden fees than Car Dealers. You pay for one thing online, and once you are there, they reel you in like a tired, hungry fish already on the hook. 2nd: We had serious issues with our room, and we had to notify the staff 3 times until our room was changed. You would think once is enough. 3- AC was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are made for runway models. If you have some thickness or are heavy duty, prepare to be uncomfortable. 4- Breakfast was good. But again, MORE HIDDEN FEES. If you choose to get something from the "Omelet Bar," you'll be charged extra. 5- I've never left such a lengthy review, but the hidden fees deserved hidden thoughts. The total price isn't the issue. I've stayed at vastly more expensive places, but there weren't any hidden fees. I knew what I was paying for. Overall, I'd definitely not stay here again.

Lovely experience, however I booked over others for the free breakfast. After booking I saw I was charged for a flat breakfast fee for 2 or 1 guests, and I was a solo traveler. Declining breakfast and removing the fee was not possible. Reducing it to a charge for 1 not 2 was also not allowed. You are not allowed to just get the food. You have to be seated and waited on by wait staff. 🙄 I asked the wait staff if a gratuity would be included as she sat down the water. She said yes. I said no thank you. This is absolutely not the free breakfast people expect when they book somewhere that says they have free breakfast. My chat with customer service ahead of time also was poor. I felt like I was explaining things to them a lot and correcting them a lot on the basics i.e., checking in digitally via the app when prompted the day before won’t result in me being charged an extra day. Room was strong a.c. Which was great, but unfortunately a little dirty, shower (pic) and a smeary mirror which I couldn’t capture. No clock in the room. The positives are the beds were very comfy and the staff friendly, property is nice. Don’t get me wrong, I blow money on vacations here and there, but I know where it’s going and it’s my choice where to spend money. I am really uncomfortable with extra hidden fees, and apparently in this case an extra surprise hidden fee in the form of a tip had I actually eaten. Just didn’t want a full-on seated restaurant type experience with gratuity (probably a percentage based on their valuation of the breakfast) forced on me in order to grab something on the way to the parks, ya know? And despite asking about it.. well, “house always wins,” I guess is the saying. I don’t feel quite as safe in rooms whose doors open directly to the outside, and this was the case here. This surprised me because the pictures show a tower, and I couldn’t discern from the pics or descriptions there were other rooms. It seemed like the other buildings were restaurants or banquet rooms.

Hotel is in need of a makeover, which they appear to be doing with some rooms. There were workers replacing carpeting in rooms around us during our stay. Lots of amenities, two pools, hot tub. Good convention center, like the hotel, parts have been updated and other parts haven’t. Biggest issue we had was the quality of the water, had a sulphur smell from both the shower and sink. We used bottled water for brushing our teeth. Would we stay here again? Yes, but hopefully they continue improving and updating the facilities.

I've traveled quite a bit and this had to have been the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. It took 2 room changes to find one that was close to acceptable. There was visible mold in the bathroom and the whole room wreaked. The shower door couldn't close. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the walls are like cardboard. They lured us in with the beautiful pictures, free breakfast, and free parking, but it was all lies. They charge a $15 "resort fee" that covers your "free breakfast" (stale cereal and bagels) and another $21 for parking PER NIGHT. There are no parking spots available. I watched people enter the pool area who were not even guests at the resort, so I'm assuming that's where all of the parking spots went! The "game room" was non existent. I could honestly go on and on. This is NOT Hilton quality and the owner should be ashamed. Do better.

Room was basic. Thought a hotel chain like Hilton would do better. Seems updated on the inside but has that motel vibe. Stayed for a night before our cruise. Breakfast is complimentary and great buffet with great service. Pool area was cute. Didn't swim cause we flew in late and left after breakfast. Lots of things to do nearby, but you'll need a vehicle.

Large campus, plenty of outdoor common areas. Rooms are converted Motel rooms. A fellow guest noted that her room looked like Motel 6. Cleaning staff is polite and helpful, can't say the same about front desk, they're hit-miss. If you're going to Sea World, can't beat this location Day 2- parking lot blocked for random convention. Since we were unable to leave the parking lot, and didn't want to buy from the expensive on-site restaurant, we were offered a banana, a muffin, a bagel, and a plain (they emphasized plain) cup of coffee. Parking- nightmare. It's noteworthy because they have parking attendants and numerous barriers. Their reply summed up how we felt treated... "Thank for taking the time to leave."

