    I’m about 3 months or so into the program and am so happy with my results. Not only am I losing weight (down 12lbs) but I am getting stronger and healthier in both body/mind. In the past, I used disordered eating patterns to achieve quick results that never lasted more than a few months. With the training from Sabrina and O’Neil, I have been able to achieve sustainable weight loss while educating myself on how to make it last for the rest of my life. I have two young children and run 3-4 businesses. Time for myself was few and far between after having my second child (18 months ago). I stopped prioritizing myself and it showed. Only a few months in and I am renewed, physically in strength, energy and health — and renewed mentally, with a more positive and motivated attitude, which contributes significantly to my performance in my career, in my relationships and ultimately, my life. I am so grateful to the team and can’t wait to come back three more months from now and share my results. If you are looking into this program, I 10/10 recommend- if you’re willing to commit to yourself, to be disciplined, to be humbled and to come back better than ever!

    I've been in the NLT program for three months now and couldn't be happier with my results. Coach Tina has been beyond supportive and encouraging. I've wished the weight would come off faster, but she consistently reminds me that slow and steady is the way to go. And she's right. Normally at this point in any diet, I've lost my motivation and started to put the weight back on. Not true with NLT. Because the program works with me and with my lifestyle instead of trying to force me into a preset (unrealistic) mold, I am actually successful long-term. I still have a ways to go, but I am confident I will get there. Pic of my 40th Birthday. (The dress was too big!!!)

    The coaches at NLT are the best. They’ve taught me so much about nutrition and how the body performs. They’re always available and never make me feel dumb. And the best part is that they encourage flexibility in nutrition so your results are sustainable! So happy I found them!

    Do not look any further or search for another training program! No limits is absolutely incredible. The coaches are the most dedicated and caring people. They don’t just train your body, they care about who you are and all dimensions of your life. I could talk about how much weight I’ve lost, and how much muscle I’ve gained, and how I’m finally happy with my body even after pregnancy; but the biggest thing for me has been the lifestyle change. My coach has helped me overcome body dysmorphia and disordered eating. This isn’t a weight loss program, it’s a long term solution to your health and wellness. Will you see the results you want? Absolutely. But you’ll also learn how to maintain the life you want for the long run as well! I can’t say enough about this amazing company and team!

    No Limits Training is the real deal. I'm not a fad diet or quick fix kind of person. I was looking for guidance on the best approach to building strength, losing/maintaining weight and eating right... Knowing it looks a little different than when I was in my 20s. The program focuses on building good habits over time so it becomes second nature. All the results follow from there. I lost ~15lbs over 8 months just by making small, but impactful changes to my nutrition and movement. It's an investment in long term success and well worth it. Now those behaviors are second nature and I feel confident that I can continue to build on the successes I've had with the program. The trainers are knowledgeable and come along side to keep me accountable. Tina pushes me and knows that barriers aren't always the same for every situation. Couldn't be happier 😊

    I have done personal training programs before, but what sets NLT apart is their mindset coaching and time management skills. It has made all the difference in how I think about what success looks like, and has kept me from giving in to the “all or nothing” cycle that has kept me from reaching my goals in the past. I would highly recommend this program to others looking to make a sustainable lifelong change and investment in their health, family and future!

    I am so glad that I took the initiative to do something for myself, and I'm glad I chose the NLT program. I am a work-from-home mom with two toddlers and no babysitter. Prior to starting the program, I barely had enough energy to complete my daily tasks. However, after only two months, I sometimes have more energy than I know what to do with. I love having more energy to run and play with my kids, instead of doing some lazy playtime activity with them. After all, they are a significant part of my goal to improve my health. Previously, I used to work out without a clear plan, and I would often give up due to lack of motivation and consistency. This program has definitely helped me transform that. The workouts are practically laid out for me on a silver platter. I genuinely look forward to workout days now, and I love to stay active on my non-workout days, too. My coach, Sabrina, inspires me and keeps me motivated. Her weekly and monthly check-ins help me stay accountable. This program is helping me adopt a new lifestyle that I'm learning to love. If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there about nutrition and fitness, and don't know where to start, I highly recommend this program. It's definitely worth it!

    I am only in my second month of No Limits Training and this is by far one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to getting my food and workouts figured out. I am a busy mom of 3 little ones, so I need something that’s simple and doesn’t take a lot of time but that actually works. I am so happy with my progress so far and can’t wait to see how much more I progress in the next couple months. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to change their habits and meet their goals

    I've tried a lot of things and spontaneously came up with the NLT. As I was in a phase where I wanted to change something, it was just the right thing. I was and still am very well supported not only in nutritional matters but my coach is also there for me mentally and helps me to find the right way to deal with everything. Even though it was difficult for me from Europe at the beginning with the time difference, we have managed quite well so far. Anyone who comes to a point in life where they don't know what to do, whether it's losing weight or finding energy for everyday life again, is very well served by this program.

    I’ve been with NLT going on two months! I can’t recommend them enough, the personal attention with a coach daily. Always having a coach available for questions and suggestions has been key my success. The meal plan options have saved me time during my busy days and the nutritional side has been helpful in so many ways!!
