It’s a good store. But they lack a great deal of products. Shoes for example are always from 38 to 42 and so on. Underwear had NO variety whatsoever, either XL sizes or XS, short supply of everything. The positive side was all the luggage, travel sized stuff was great. Line is extremely long, since you can only check out at one floor, and there are 3 floors, and they are short staffed. Every day.

The main reason i visited frankfurt was because of primark. I do my annual shopping there. This time it was absolute chaos. Unhappy employees were striking (only the cashiers were working). There were SO many clothes on the floor and every cloth was at the wrong place. But i guess that's what happens when you can not keep your employees satisfied. Such a shame. Such a wasted time.

No just no this shop is horrendous there is no stock stuff just thrown on the floor you can't find anything I've been to many Primarks/penny's in my life and nothing is worse than this and I thought the penny's back in Dublin is messy well I though wrong and there is no workers in this place besides the tills and even at that there is about 5 workers at the tills out of 10 tills please save yourself a trip and find another Primark

More space between shelves and displays would be better. Quite crowded when we were there. More plus size would be great as well as more business related fashion.

One of the cheapest place to shop goes to PRIMARK. If you choose wisely, you can get good quality of products. They have almost all you need about clothes. The location is very easy to reach. It is near my Zeil shopping mall. You could ask google maps to find the place.

today when leaving the store with a recyclable bag from the store itself, I was stopped by the security guard claiming that as the bag was old and had a sticker that said "paid" I should show my purchases so he could check with my receipt if I had really paid for the products . Which didn't make the slightest sense... as the label itself already said it was paid for. It was extremely humiliating, he took out all my products and checked them one by one against the receipt. And as I don't speak German very well, I tried to communicate in English..which made the security guard angry, he told me that he didn't speak English and that since we are in Germany I should speak German and that he didn't understand me. I would really like to understand why he searched my bag... maybe because I wasn't so well dressed to shop at Primark....😒

I've been in this store a lot of times and I was quite satisfied with all what it offers but the last time I was shocked to see that 2 workers were moking some costumers for smelling bad and were also requiring sternly people to put the clothes on the hanger before giving it back... Probably the worst Primark I have been to in Europe. Small, tight, with undersized male department. All clothes in mess at the end of the day, the most popular items not replenished. Empty shelves. Like after an invasion. Then, I got to a wrong floor and was not able to get down, because the escalator was out of order, with a complicated sign just in German. I had to go through the neighboring building (attachment) and even there the escalator downwards had the same problem. So I had to go to the third staircase - and get out of the building and reenter the Primark again from the main entrance.

Primark feels like a mega cotton on of Singapore. Wide variety of options, from lingerie, sleepwear, winter wear, seasonal wears, bags, shoes, makeup, skincare, candles, household necessities, other necessaries for small aged to old aged individuals. A lot of discounts and sales and even very low priced items with good quality I suppose. If you're a foreigner, ask for tax-free to claim for your refund when you're leaving in the airport.

At 07.09 I and my family were there, in the second floor there was security standing near the escalator, was very rude, impolite. Other security came ( second security with Badge Nummer 747) was professional and friendly. Then came the manager ( a women) she was really good, talked to the first security who came and apologized. I do not know what has changed in Primark lately, and I have visited many stores in two countries in last 20 days. Too many clothes for 13 years old kids , like gym clothes. I feel like they produce nothing new, nothing different. That's for Primark in general.

Always full and busy. I don't really like it but you are always guaranteed to find something you 'need'. The quality is not the best but what can you expect for the price. There's usually a queue but the cashiers are rather efficient, so you don't really notice the wait time. This is a place you can shop till you drop for very little.

In Frankfurt specifically they put up an unfriendly security who doesn't speak German very well, but tried to tell us we're not allowed to go up. It took us a while to realize the upper floor was no longer accessible to people. Nonetheless, for having so many customers, the waiting time in line is really good and the cashiers work very fast. At the end of the day the store is a mess but considering the amount of people entering its still somewhat organized.
