Tried Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani here, the taste was good but the quantity of meat in the biriyani was very less and price was too high. I would rate it three stars only for the taste because I consider it's definitely not worthy for the bucks. Coming to the service part, one word I can say is pathetic. Literally pathetic. Waited for half an hour before someone attended my table to pour some water. Had to wait for another 10 odd minutes for the waiter to ask the dish I wanted. Don't go here if you have to go somewhere immediately because it would consume at least an hour. Only one star for service.

We went here for a team lunch with some 10 members. We ordered quite a number of starters only to come out disappointed. Not a single starter stood out for any of the team members. Apollo fish, chilli fish, prawn pepper fry, tandoori platter, bamboo chicken, crab lollipop. Every single dish tasted mediocre. Both fish and crab didn't feel fresh. By the time we finished the starters team was in no mood for main course. We ordered rotis and Hyderabadi biriyani, which were slightly better but nowhere near the quality everyone expected. We skipped dessert altogether and went to a different place altogether. Place has a good parking space in front.

Not all the food varieties mentioned in the menu were available. Delayed service and no A/c. They asked us to manage it with the fans kept here and there. Food items were too spicy. Asked for Haleem that was also not available and they have mentioned that it's available in a big hoarding in front of the restaurant. Very costly and not worth the money. Restaurant restroom was not at all maintained.

I ordered Hyderabad chicken ka dum biryani through zomato on 24dec2023..I found a WHITE WORM.I have attached a picture with my review please guys neither visit nor order from this restaurant.I once visited their restaurant in Velachery, there the ambience was awful and stinky. 👎just don’t order or visit these unhygienic place (Rasavid thuraipakkam and Velachery )

Took a bite here with my family, service was good and the food taste was fine.

First of all I must have taken the reviews seriously before visiting this place. Only the ambience looks clean and nothing else could be expected out of this restaurant. Staffs are lethargic and few staffs couldn’t even understand Tamil or English. We ordered something and they delivered something else. Also the food took so much time to get prepared that we were put in a situation to follow up with the staffs. Food taste very bad we literally felt like 🤢. We asked to adjust the bill since they added everything that we didn’t ask for, which they denied atlast so we were left with no option other than to take that. I would recommend to visit someother restaurants nearby other than entering this and waste your time and money.

Mutton biryani was good. We ordered the pot, which was enough for 2 people. Then chicken 65 biryani was also good. Chicken tikka was a bit hard, the gravy and the ambience is like a small palace feel to it.

Very bad experience with this restaurant..we went to celebrate my dad's bday with happy face &we ordered Mutton biryani and more items etc..they gave the other items first and we wait for the last 30mints after that they gave the mutton biriyani.. but that is not mutton biryani..they gave us chicken biryani rice(kushka) and on the toping kept mutton curry's mutton only.. which was not good. We catch this cleverness within a minute and we called the waiter but waiters and other staffs are not responding to us .we complained in counter but they also not listen to us... which was very very disappointed to the customer. And lastly they deducted the mutton biryani cost from the bill.

Pathetic!!! Food quality and quantity are not up to the mark...high priced... Biryani was served cold as if old biryani was reheated and served like fresh make... The ambience was ok. I would strongly suggest NOT to go to this restaurant.

Well maintained hotel with a neat ambiance. Taste of the food is good , but a small concern the quantity of Briyani was little low here (it wasn’t equal to the price which we provide) . Its located nearby the chennai one tollgate .

Actually Rasavid Foods are simply Awesome, We tried Fish biryani and Bamboo biryani.. Seriously both tastes vera level especially fish biryani, it was not like our traditional fish biryani it tastes something different, and the chicken in that bamboo really cooked well and juicy, Must try. Totally Good🥰✌

Tandoori chicken was really good. The service was good and fast. I don't think they are well known for vegetarian food I think. Paneer butter masala wasn't up to the mark. The butter Roti was good.

It was a bitter experience with Rasavid. Food quality was not good. We went for lunch at around 12.30pm as a big group and the ordered starters. Whatever came to the table was not even warm. Nothing was as expected and fresh. Looks like they have reheated the dishes and came in. Service was just okay and not so professional. We have ordered chicken Dum biryani, which came out as below average warmness. All the menu prices is quoted very high for the quality they provide. Not so worth visiting.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the non-functional air conditioning and the employees' disregard for the issue. The AC system in the restaurant was outdated and ineffective, leaving the atmosphere uncomfortably warm. To add to the discomfort, there were no fans provided as an alternative cooling option. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant if you desire a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Worst food ,rice not cooked well we ordered through swiggy ,rice also some smell

I went here with my friends for lunch. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill.The menus options are an excellent value. The dining experience overall is very pleasant, but the service is not that much good. The food was great.

Locate near Chennai one tollgate and a must visit hotel around this area. Hotel is maintained well and the ambience inside is good. We liked the service provided to customers. Good to chill out and relax here under heavy traffic and heat outside. We ordered chicken soup ,chicken barbecue and egg podimas and everything we liked . They have limited items only.Out of the we loved barbecue chicken which is tasty. Have good parking space outside.

