😠 Took 2 hours to get a Covid test done. Maybe it was because it was a holiday, maybe it was because of low staff. It takes 15 minutes to get that taken care of and instead they allowed my husband to sit by all other patients for 2 hours knowing why he was there.     Came in for a drug test and psychical for a job I’m trying to get, went in at 10am and walked out around 10:25am. Everything was fast and easy and everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

    No one in waiting room. Came to get a Sports physical for my son. Front desk was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Nurse aid was very unfriendly made me feel like he was put out that they had a patient. Told me the application was incomplete. Acted annoyed. Basically the second page my. Son’s name was left out of the top of the second page. Receptionist told me I only had to fill out the front page. My son’s name is in the front page. I would never recommend anyone to use this place. I can’t imagine how this place would run if they actually had patients.

    I went to this place to take the COVID 19 test the waiting time was for almost 3 hours for being tested, that's kind of bad thing but I wait in the patients room for about 15 minutes after my test and they gave the results, that is super good to know results so fas after the test. Co pay $20 dollars with insurance, free with Medicare and $244 with out insurance for COVID 19 test.

    I will start by saying that the staff was kind and helpful for the most part; but the billing issue we ran into left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told by the medical assistant that both COVID/Flu tests would be $23. After the testing, they say it will be $161. If you are told an amount and agree to that amount, you shouldn’t be charged more afterward. The idea of “oh, well the test is already done so you have no choice but to pay,” is not fair to the patient. What’s the point of telling me the price beforehand if it’s not true? REPLY TO OWNER: Thank you for your response. The number on my patient file is the best number to reach me. My name is misspelled in your system, the “I,” at the end of my last name is missing. My visit was 10/17/22 @ 10:14AM, and I left around noon. I had no problem paying the $129 copay upfront, I have no problem paying the $23 I was quoted, I have no problem even paying for the labor of writing prescriptions. But to give me one price, make a verbal agreement of that price, and then hit me with an extra $100+ at the end is not operating in good faith. The employee at the front desk (she was nice and helpful) said that she spoke to her supervisor and said “This is the price,” If I was quoted that in the beginning, I would have only got the flu test and used one of my free COVID tests at home. The entire point of quoting beforehand (especially for patients without insurance) is for the patient to decide if that is in their budget. The gentleman that helped me was a young man, and he was very friendly and explained that it was more cost effective to do both tests. Please reach out to me for a solution and I will be happy to edit my review.

    First step in the clinic and I was greeted by a friendly, positive face. Which didn’t stop there. My whole experience was pleasant, which was very refreshing. It’s hard to find nowadays. I wish I knew all the girls names but I encountered Atleast 5 different people and they all had the same energy. Everyone seemed happy to work there and happy to help. Thank you.

    Very polite and patient staff. I came in for pre-employment drug screening but did not have all the information needed. They patiently waited till I could retrieve that info and then proceeded with my screening.

    Good service with smart people and fairly quick service. Only negative was they said they sent my prescription to a pharmacy, and pharmacy never got it. Got it resolved, just spent a lot of extra time. I would definitely go here again, if need be!

    I always get excellent service all the way through. They take the time to get it right, but it is always fast and efficient. The convenience of being open every day including weekends is very reassuring!

    DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business of this type. I repeat DO NOT go here. I went do to dehydration and not being able to keep any liquids down plus passing out multiple time in the past day. The nurse attempted to put an IV in my arm and immediately blood started spouting of of my arm, after I passed out from loss of blood my wife had to force the nurse to call someone else in the room as the nurse was not doing anything to stop the bleeding. At this time the Immediate Care staff decided to call an ambulance and stick me in that and send me on my way as they had messed up so terribly. Here we are a few months later and I am stock with a $250 ambulance bill that I have to pay out of pocket for and this Immediate Care location is refusing to take responsibility and pay for the bill as it was their mistake and their decision to put me in a ambulance. Go in feeling bad and I leave feeling worse with a massive bill when I had no choice in the matter. Insanely unprofessional and disrespectful.

    Very non-daunting, very efficient. Excellent customer service . Welcoming and friendly staff at the front. I have never been to this location before for the health screening but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering.

    I brought my daughter in for a scheduled appointment bc they told me they weren't taking walk ins yesterday. It's been over 30min and everyone who's come in after me has been seen before us. We were sitting in the lobby that was empty, became full and is again empty. I asked the front receptionist what my check in time was with no answer, just sorry we're behind and we see your scheduled appointment the I ask why everyone who's come in after me is done and gone and she says "yeah they're all walk INS". This is insane! Why make an appointment for walk INS to come first. The word "immediate" doesn't mean last to be taken care of, immediate means when you make an appointment... It matters in a timely fashion. Immediate means IMMEDIATE! Choose a different location y'all!!

    First I would like to say the service was great. The receptionist, the triage nurse, and the technician were all great. Very professional and caring. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was the wait. 10:45 appointment, sent an 11:15 arrival time by text. Got there at 11:05 and got in to see the tech at 12:05. An hour wait with an appointment. The service made up for it. Very happy about the great service.
