There
were
many
negatives.
One
day
the
cleaning
lady
walked
in
on
me
at
9:20
am
while
I
was
naked.
No
idea
why
she
was
coming
in.
We
were
told
they
don't
clean
during
the
stay.
She
had
knocked
on
the
door,
but
only
waited
a
few
seconds
before
opening
it.
I
notified
the
management.
They
said
they
would
send
someone
for
a
report.
I
said
no,
and
that
I
just
didn't
want
it
to
happen
again.
After
that,
I
used
the
chain
lock.
Guess
what
-
last
day
same
thing
almost
happened
but
the
chain
stopped
her
from
opening
the
door.
Also,
at
8:30
am
they
were
blowing
leaves
almost
every
morning.
So
don't
expect
quiet.
The
maintenance
room
door
was
right
in
front
of
the
elevator
in
our
building.
The
door
was
most
often
open
so
you
saw
cleaning
carts,
trash
and
supplies
whenever
you
used
the
elevator.
The
room
was
nice
but
had
a
distinct
unpleasant
musty
smell.
We
kept
the
patio
doors
open
whenever
we
were
in
the
room
to
try
to
air
it
out.
The
shuttle
and
concierge
staff
were
super
nice.
Shuttle
guy
gets
5
stars.
I
could
go
on,
but
the
vibe
I
get
is
Westlake
is
a
solid
B
resort
that
misses
a
connection
between
management
and
staff.
Seems
like
staff
are
going
through
the
motions
with
a
smile,
but
no
real
thinking.
You'd
think
that
after
a
guest
complains
about
being
walked
in
on,
they
would
make
sure
it
did
not
happen
again
to
the
same
guest.
Also,
why
was
she
coming
in
when
we
were
told
they
don't
clean
during
the
stay?
She
tried
to
come
in
2x
just
after
9am.
As
to
price,
it
is
reasonable
for
what
you
get.
