I have no negative comments, not sure why so many people are complaining. Check in - smooth, easy & fast. Room: Clean, no bugs walking around, no bugs in the bed. Sheets were a bit old and tired, but clean. No holes, no left over fluids or hairs from previous guests. Bathroom was clean. Enough room to entertain a couple of friends. Going to be back after Christmas and will hopefully stay here. Most of the other guests are whatever, but the area is awesome to go out and make some money, not many areas like this and I did well and had a great time. And a few blocks away is a cute little park where you can sit, chill, make a few friends. I would post some pics but I don't want to get myself or the motel in trouble.

Owners charge to much for nasty rooms that toilets don't work . owner's are to nosey and you can't have any company over to your room. don't feel comfortable here. Red roof is about the same price as this nasty place with nicer rooms and a pool and nice laundry mat.

Because the owner's treat you like you are a piece of trash. There room's have many issue's ranging from and Plumbing down to non-working AC units the floors and the walls need a lot of repair the refrigerator the microwave they're okay but they could use upgrades and improvements the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired with the amount of money you have to pay to say.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance it's the only thing that's nice when you get your room it's nasty and cramped has holes in curtains around door jamb around the air conditioner with a lot of perves peeking in

The worst, I couldn't stop coughing, do to the amount of mold in the room, and they claim to have wifi for the guest, but kept giving me the wrong password on purpose.

It's very outdated forsure. But had Spanish channel pretty clean 50 for a single 60 a double 10 deposit not bad to rest up for the night.

It's getting a five star review because it's very clean ran with respect and if anything goes wrong they are on it to fix it instantly.. Its a cozy little hotel/motel at home feeling i greatly encourage everyone who comes to Oklahoma City to give it a try it is $245 a week plus a $10 deposit which you get back when you leave... It's a must try when traveling through OKC, OK.

Quiet place, near a 7-11 and a McDonald's Nice fireplace, to ashy, possible TV combo. Remote wants grey 2×4. Owner is pre-aware, then re-pre unaware. The dead trees and burnt 2×4 on preselected channel is pretty lame. Would recommend, I mean no, oh not. Tuesdays, yes
