Friendly staff, I went there just to swim and I had fun. With a token fee of #1000 you can swim for as much as you want and I had fun.

I liked the indoor swimming pool, was seclusive. The room was ok tho the bed was domineering to the space of the room.

Zaram Hotel has very poor customer relations. House keeping is poor and room service is not prompt. Though there is 27/7 power supply and the security is average.

Good hotel in Okigwe. Hospitable and welcoming staff. Comfy rooms of various grades with affordable prices. Average parking space for guest. Swimming pool and bar are quite good as well. Meals available but need to improve on the menu. Average security. Power (Electricity) rationing during the day is also a concern.

Quite a unique place to have fun in Okigwe. I was relaxing at the pool side enjoying the view in a hot afternoon

The hotel is fine but the rooms are too small. The bathrooms have deteriorated badly and don't smell nice. The room service is fast and commendable but the rooms lack necessary prerequisites for people. The concept of the swimming pool is nice but the water is unclear and therefore unsafe for swimming. These should be looked into for a better customer satisfaction.
