Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Hermosa Cove. The property itself is STUNNINGLY beautiful! It's tucked away and feels very private, but is only about a mile walk into the busy downtown area of Ocho Rios. I would describe this location as a peaceful oasis. The staff is wonderful, kind and attentive. I'd especially like to call out Elvis, Roshiel and Klent for making our time at the resort wonderful. Our only wish while staying at the resort is that there were more food options-the one restaurant on site, Christophers, had good food, however, after a few days, we were wishing for more variety. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing, home away from home, this is your place!

Hermosa Cove and Resort is like the Garden of Eden and represents the best that the NorthCoast of Jamaica has to offer. The place is absolutely beautiful and has quite a stunning effect on your mind, causing you to just relax, enjoy and forget about all your troubles. The space is very, very clean and the staff have done an excellent job in maintaining a high standard. The staff is well trained and very friendly and everyone seems to take their job seriously. This is a perfect location for weddings, other types of family events, quiet getaways and just leaving e busyness of life behind. I will visit again, very soon!

first class staff! Restaurant, water sports instructor, front desk, house keeper, even the owners are so nice. You’ll never meet a more exceptional group of people. They will attend to your every need and make hermosa cove feel like your home. We return every year at least once to experience Jamaica with its beautiful beaches, nature, and people. Only stay at hermosa cove. Hands down, stop searching, this is the place!

Property is tranquil and secluded, just not convenient from either airport. Your looking at an almost 2 hour ride from Sangster. It is convenient to Ocho Rios attractions. The property is starting to show its age but still nice. Beautiful views can be observed at many locations on property. Rooms get a 4 star rating because my 1 bed house didn't have a bathroom on the first floor. The private pool was excellent touch as Jamaica is very hot in July. There seemed to be a farm next door as I was awakened,at 4 am, daily, by a rooster, goats and dogs.Service makes this place shine, the hospality of most employees is impeccable! Food-They could benefit from some variety in the menu. Christopher's is the only on property option. Food is tasty , but after a few days, different choices would be greatly appreciated. The other bar on property is only operational if the resort is at full capacity. All in all I would recommend this property

I was there for my son’s birthday. This place is amazing! I have an Airbnb next door at Carib. I love to go there for breakfast and spend the day there with my family.

I visited for dinner. The restaurant was intimate and the service was on point. The staffing was adequate so we had no wait time for attention. The food was very tasty and properly prepared.

An incredible resort. The staff couldn't have been nicer and upgraded us to the tree house for free, as it was not reserved during our stay. Gorgeous view right on the water. We chose this spot as it looked beautiful and unique with the houses to stay in, and we were not disappointed. A unique, beautiful, and incredible experience! We are so grateful we stayed here and can't recommend it enough.

We always go for dinner at Christopher's but today we decided t spend the day on property and we had an absolutely wonderful day...the salt water pool was beautiful... can't wait to revisit..the staff was so welcoming from the security at the gate. Ashley at customer service and Roshena at the bar....the property is soooo beautiful...love love love it... We will definately be back...

Whimsical,Magical,Enchanting…! Are a few of the words that describes this little paradise once you cross the gates and done the road to the rabbits hole you are transported to a different place and time not of this world! You are close to everything but AWAY from it all!!! Where do we begin? From arrival the front office team is warm and receptive, the rooms are in their own magical little villages each with its own private pool and entrances, well maintained and CLEAN! it truly feels like home. The property is quiet and feels very calming and the staff non intrusive, on the property there are 2 beach areas with the main beach being a private oasis that has powder white sand ample space and chairs for all. Above which is a charming little bar where you can hang or you get served while lounging on the beach. This property’s swimming POOLS is the most amazing thing I’ve seen! This is a 3 levels layered flowing downhill towards the sea one into the other all surrounding by a lush landscape you have to see this the believe it! Now on to food from room to. Beach side service to dining in the multiple awards winning restaurant Christopher’s which in itself is any experience with a tall “tower” it’s another mythical journey the food and service are first world and great! I observed on many occasions Klent the Manager walking around and making sure that things were good and was always accessible! Which makes it feel like you are appreciated. I would love to take a peek into the minds of the developers/Curators of the artistic wonder to understand how things evolved and came together as an art lover I was constantly finding little treasures in my cottage and around the property that piqued my interest! Overall this property is a bucket list gem and one will never regret spending time here, looking forward to being transported back into this magical place again soon 🥰

This is a beautiful property and the food and service was great. I however didn't like that although we dined there, it was an additional US$75 to use the beach.

I've made a reservation to have lunch there today just to find out they couldn't find out my reservation. (I booked it by phone the day before). That has made me feel very disappointed as I waisted my time to go there for nothing. They couldn't even let us buy a drink. Not good service at all.

I don’t think I could dream of a better location! My husband and I came to Hermosa Cove for our honeymoon. From the beginning planning stages, it was clear that the staff at Hermosa Cove were dedicated to customer satisfaction. Danielle and Klent at the front office helped us put together our perfect package. Once we arrived, it only got better! The architecture is simply breathtaking. The owners put their heart and soul into creating something different, and it shows. Unlike your major resorts, Hermosa Cove is more personalized. You’re not sharing walls with other people. You have your own space. The employees were the cherry on top! Elvis, one of the long-time employees, brought us famous meat patties from town. Ana and Racheel are all-star servers, and Randy is a fantastic bar tender. Chef Conroy is otherworldly, and we truly enjoyed every meal we had. I can’t rave about this place enough. Ditch the big resorts and spend your hard-earned money with folks who take great pride in their resort and their employees.

beautiful resort, we got the day pass and it was amazing. They have a great beach full of coral, fishes, crystaline waters and a hefty amount of pools. Food wasn't really out of the norm, regular dishes, good amount of drinks. Very clean and neat. Remember to reserve before hand since it's a property inside a group of properties with their own streets and can get kinda confusing to get there.

Beautiful property! Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Meals at Christopher's, the restaurant on location, were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommended for a comfortable, secluded getaway. The road leading up to the premises is quite terrible - only downside.

A lovely and magical resort. The staff is informative and intuitive in their suggestions for food, drinks, and adventures. We kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and observed the local birds. Full of wonderful architectural details, original wood carvings, and lush landscaping, I highly recommend a botanical tour of the property. We will be returning.

Was here for a women's wellness retreat. I don't know if there are any English words to describe this place but in two words... BEAUTIFUL and ORGANIC. Hermosa in Spanish means beautiful and that's exactly what the place is. Already planning a 5 days stay there with my King. It's fit for ROYALTIES.
