I asked to get a Starbucks cup I’m the drive through and she wouldn’t sell me one unless I went inside. I had a child that was tired from a long day and wanted The blue hombre cup she said she can’t shop for us and we need to come inside but it’s not really shopping when you know exactly what you want and all you have to do is walk 5 feet and grab it. I have gotten multiple cups from mini Starbucks drive-through‘s in this is never been a problem I looked for her name so I could put it in the review but of course she wasn’t wearing a name tag. So glad this isn’t my local Starbucks

So I'm rating this place a 1 because twice now I've gotten a cappuccino and opened my cup removed the foam to find I paid for half a cup of coffee. This isn't the 1st time at this location which is why I'm leaving a review. Really losing there quality all around. I've been a Starbucks drinker for 20 plus years and now summer moon or scooters will get my business.

Of course they made wonderful drinks per usual, but that's not what stood out to me. I just went through the drive thru and we were greeted and helped by 2 or 3 different baristas that were so kind. It immediately stood out to me that this starbucks has exceptional customer service compared to other locations I've been to. Great job!

The staff this morning was rude didn't acknowledge me I stood in line 7 minutes I was the only one in line no one bothered to say I'll be right with you. The young lady working drive thru finally came over and took my order.i felt very unwelcome.

I love the size of this Starbucks and the interior design is nice, the Baristas at this location are just not as bubbly and welcoming as other locations that I have visited. I stop by this location to sit and enjoy some morning reading 📖 while I take in my coffee ☕️

Overall, this Starbucks is pretty good. The drinks were good. A little more expensive. Staff were very nice and helpful with questions.

Sammy was killing it in drive thru this morning. So friendly and happy. Made a great start to a Monday. Btw, teavona London fog latte delicious

I don't know what's been up with this location but my drinks are always SO inconsistent. Twice this week they've just been bad bad, tired of paying money for poorly made drinks. And yes, even when my drink is re made it's still not right.

If I pay for extra heavy whip I expect it. Every time I come I order extra and they never seem to do it. Who can't get coffee right? Over rated

i never have a problem when i order through the drive thru, which is amazing, they’re always super sweet. today i mobile ordered and selected it to be picked up in store. when i got there i wasn’t sure if my drink was mine and, of course, i never want to take someone else’s drink so i tried to ask the barista but she flat out ignored me. i understand that these baristas are under a lot of pressure and stress during their shifts but i have never been flat out ignored like this. i tried to get her attention twice and the second time she just completely turned around and ignored me. i never like making reviews like this but i’m very disappointed in the service i received today.