First it is important to be aware that many of the rooms at this "hotel" are in fact motel rooms. By which I mean that they open directly to the outside, are accessed by an outside walkway, and that walkway is outside all windows including the windows next to the bed. The hotel had a *lot* of people just loitering around both inside and on the property. This included at night where they will walk by your motel room outside your window as they wander around the property. The service at the hotel was very poor. The room was never serviced correctly during my stay, including when I first checked in. It was missing service items like coffee, cups, towels, etc. every day. (Including, to repeat, at check-in!) Contacting the front desk resulted in a surly response and eventual delivery of some of the requested items by a hostile hotel employee. Walkways around the rooms were obstructed by maid carts and bags of laundry and trash at all hours of the day. At any time of day or night you can see bags of trash scattered around this property. The rooms themselves were upgraded at some point in the past, but since that upgrade they have not been maintained... so they are now an odd mishmash of quality touches like wood panelling and water damaged plaster and cheap appliances. You will be charged a resort fee to stay here along with an exorbitant parking fee. (Even if, like me, you have no car.) Overall, you'll be happier if you choose somewhere else to stay as this is certainly not a cheap option. And all of this comes from someone with status in the Hilton Honors program; if you are not a frequent traveler, I imagine you can expect worse treatment.

Not anything special. The place is a maze to navigate and isn't organized at all. They spent more money on the party atmosphere and making it look flashy than they did on the actual living parts of the hotel. Beds are not comfortable and the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast is not included and is $20 per day and the "continental" breakfast is a joke. A piece of fruit and a muffin. It really isn't anything to be excited about. The staff seems bothered by your existence - minus the front desk clerk at the main building which is not where you stay or even close to it. The front desk clerk was amazing. Save your money. Book another hotel that's less expensive. Same features as a smaller inn with flashy clubs and pretty walkways. Don't be fooled.

I booked a deluxe room which through Expedia shows a room with a sitting area, and couch etc. with nice brand toiletries. When I get here it is literally a motel with tiny rooms and full size beds they insist are queen size. No toiletries. Just the large ones they refill and anyone can open and put things in. So gross. There wasn’t even a remote control for the room, and the front desk does not answer the phone How is this a 4 star hotel? Oh… and to make it worse, they charge $15 resort fee per night, and $25 per night to park? I complained and they told me if I want the nicer room that I booked. I have to pay more money for an upgrade??? Do yourself a favor a read the recent reviews. Do not stay here… seriously Orlando has some great options and this is definitely not one of them.

Me and my boyfriend decided to splurge a little bit for my birthday and get a nice room at the Hilton. First impressions were nice upon arrival but coming inside to check in is where it turned. The woman that checked us in was rude. We were told where our room was and shown on the map but we both agreed that it was not what the pictures looked like when we booked the room. We booked a junior suite (which the website says is in the tower) and we ended up being put in the villas. The staff said it was an “upgrade” but what we paid for does not seem to be what we got the first night. The room we got the first night we could have went to the Best Western across the street and had a better room. We talked with a gentleman after breakfast (where the waitress tried to say we needed to be charged twice when the back of the map says “per room”) and he said that the original room we booked was still on hold with our name and it just needed to be cleaned. He let us know that he would put a rush on it and it would be ready by 12pm and when we went back to the desk at 1pm after going out for a little bit, we were informed that the room still was not ready and most likely wouldn’t be until 3 as that is when check in is. We shouldn’t have to wait at all because we shouldn’t have had to change rooms at all. Make sure before you take the keys for a room that you are actually getting what you reserved. Cause this is not what I expect when I go to a nice upscale hotel.

This hotel was an awful experience. There was a plumbing issue in the room next to mine and I came back to a wet carpet and a huge fan in the room. I understand that these things may happen but they never reached out to me to discuss. I had to contact them and they only took a slight discount off the night for my flooded room. I have also had multiple issues with the housekeeping. They left my door open and unlocked (thankfully nothing was stolen!!) and they threw away some items they assumed to be trash that were actually really important and I had to run to the store unexpectedly to replace. I had the items in the closet, there was no reason for them to assume it was trash. In addition to the above issues, it's just a poorly designed property. There is not enough parking so you'll have to park pretty far from your room. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor in my building, so I had to lug a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. And with the gating system, you cannot get delivery food to your building, you have to walk out to the main lobby to get food.