One of the worst restaurant in OMR. Have ordered barbecue chicken in Zomato but they have delivered tandoori chicken, which was minimum 2-3 days old. Hard, foul smell - couldn't eat. We have thrown away the food and got our money refunded.

We went for our team lunch to this restaurant. The service, ambience was very good. The staffs explained about the dishes. The ambience would be like a mirror house in palace. Briyani is in Hyderabadi style. We ordered for prawn, fish, chicken tandoor, chicken fry , pot chicken briyani, veg briyani and Gobi manuchurian. Totally enjoyed the food.

For biryani give small piece and took 240 rupees .please don't go to this restaurent and I talk to management also .they did not pickup my call also , last few days I ordered 4 same issue came .

Rasavid is famous for briyani spot , they have lot of varities in briyani , cost also reasonable Chennai they 3 branches , we tried in Chennai one branch , I went with my ofc friends , but the thing is service is not good they will delay the order. But I recommend to biryani lover to try Rasavid special biryani.

We ordered paneer items only to be told after some time that no paneer items available. The service person did not even bother to ask an alternate option. It took 15 mins for him to ask for the alternate. When we went to complaint to the manager he pretended to be busy and did not even bother to ask. Every other item we ordered took a long time to come. They did not even keep the basic water glasses in the table. We got it after asking 3 times. The waiters does not know the local language which is a big barrier. Finally the A/c was not working. The food taste was just average. Never visit the place.

10 Dec 2023 , I had chicken biryani for lunch, the rice was not cooked at all , since I was in hurry I don't have any other chance other then eating it . While paying bill I informed them the rice is not cooked . The Manger said casually , ' Yes I am aware of and I asked them to not serve anymore '. They didnt bother to tell me Or stop me. I thought my self as a test rat 🙃 and left the restaurant. I am staying near by to this restaurant , my last experience was bad , that was few year back . Thought they might have improved but it is still same .

guntur chicken is good to taste. it has a genuine taste which is very rare to find. the spices used are great as that makes it very special. i will love to come to this place again and again for same dish.

We ordered many but especially only one fried rice is ordered and that is "Mixed Vegetables fried rice" for my sister and they served the food and my sister started the veg rice but that's not a Mixed Vegetables fried rice and they served "Mixed NON-Veg fried rice". We informed them but they never asked sorry or any apology for this big mistake. Going to take photos but they removed the food immediately and I have asked for the food back to take a photo but they said it will replace it not allowing me to take photo. Really bad attitude from the restaurant. Requesting every please boycott this restaurant.

And a Guy at billing counter wrongly enters the bill amount and argues ! People visiting the restaurant please check the bill amount when you're about to pay ! Price entered in bill amount always excess with the price mentioned in the menu card ! ..When you pay it accidentally ! They won't tell you and when found it ..they pretend to be accepting their mistakes .. I'm wondering how come the price varies with the price mentioned in the menu card while billing it ! TERRIBLE SERVICE 🤬Not Recommended Visited this place on 06-Jan-2023 Worst service. Nobody knows / understands your language. We ordered at 12.40PM and we got our main course food 1.40PM. After repeatedly asking and multiple requests only we got the ordered food. Many people who came after us have left disappointed due to waiting of existing waiting people with empty tables. The food was average and they easily made u wait for a solid hour. Whatever you've ordered. To Restaurant: Please increase the waiters or halt the online orders during the peak time when already huge people are waiting for dine-in.

For starters, me and my friend planned to visit Rasavid to enjoy their so-called “Biriyani.” So we headed to this outlet, which was reasonably nearby for us. As soon as I entered in, the ambiance was extremely depressing and the whole place sounded like a fish market. We were skeptical on encountering this but still, went in and sat on a table, thanks to our hunger. After a fair share of constantly shouting “Waiter” “Excuse Me” and whatnot, the “waiter” eventually came to our table, which, at this point, was nearly after 20 minutes of our arrival. Speaking of the hand wash area, there was no water to wash your precious hands. After taking up the order, the “waiter” brought the food to my table after 55 minutes. Upon eating their famous Mughlai Dum Biriyani, the rice tasted horrible and lacked a lump sum of masala parts. The chicken was undercooked for most parts. The “waiter” brought Plain Naan instead of my order, which was Butter Naan, which again, tasted like plain dough. Extremely pathetic customer service and hospitality. Excruciatingly poor ambiance and overall food taste. I’d definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in my blogging circle. If I had to rate this place, 0/10 would be the perfect score. Never have I ever faced such an horrible experience from a restaurant joint.

Ordered Prawn biryani and Chilli Mashroom starter. For Chilli Mashroom, I have informed to not to add capsicum but they are very clever insted of capsicum they provided full of Onions with 10 pieces of Mashroom with cost of 199rs/- Coming to Prawn biryani, rice quality and rice tasty is good but the prawn is raw taste and uncooked smell.
