First of all, there was no proper parking space available for both cars as well as bikes. Once inside, unpleasant fragrance was in the air, probably due to the fact restaurant floors were dirty and not cleaned properly. Even after the guests leave the restaurant, there was none to clean the tables, the person at the cash counter had to do that and the same person was handing over foods too, so it was not at all hygienic!! Even worse there was no water available in the restrooms! Only saving grace was taste of ‘Veg Extravaganza’ Pizza, which was good, still the price was very high even for a medium sized one. All in all, it was one of the worst dine-in experience in the recent past, so wouldn’t like to visit this restaurant again, unless they address the points mentioned above!☝️

The place was nice, clean and cozy. Pizzas were nothing special. It was good. The atmosphere was nice and has a nice view from the inside.

appreciate the billing person in photo, in the flood situation,many of us having network issue to pay the bill via mobile, but this guy helped many to give the food on his own cost and own risk.. Humanity must be respected... Appreciate DOMINO'S for having best staffs and service..

Nice ambiances, quick service and they are very polite and quick response. Small counter but it is OK. Situated in the main road there is no parking issue, I have observed that, they have 90% orders are home delivery. You can enjoy the road view from the shop, it was very nice. Pizza was awesome.

Aww.....excellent taste.....clean and healthy place to have food with family.....cheese overloaded pizzas are fingerlicking ones... When we visited it was too crowded....despite it the crowd the Service was done smoothly...

The place is good. Parking is not a big issue, but your order delivery time is long. To add to the problem, you get an automated message after a fixed amount of time saying your order is ready, on visiting counter they say wait for 10 more minutes. This tends to ruin the experience. I have faced this issue with every dominos in this vicinity.

Worst experience. They haven't updated that this location is closed. We travelled for 20 min and then they said that pizzas were out of stock. We waited and the manager told that there is another location nearby.we booked a cab for that location and when we go there this store was inside corporate office abd they didnt allow us to go jnside. Worst service given by thoraipakkam branch.

We visited this outlet after checking the availability of gourmet pizza, but it wasnt available. We called the Domino's number from online which redirected to central team. She has confirmed that she called thoraipakam dominos& confirmed the gourmet pizza availablity. We traveled from navalur to thoraipakam which is nearly 10kms, but its a disappointment, gourmet pizzas were unavailable.

Here to talk about the service received, the food was good no doubt. But the service was extraordinary ( fogot to ask her name), she was welcoming from taking the order, politely informing when it will be ready and atlast to the delivery. Will definitely visit next time only for the service itself.

They're making pizzas for the name sake... I mean they're baking always in hurry, not only in rush hours , even if the store is not without any crowd... And for online orders this outlet is even worse , once I've ordered Cheese burst and they've sent me pizza with add-on cheese (not cheese burst , there's cost difference between both of them )... And I've raised complaints for 2,3 times , simply the employees concentrating on closing the complaint and not on the solution... They've just gave me fake promises only , not solutions on compensations... Better try some other outlets...

I ordered veg Moroccan spice pasta pizza, don't know what to call it the thing which he delivered

Food was delivered after 1and a half hours of placing the order inspite of location being just 10 mins away, pizza was not hot and taste was not good. Poor customer service - the phone number provided is always switched off so you can never reach them through call , dominos support chat is not helpful as its just automatic responses. After registering a complaint,There was no call back as they promised.

Excellent service.....when we went there it was so crowded but a single lady handled the situation very cooly and delievered all the orders correctly..... cheesy pizzas yummy and finger licking ones...

Had a fantastic experience in Dominos thoraipakkam. Especially the behaviour of the staff(GAYATHRI-GSR) in the counter is commendable. Looking forward to visit the outlet often. Best wishes to the team.