Definitely on the older side with some new touches, I would say this is a decent and clean place and would recommend a stay here if the price is right for you. Due to the pandemic (I am sure) there isn't daily cleaning service but to be honest I am good with that. Less waste and few things for me to hide (there is nothing to suggest they would steal anything but I am a bit paranoid). There's an in-room safe, too. Going in the middle of winter when it was in the 50s didn't bother me since I had to go to a conference and was rarely there. But the amenities were plentiful. The restaurant is delicious, from the $15 all you can eat morning buffet to the pizza place with ice cream scoops. My favorite touch is the cookies at check-in. Or, actually, any time you go to the front desk. ;)

READ ALL: At the end, We had an issue with a house keeping man who was too busy having a conversation with a house keeping woman to let us back in our room. So I can get our key that we just left seconds before going back. I spoke with the cleaning woman who knocked on our room to give us a few mins as we were getting ready to leave for the day. Neither of them considered to give me any service and said I have to walk all the way to the lobby. If that where not to happen I would give a 5 star. Though they are house keeping they should still value us who stay there just as much as your front desk. Reflecting the hospitality and Value of your hotel. Not just for us but anyone there staying at the Hilton as a honors member or not. Also, Other than that the rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk associate who was training a new front desk trainee was very nice and I enjoyed speaking with her as we were checking in. She gave us a great first experience entering the hotel. Lastly, Their cookies are very delicious! Definitely try them!

Normally I never write bad reviews but in this case I have no other choice but to do so. If only to warn people who are considering going here, because don't. Upon arrival there was no room so I waited 20 minutes to be placed in 'villa' 15. When I walked into the room my heart dropped. It was extremely humid in there, pretty much the same as outside. The AC sounded like a loud old diesel generator, so loud that not even my earplugs could fix the problem. The carpet was moist and sticky to my feet and there were hairs in the tub. It honestly looks like one of those brown, old and depressing motels you see in so many shows all the time. The walls and ceilings were crumbling, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was just a depressing and disgusting place. I do not complain fast but this was really crossing all my boundaries. This hotel is stuck in the 1950's and stayed there forever. I checked out the next day and had to pay $21 dollars for park fees which I think is absurd. To stay in a hotel like this you should receive $21 dollars. They should've taken the time during corona to renovate but instead those 2 years of vacancy probably made it even worse. Please, whenever you read this. Do not go here, if I could give zero stars I would.

So far so good, services and servers are very good. I am here attending a private party but I am staying at The Hyatt Place. I had the chance to stayed in this Hotel a while back, I had a great experience. Room was clean and well groom. Tonight I am attending this private party 🥳 and I am having a great time, I LOVE SALSA MUSIC. Other than that, this place is fantastic for parties. I want to thanks the servers and all people involved in this organization for keeping us very happy with theirs activities. I want to thanks GOD for giving me another opportunity to experience his creation, thank you GOD, AMEN. SINCERELY TONY.

Nice hotel. The entrance and reception look nice and you will be helped quickly and well by the staff. Even our travel documents were printed out for us for free. The rooms are spacious, enough space for your luggage. The beds are good. Small bathroom with shower curtain, but good. Rooms are not cleaned as standard but if you ask it will be done nicely. Sometimes a bit noisy, we sat on a corner next to the stairs and the ice machine, but we were not bothered by it. Standard breakfast is included and was fine for us! Close to International Drive, very nice. Also a good connection to the highway 4. We stayed here for 4 nights in building 7. In general, a good hotel, we were satisfied.

Rooms are outdated, soda machines on our floor and floor below inoperative. Paid for services for wife’s birthday. When we arrived asked if room was completely ready. Was told yes. Get to room and nothing was set up. Services Comes up half hour later and only gave half the requested services. Check out next morning. Explained to management. Was told a refund was to be given. No refund issued. Called numerous times. Told refund was to be taken care of and email confirmation to me. Still no refund. Still no email. Do not recommend staying here. Better hotels right down the road.

We stayed at the hotel for an event at the Orange County Convention Center, which is more or less walkable. The room was not clean and was a bit dilapidated, especially shower and carpet. The pools are nice, but the jacuzzi in the family pool area was a bit of a party scene, not so appropriate for young children. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall three star rating, but a bit uneven. This is definitely not up to four star standard hotel.

I was genuinely thinking this would be a blah staycation because of the deal we got, and it's your typical chain hotel etc, on a holiday weekend. WELL, I was wrong! The hotel was a great base for the things we had planned in town. Easy to get to, easy check in, rooms were clean, and there was ample parking. The amenities adequate. I've paid way more for far less in terms of experience and amenities.... The staff was superb! Really friendly and accommodating. Super efficient! From front desk to grounds men; housekeeping to the restaurant crew. Made a huge difference in the experience. I would stay again💚🍻💯

