They informed me wrong about an article by phone and I was very upset when I arrived there and they didn’t have what I wanted. No solutions in situ. But after a bad review they sent a $30 card to buy in the store which is pretty nice.

I worked at pet supermarket as a store Manager a few years ago so my standards are high. I was very impressed with Summer, her knowledge on performatrin was excellent! She was extremely nice and ready to help.

Bunnies in horrendous conditions! Rabbits under 6 months should have 2 tablespoons a day of young rabbit pellets, unlimited alfalfa hay (crucial for a baby’s calcium), and a tiny amount of fresh organic greens like romaine. These bunnies have unlimited pellets, dried corn (which can kill them!), and Timothy hay. They did have water, but in the hamster water bottles. Rabbits cannot drink enough water like this. Rabbits should have a heavy bowl of water so they can’t flip it. These are animal cruelty conditions. Rabbits have insanely sensitive GI tracks and these conditions are down right cruel.

2nd review not sure my last post went but. Bryan the manager and his amazing team greets us all with smiles and always asks how they can help. It’s nice to go into the store to be treated well by all. Best pet store in FTL !

The people that work here have always gone above and beyond for us. Such a nice store. After I purchased a bunny from this store and she wasn't eating, they helped me by introducing me to the food that she was use to eating there. Now we have a happy bunny with weight on her.

Gustavo went above and beyond for me. So helpful, informative , professional and kind. His love and passion for animals was unmatched. What a pleasant experience I had purchasing a beautiful bird he became very acquainted to .

They are friendly prices are definitely increasing extremely high. Accessibility not the best only one way in and out of the shopping center entrance. You would think they would have two entrances only one and their hours come on your competitor is open later than you are and you will literally lock the door right in your customers face, otherwise I would give you a five star but you’re closing your store too early now I see why it’s not ever busy too eager to go home

I’ve been shopping here the last 2 years as I prefer it over other stores. I went in today looking for new dog food for a fur baby with stomach issues and Gustavo was AMAZING at helping me pick a new food and explaining it all to me, which other places I can barely get a hello at the door! I wanted to thank a very caring staff member at this store. Valencia (I believe I spelled her name correctly) helped me pick out some new sweaters and rain coat for my new doggy, Charlie (rescued from the Humane Society). She also helped me get a new Pet ID engraved. She did a great job and she is definitely an asset to this store. Great job! Thank you

I have fish tank issues. I can't remember the young girls name in there but she is their fish smartie. She is wonderful and full of info and suggestions. I always go in on Sunday cause I know she'll be there. Place is clean and organized. Everyone helpful. Will always go here first!

This pet supermarket has changed quite a bit. I give this pet supermarket four stars based off the fact that it’s the closest pet supermarket to my house, has a unique variety of pet food selections and typically this pet store is very clean. The downfall to this pet supermarket is the parking lot is awful. They only have one way in and one way out which sometimes makes it difficult especially for those who have big vehicles. They have a select variety of Pets to purchase here. The pets are outrageously priced so I would highly recommend adopting a pet from a rescue Over purchasing an expensive pet from here. The pets are well cared for, but the environments of some of the small animals are very tiny. In conclusion, if you’re coming to this pet supermarket, purchase, pet food and pet supplies, only, stay away from the selection of animals. Adopt don’t shop!

Staff was super helpful, I walked in asking for good treats for training and there was a girl who walked me over there and talked with me for a while about my options and the pros and cons of each brand. I wish I had gotten her name so I could commend her better on here. Beyond that, I was very impressed with the selection of goods there and walked out with a bunch of goodies for my pup that I've been having a hard time finding elsewhere. Great experience.

Sometimes difficult to find my dog food, and the paw wipes are often out of stock. But generally nice and pretty clean. Staff is generally helpful and friendly.

Went to buy some gold fish… was met with a side of snarky attitude by the Assistant Manager Nicole on Sunday October 9. Apparently, if the goldfish are feeder fish you can’t choose which one ones you want you want because according to Nicole the store was slammed and she didn’t wanted to waist her time helping me. Mind you, I have been able to choose in two prior occasions without problems and nasty attitudes. Also, there were only 6 customers at the store. I wouldn’t call that having a busy store. The assistant manager needs to learn how to treat longstanding customers or stop quiet quitting and find another job. You lost a 13 yr old customer Nicole. Went to Petco instead and was treated like royalty. Your lost Nicole! If you want a side of attitude and rudeness go to Pet Supermarket, otherwise go to Petco for a better customer experience.

They ultimately didn't have what I was looking for, but the staff was great and assisted me during my visit.

Cute little shop I only needed hay, but the had many options for everything and a good amount of pets and they had more space then I see I. Ny per pet so I'm happy about that. Just felt it was a bit crowded with stuff and the hay could have used a better option it was small blades of grass and a lot of dust but again that's based on one item so 🤷‍♀️ the store is more important

Put a stopwatch on. 8 minutes just to ask a question because two people working registered yet only one works. Noone on the floor. might as well order online through Amazon.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love playing with the kittens when they are there. I just wish the rodent enclosures were larger. The Skinny Pig's enclosure was only about 4X it's body size.

Helpful staff. Got my ball python and ferret from them. Both healthy and strong.

Came in to get plants and fish for my 40 gallon aquarium. Sedrick came up immediately to help me. David, the store manager, also assisted and was able to answer all my questions and offered his personal advice on things I was purchasing. I will definitely be back. These guys are a great asset.
