The hotel is new. Everything in the room is nice. They had an additional bed out and I don't know why, since it was just me. The towels left white towel fuzz on my body. Air conditioner worked. Bathroom door is not equipped to be left open. Breakfast is included, was set up nice and kept clean and stocked. But the Front Desk staff needs RE TRAINING. Forgot to tell that the parking garage closes at 2200. I paid 15 euro for 3 days to park, not to be locked out. I paid in FULL when I checked in. There held 25 euro of my full charge, as a deposit. After check out, they charged me my stay including parking and also my stay without parking. OVERDRAWING my account. Then when I called, they said they couldn't helped me. I called Guest Relations. They said give the hotel 48 hrs. It took less then 24 hours to send m my refund, but NO ONE FROM IHG HAS CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED! OR EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR MESSING UP MY ACCOUNT OR FOR THE OVERDRAFTS I HAD TO PAY. I'll stay here again, even though I'm aware of the Front Desk staff's limitations.

Great location with a nearby train station, just 15min away from Frankfurt. Restaurants and shops around the area. Great value for the money. The room are clean and comfortable, but more on the small side, I didn't mind since it only for sleeping. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

layout of room is good. feels large. Good and modern bathroom. excellent free breakfast. supermarket downstairs and lidl on the way to subway (3-4 minutes). excellent train routes to centre of town 4 different lines go there. Direct train to the airport.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you're here for a short trip. Located very close to the S-bahn, and it was my major way of transport within the 3 nights I was there. Check in was quick and smooth, as well as check out. Next to the hotel is the tegut supermarket, open till 11 PM but closed on Sunday (in fact, most stores close on Sunday in Germany) so do plan your trip well. In conclusion, a great place to stay for a short trip, or if you're a solo traveler. Would recommend.

Our flight arrived early in the morning from Toronto Canada, our check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. My family were very tired and this place allowed us to check-in early. And everyone was super nice. 5 stars are not enough for my experience here. I will definitely stay here again. It is also close to shopping centre. High Recommend

Pretty standard for a hotel I’d say, but there has been a flood which broke one of the elevators and also closed the parking garage. Rooms were nice and clean - but a little humid. Temperature can be set for each room. The breakfast was on-par.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Everything was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and the location is quiet. The room was clean and the WiFi speed was good.

Its dirty and not clean , the cleaning lady doesn't clean anything other than doing the beds . My mom also left her wedding rings in the room since we though i’d be safe there but it went messing and we complained and asked abt it the management didnt take any responsibility and simply said we didn't find it . i don't recommend this hotel at all since ur belongings wont be safe there or expect ur rooms to be clean

One of the top 3 holiday Inn/express hotels I’ve stayed at. Superbly clean, no stains and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great with attention to detail- there was plenty to go around for everyone. Parking wasn’t straightforward at first but once you read the signs it’s fine. 10/10 would stay again!

Exceptional location. 2 minutes shuttle bus ride from main terminal at the airport. Very clean. Great restaurant and great breakfast buffet.

We got double charged and they did request us to cancel the reservation that we did with Expedia with the excuse that they will refund us the money. I did call Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel and let us know. They came back to us with a negative answer from the hotel. Be aware, the staff is dishonest and lies.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! I wish every hotel In Europe were as clean and roomy and well located to the metro as this place. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was super friendly. Love the supermarket connected to the hotel. The rooms were quiet and cool, so many nice little features. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I stay here very often, because my work. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for more. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and again the waitresses are constantly cleaning up and refilling the bar area. The only thing you might need to be aware off, it gets very busy there at times, so it might be wise, to get up a little earlier, or later for that matter, to have a peaceful breakfast. As for the rooms, they are all standard. The beds are comfy, it is always immaculate clean and they are nice and quiet for a good night sleep. They all have aircon and some in the higher floors have a really nice view too. Whenever I'm in Frankfurt, I'll never look for any other hotels to stay.

The hotel is fine for short stays only i.e. 1 or 2 nights maximum. The room was small, although acceptable. There’s an iron and iron board in the room, as well as a kettle and a couple of tea bags and instant coffee. The breakfast was good, the hours were a bit hit and miss but if you actually make it the food is not bad. The staff need urgent customer service training. Their behaviour on several occasions was rude at best, borderline hostile. Customer service in other branches of the same chain was far greater.

Great hotel, comfortable, safe area, delicious breakfasts, excellent and fast public transport, not too far from Frankfurt. They are flexible and thorough with everything. Highly recommended! ❤️

Great hotel with actual working air conditioning for summer temperatures (had to move here from other holiday inn near airport with hot rooms), great breakfast bar, clean comfortable rooms. This is our new go to location in Frankfurt for reasonable rates and comfort.

Room was clean and tidy upon arrival, breakfast was included however the space provided was very limited and very overcrowded and cleaning of tables very slow. Not exactly ideal for tourists nothing to do in the immediate locale. The 9€ transport ticket was a real blessing as you need to travel by S-Bahn or buses everywhere.

Best in all respects. True value for money. A bit away from Frankfurt Main but perfect. Quick check-in, helpful staff, very neat rooms. Will love to come back again. Strongly recommended.

I stayed here two different times during an extended vacation in Germany, and my experience was lovely. Staff is helpful and efficient. Hotel is new and clean. Shower was large. The included breakfast is a great value. Plenty of nearby restaurants in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

We stayed there for 1 night after arriving in Frankfurt. It is a good place. The location is great. There is a small super market located next to it which we loved. It is very quiet and clean. The breakfast did not have many options. It is almost what the usual holiday inn breakfast offers. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our 1 night stay and I recommend this hotel for that.

Stayed Twice and couldn't ask for a better hotel in Offenbach Quiet area. Grocery stores and restaurants all around you Breakfast is good.

Very nice place to stay. Very easy to handle all the formalities during the COVID time when checking in. The staff were nice, the room was clean and breakfast was fresh. Just what you need on your stay.
