This is residential Estate that have good roads and tight security position at each junction and also have well space houses with good numbering.

A great Estate within Lekki Phase 1 axis

It's a good place to live a peaceful and quiet life. The estate management is pretty organized. The security is good, sometimes annoying, but good. It's bigger on the inside than it looks.

Serene Estate with good road network. Although the drainage doesn't seem deep enough, so I envisage a bit of flooding in some parts. So of the roads are elevated above sea level to reduce flooding. Houses there are relatively new.

Nice place to live in during the dey season. Estate itself doesn’t flood much; but roads leading to your house might be too flooded for any car that isn’t a high SUV. Decent electricity supply too.
