Friendly & professional staff. I appreciated that Dr. Brooks took the time to listen to my concerns. It was nice to be treated like a person instead of a number.On my second visit I received the same great treatment. And the cost has always been reasonable, which is a bonus.

I was checked in by a very friendly receptionist, treated so well throughout my entire visit. Prescribed 2 prescriptions that has helped me tremendously. This will be my go to place in the future.

I had went in for an allergic reaction, the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all so knowledgeable and fantastic at their jobs! They all had great attitudes and were so willing to help, I was surprised by their willingness to be at work on a Sunday morning with smiles on their faces! :) I will be coming back to the facility whenever I may need to! Friendly, helpful staff and doctors. It took me a little past my appointment time to get in on a Saturday but not much, and I only took the appointment a few hours prior. Felt much more like a friendly, neighborhood medical center than some of the other urgent cares I've been to.

Grace was kind, efficient, and patient throughout my entire visit. The doctor was also knowledgeable and receptive to my condition and needs while providing me with recommendations on how to prevent the issue arising in the future. In the past my experiences with this location have been wishy-washy at best, but today's visit really set a positive tone and has encouraged me to continue to visit as needed. I also enjoyed the recent addition of family friendly activities to the lobby. While I don't have kids myself I can see how great of a benefit this would be for those parents who are feeling under the weather and unable to have someone else watch their kids while they get checked out.

I just had the best experience with an urgent care that I think I’ve ever had. I visited with a puncture wound to my non-dominant hand and was treated with kindness from the moment I was greeted at the front desk. The ladies at the desk even helped me fill out as much paperwork as they could for me while explaining the forms. The staff member who cleaned my wound was very gentle. The NP, Tina, had excellent bedside manner and explained everything very well to me. I was in and out quickly with high quality care. I will be using this facility from now on!

I was very ill over the holiday weekend. Immediate Care was super quick and easy to get in to, and the provider Tina Ledet,NP was exceptionally caring and kind. She took her time and made sure I had the best care possible.

With some nurses you get different experiences but the nurse that worked this morning 6/20 did not listen to the patients needs. Was only concerned with her own personal perspective. The lady was going to alter a medication I take annually for my symptoms because of her “reputation “ I asked for my deposit back because I have never been treated so harshly. I work in a hospital and the patient knows what works best for them. I had to drive to a different urgent care (location Bethany) and was given the correct medication.

The receptionist was so friendly and allowed me to get a call when they were ready for me, instead of having to wait for 2 hours. The nurse practitioner I saw was also friendly and informative. In and home with my prescription in less than an hour!

I was in and out with my sick baby in under an hour. Care was exceptional and the doctors are confident. I will definitely be going here again instead of waiting hours at the Yukon ER

I was very impressed with the staff and doctors at this clinic. They took care of me quickly and efficiently and had me out with the medication I needed ordered in less than half an hour. I highly recommend them.

This is my second visit with them and both times were very pleasant experiences. They are a very efficient establishment. I made appointments online and was seen very quickly after checking in. The gentleman who treated me today, Jared Conatser - PA-C, was very kind. I will definitely utilize them again in the future. :)

The staff is always ready to help with whatever your needs are. They are very professional and great to work with. They have been helpful in diagnosing issues I have had as well as my sons. Definitely would recommend

This place was amazing The doctor and the nurse were awesome very nice. They were quick and educated me on everything! They made my youngest son feel very welcome and comfortable, so that was a bonus!! We will definitely be back in the future!