I really enjoyed my stay here! Unfortunately, although I had reserved a room with a king size bed, they didn't have any when I arrived. At check-in, I actually wasn't even told about that. I found out After I arrived at the room and found myself in a room with two queen size beds. When I called to ask about the mix-up, the person on the phone basically said something along the lines of "I'm surprised nobody mentioned this to you already, but we ran out of King beds for tonight so you were upgraded to a premium room with two queens. We can make it up to you by giving you a free upgrade to the free full breakfast since you only have the continental breakfast right now. We'll also waive the $15 fee. " So that was nice, but still would have been nice to be told about this before I actually stepped into the room. Very nice room though! (as you can see from the pictures) It was clean and tidy. The only thing I found a little unpleasant was that the wall looked a little swollen around the base of the shower door (right outside the shower). I guess it got wet and ruined, but instead of fixing the wall, they just painted over it? No idea. Not a big nasty thing. Maybe just a rough spot that was about the size of my hand at the bottom of the wall next to the shower. No biggie. I know the person on the phone told me that they "upgraded" me to the "full" breakfast instead of having just the continental breakfast. But the next day, everyone in the breakfast area had all the same options from the buffet-style options. Not really sure what the difference was. Not a fan of having to pay $25 for parking, but I guess that's a thing at some hotels. Overall, I'd say it was a very good stay!

I Love this place! Yes, the furniture was worn and the exterior needs updating. The service was awesome and completely made up for it. While I was checking in a staff member was walking around making sure everyone had water. The staff and restaurant waiters were very nice and did an excellent job. Breakfast did cost but was awesome and well worth the price. I will always stay in the tower. Great place to stay.

I came to a three day conference at this hotel in early October 2023. The hotel/resort has the typical structure of many others in Orlando. So nothing unique to talk about this one. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is a fridge, a microwave and a safe in the room. The public areas are well kept. The staff was courteous. I did not try the restaurant. I used the gym and it was good for a maintenance routine. Spacious and it has the minimum equipment for a good workout. So, why the three star rating? Room service only came one day. I was out of coffee the rest of the stay and nobody picked up the trash. I tried to use the pool late in the day, but it was a downer. The lighting was poor and made the pool area uninviting. A friend had an accident and had to stay in his room, but the hotel staff was not very responsive to somebody that got injured at their hotel like you would expect. The conference areas were clean and good for the event. Thinking more about it, not having room service the length of the conference was a big minus for me. Would I come back for a relaxing stay in Orlando? No, I would choose some place else.

We are currently enjoying our stay here and I was so apprehensive due to so many scary reviews about the rooms. I even warned my kids. My kids were completely blown away as this is one of the nicest places they have ever stayed. We have a room overlooking the lagoon pool and bar. The front desk staff is very nice. The lobby is very gorgeous and decorated for Christmas. The cookies were burned (over baked) and had nuts in them yuck lol. And the restaurant totally spaced my call in order for my daughter which was pretty bad. I’m able to make up for that. The parking is discounted right now to $15. That’s very good. They had a whopping charge on my card for incidentals of $250 yikes. But hey overall my kids love love love this place and that’s ALL I cared about.

NICE hotel but no good for those with strong allergies, carpet stinks and too much dust in the air 🤧 also Air too cold in the winter ❄️ time. Cis Method training at this hotel was good 👍 but it needs to be cleaned for real otherwise I will get sick 😷🤢 again.

I felt like the room accommodations were great. It was a little difficult having a baby on the second floor and no elevator in our building. We stayed 6 nights and it would have been incredibly helpful to have a high-chair for the baby in the room. Oftentimes, we wanted to eat in the room, so we had to feed the baby on the counter or on the floor. Holding her at the bar-height seating wasn't comfortable. I was further dismayed feeding her at floor level because our room was not being serviced each day. It created an unsanitary situation. The crib - for sleeping - was very appreciated. Overall, the food was mediocre. The staff were exceptional. Each and every interaction seemed genuine and the staff member aimed to be helpful. As far as the event, we were grateful for the service staff. Again, the bartenders and wait staff were exceptionally jovial and nice to be around.

The service was great, as you'd expect for a Hilton property. What impressed me so much was how it was still so good considering how expansive of a property it is. The rooms are good, nicely upgraded. Comfortable beds. Just a few things to know: they charge a daily resort fee along with a parking fee. Food at the pool area is good, but expensive.

Overall, not a bad hotel. Felt a bit dated and you could hear the noise outside at times of someone was outside. But the beds were comfortable. Shower was a bit tight but had good water pressure and was hot.

We are here for 6 nights and 7 days and so far it has been nothing but great! Our overall stay has been great. We have had someone from the management team checking in on us periodically. The kiddos love it and our dog loves the long walks! Breakfast could be different daily but other than that- the stay has been wonderful!