The food was great and this place is located in the first floor. Parking to be done on the side of the road since no other parking is available. However, the place is not very crowded. We had farmhouse which was amazing and the service was great

Service: Okay-ish service, the staff won't bother much for your satisfaction as much as other branches. They serve the order and start chatting among themselves and use their phone but will be responsive when you ask for something. Food: It's not properly made as in other outlets, when asked about something that is not good or less in quantity, they will say yes it is what it is. Delivery: Speedy delivery, whenever you place an order, it never gets delayed. Ambience & location: Really well located, not big but nice place to hang out. Parking: On the service road if car, two wheelers can be parked along the building.

Janani at this Domino’s went above and beyond with her service. She was super attentive and always had a smile on her face with everything she did. She even got me a free lava cake and no, I’m not biased cos of that! 😂 It’s soooo rare to find such sweet and caring person in customer service in Chennai these days 🤗 Keep up the great work, Janani 😊

The team is just not interested in serving people. Get are ensuring that customers never return to this place again. Tables are not cleared , 7 staff members chatting , delay in order. Quality of product may be good but service is more imp. Horrible ambience.

Quality is ok only. Small dining hall. Service is very slow due to online pickup orders and walkin dining. No parking available. Usually crowded and wait time is increasing day by day. No proper table service. This outlet is run by very minimum staffs.

I really loved this place, the food was served with very good care. The customer service and food quality is amazing. Special mention to Ms. Gayatri who was the person who took my order, was so kind and customer oriented. All the staff working in this store are very talented and customer friendly. They serve quality and good tasting food to us. Whenever you go near thoraipakkam or sholinganallur, you can directly go to this store and enjoy your hot, cheesy pizza.

Domino's Pizza taste will be the same, around pan India,but this particular outlet is not maintaing well, desk are always dirty or remain uncleaned. If cleanliness is fixed then no issues

Excellent taste. If they keep drinking water for customer it will be good place to have pizza. We spent around 1800 rs. Then we asked water, they gave it in a single tea cup. Totally disappointed with this.

One v. Good thing about this place is it has a decent restroom. But other than that it is somewhat like a Cafe and there is no ambience. If you sit near the entrance, the blower will keep running as the delivery boys keep coming and going every minute. One unacceptable thing about Domino's is the size of the cheese dip. Please have your staff hand out condiments and tissue paper liberally!! It's not location specific- every fast food joint has this problem. I will definitely not dine in next time, but rather order. Quality of food was good.

Served pizzas in store and they have had followed COVID protocol, one must take hand sanitizers themselves. Ms Janani was so courtesy and she behaved well for the orders taken. Recommended.

Delivery is fast and good for online order but the in resturant service is bad even for order placement had to wait and they won't repeat your order and we have to ensure our order is right only when we receive packaging. Service should be better as we are paying for the service too.

We ordered Panner machani and the cheese was very minimal, as I serving a colestrol patient😡 . Seems like Dominos, karapakkam outlet is just doing a commercial business.

Not sure, whether every day value meal is only for online orders. When we visited and asked for it store people denied and said it's only for online orders this needs to be clarified, because based on display only we used order food, so felt the response is inappropriate...

I stopped by this store to pick up my takeaway order while I was traveling on OMR road two days ago. I placed the order on the mobile site, which gave me the chance to add a discount coupon. My order was for a medium Farmhouse Pizza, Veg Loaded Pizza, 2 x Garlic bread, and 2 x Cheese Jalapeño Dip. Their kitchen worked fast. The order was ready within ten minutes! Their staff promptly gave a call and told me the order was ready for pick up. My first bite of the garlic bread made me smile big because my last order with Domino's was in December 2019! The surface of the warm garlic bread was crispy at some parts and soft on the inside. It tasted delicious along with the cheese jalapeño dip. Also, I felt that the texture of the cheese jalapeño dip was different from what I remember. There wasn't anything wrong with it. The pizza tasted great as well. The toppings on each slice were just right, neither too much nor too little. I enjoyed having a delicious meal from Domino's with my family after a long time. And this was my first time eating out since lockdown began in March. Thanks to all the staff at this outlet who made my experience with Domino's a good one.

Very clean, good and fast service. Staffs are very polite and supportive. A must visit.
