On a rainy day, there seemed like a line for all the usual places we go to. Deciding to try Denny's for the first time in the area, we found it to be above and beyond expectations. The place was clean, the staff was attentive and engaging. The sizzling breakfast platter had very fresh vegetables and my daughter loved her pancakes. I underestimated Denny's here. And we will be back again soon.

I do enjoy Dennys in Ocoee, the people are friendly & the food is always hot. I usually choose the specials or all you can eat! Always like to be seated in Portia & Jennifer’s area, where I get the best of service!

I ordered 3 sandwiches total thru Doordash for pickup. On Doordash, the store is listed as "The Meltdown." Only to find out when I drove there, it's actually Dennys. Very deceitful!!! Had I known it was Dennys on Doordash, I never would've ordered food. When I got there, I was told that 2 of my sandwiches could not be made because they didn't have the meat for the sandwiches. So I agreed to have another sandwich made instead. So I wait another 15 to 20 minutes to receive my order. I drove home, and when I looked between the bread, the picture attached will show how poorly made my sandwiches were!!! The manager offered to make my sandwiches over. I refused for obvious reasons!!!! I will never go here again!!!

You are not supplying enough products to your Ocoee store. They are always short on food choices before Thursday's delivery. They are always short on employees. It looks like Corporate is negotiating this store. I am Alex Simon giving you this accurate report.

Do not order on door dash. Food comes under cooked. Fries soggy and the restaurant refuses to follow any instructions like no onions. You’ll either throw out the food or have to cook it yourself. Called restaurant put on endless hold. Failure.

This is one the best Denny’s I have been too. The food, service, and atmosphere was on point. When you come you have to ask my friend miss cici, she makes you feel at home and give you a service with a smile. Thank you so much cici.

FIRST OF ALL I NEVER RECEIVED THE OREO SHAKE, MOST LIKELY THE UBER-EATS DRIVER KEPT IT TO HIMSELF, SECONDLY THE $25 THAT I PAID FOR THE NOTHING MEAL AND THE NOTHING TASTE WAS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO PAY $25 FOR SUCH A BREADCRUMB OF A MEAL , AND MOST ASSURADELY WILL BE THE VERY LAST, I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH IHOP, I HAVE WELL LEARNED MY LESSON NOW, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOSER-DENNYS..

last trip was a bust but this trip was much better.might be because after is better then it is at night recommend it at afternoon

Netta was AMAZING! She was an absolute delight! The food was tasty and Netta brought refills before I even had to ask for one. Thanks Netta for making my husband's birthday a wonderful one!

Denny's always has a good assortment of dishes to choose from. Food was good (had a little bit of stuff overcooked, but it didn't ruin the meal). Price was decent. This particular Denny's had quick service and our waitress, Diane, was very friendly and checked on us regularly throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted, made sure we had drink refills and was overall pleasant. Only reasons for the 4 star rating is because the building overall seemed rundown and the atmosphere was a little blah. There was a sign posted stating they were hiring for all positions, so they're obviously short staffed as many places are nowadays and probably overworked because of it. So it's understandable. Overall good experience.

This is the worst dennys I’ve ever been to. We came at around 11:30 pm. Margarita was our server. She dropped off the food and never came back to check in. We finished all of our food, wanting dessert. The server never looked at us to make sure we were okay. The server even ignored other customers that were clearly waving their hands. I wouldn’t come here again

Food made 2 people in my party sick, only thing in common sausage and whole grain pancake. Cost of soda 3.59, never offered refills, had to ask.

I did not go there to make friends. Some wait staff are too comfortable talking to and acting like they are your friend. A level of professionalism still needs to be maintained between staff and customers. Arguing about who's section people are being sat in is not professional when the dining floor has to look over and see what's going on because they are being interrupted. Everyone has hard times, but bringing children to work takes your attention away from your job.

We normally enjoy going to Denny's. The service is always great and the food is awesome. Today we were served chicken fingers , one of them had hair hanging off of it with something black at the bottom. We do understand that sometimes these things happen so we handed the waitress the chicken finger to be replaced and continued to eat the rest of them (they were delicious). The waitress return with the one chicken finger that looked like a chicken nugget. All we could say was wow. No manager addressed this issue, no discount offered, no apology. First time ever receiving this kind of service.

It is very nice to have a place where you get what you want the way you wanted consistently! Food have always been good! Even if it is as basic as breakfast but the one thing I will like to highlight is the hardworking ladies that always take care of us! Super attentive and always with a sense of urgency and hospitality! This ladies are Real Troopers of the Service Industry! Denny's please take good care of them!

Surprisingly, this Dennys has great service. I say surprisingly bc I didn’t expect such service. I don’t know if my expectations were low, since most establishments similar to Denny’s have seriously declined in customer service since the pandemic, but this particular restaurant had great service. My drinks were always full and they came and checked on me at least 3-4 times during the meal to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I don’t normally write reviews, but the service was so different from what I was expecting, that I definitely noticed. Whoever the hiring manager is, they should be in charge of hiring at ALL restaurants. CiCi and Wanda were especially exceptional with their courteous character. Thank you.

Classic Denny's atmosphere with amazing service. We came because we had to wait out our cars getting fixed. Our server (woman with a long braid, didn't catch her name) was very welcoming and attentive. Very happy we chose this over McDonalds.

We had a fairly large party. It was late Friday afternoon. So it was packed. We only had to wait for less than 15 minutes. Out Server was quick, efficient and very attentive. The only critique I had was some (about half of our party) of the food was cold. Otherwise it was ok.

When I was younger Denny's was a go to place for food after a night out with friends. Still is for the younger crowd but the food is not as good as it used to be. I had the chicken biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs. The biscuits were like hockey pucks and the gravy had no sausage w/ very little flavor. The chicken and eggs were good but biscuits and gravy were horrible. This would never have been served at the Denny's of old. Back then every meal was good to great and comparable to finer restaurants or wasn't served there. Whoever decides what foods go on the menu need to taste them first. As far as service and atmosphere go they have the same issues most other places have being short staffed. The workers are fine but definitely overworked which takes its toll on the service and atmosphere. No fault of the employees who are doing the best they can.

The day after hurricane Ian had struck Central Florida Denny's was one of the very few places open. It was pretty busy in there but we were helped within about 10/15 minutes. The person taking our to go order was very patient and helpful even offering to join together some items I ordered separately into a meal to make it cheaper.

Definitely not what it used to be. The restaurant was filthy, and you could tell the food was recooked after sitting around because the biscuits were hard as a rock and the potatoes were filled with grease when bitten into. The only good thing was our waitress (Jen) was very good at her job and very friendly.

Came in after a date with husband at 4am and was greeted with a warm smile from a server. She helped me with what to order and talked to me like a friend, it was obvious she was exhausted and had been serving tables all night 🌙. We went to wait in the car because we were also tired and the server even flagged our attention through a window so we could go. We will be returning as the food was delicious and fresh, everything is good there but we had the Patti melt and fries!

This Denny's is FANTASTIC. The Employee's are always Friendly and Funny. It Doesn't Matter What Time you go the Employee's are always the Same Which is Great. The Food is Always Very Consistent, I've Gone to This Denny's at 3am and 3pm and the Food is Always Good. My Go to is the Bacon Avocado Double Cheeseburger and A Vanilla Milkshake with No Whipcream. Their Milkshakes are to Die For. I Love Their Milkshakes with a PASSION and it's Probably The Best Vanilla Milkshake I've had here in Orlando.

Still the best breakfast served anytime! Great service, including prompt beverage refills without asking! Updated decor and kept immaculately clean!
