Went in for a rapid covid test as a walk in waited maybe 3 minutes before I got tested. Very thorough in questions. And was able to get my results very quickly. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. very helpful.

Front desk personnel was super nice and friendly. Dr. Robert Todd was exceptional. He took his time to listen to my concerns. I felt like he was my family doctor even though I only see him for the first time at an urgent care facility. I went there on a Friday afternoon, so my lab work won't come back until Saturday or Sunday. Dr. Todd gave me a phone # to call him on Sunday to go over my lab results, instead of telling me to wait until Monday. That tells me he's a caring doctor. I was extremely happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend this facility.

Violation if HIPPA? I made a appointment online. I had wait 10 min to check in because no-one was at the front desk. We had to yell is anyone here. They asked me what I was coming in for. I already told them when I made my online appointment. I say abdominal pain then she says a UTI. Oh a diagnosis in the waiting room. They will embarrass you and violate HIPPA. I ended up leaving. Get out of the medical field and Go pick up a broom.

They have a new policy that requires keeping your credit card information on file for automatic billing purposes. The receptionist politely informed me that the credit card was not stored for future billing purposes and proceeded to hand me a form to sign. The form very clearly stated that the credit card information will be stored on file in their system. I provided my insurance card as well as a benefits statement showing my copay. She stated that she had to discuss with someone and she came back stating that she would be going against policy but would allow it this one time only but for future visits, they will need to keep my personal credit card on file! She acted annoyed at this point, so I left. Essentially, I was told that I will not be seen in the future without the information. Other urgent care facilities also utilize this automatic billing but give you the option to decline and pay copayment and paper billing. I have always preferred this Immediate Care but will no longer utilizes their services.

My experience here was so good! They were prompt, friendly and treated me with care and in a timely manner. I felt comfortable and will definitely trust them in the future.

Dr. Todd and whole team were just great. I had originally came for my little one, but I had to come back for myself and both times we were in and out with prescriptions in hand. Thank you all again!

I hate when my kids are sick and I also hate sitting in the hospital for 6 hours for a cough. I visited immediate care and the name spoke for itself. My son had strep and we arrived and we’re taken back 5 minutes after check in and the entire visit was 25 minutes. This gonna be my first choice for medical assistance 😊

Don’t let Brooks treat your babies. I’m out of state with my toddler who became sick and had a minor toe injury. The nurse practitioner Brooks has either never worked with small children or she just doesn’t like children. My toddler was sick and she came at him in a frighting way, did not explain what she was doing and then asked me to forcefully hold down my child. I asked her to just show him what your going to do, ie check his ears, by pretending to do it to me. This works like a charm and removes the fear of a stranger poking and prodding. He is still distraught from the interaction. Also she acted like we were a bother to her on this very slow Saturday. You have a choice in where you or your child receives urgent care, go somewhere else. The receptionist and nurse were both very very kind and understood how to interact with children.

I went to another urgent care before this one & it had ZERO time for us. At Westmoore they took us right in. The Dr. Was very good.

The wait time was short. The nurse and Dr were very thorough and the Dr took time with me to explain everything about my care.

Called ahead to be sure they had the capability of repairing a laceration. Was told yes so drove my child over. After filling out paperwork, the receptionist said she wasn’t sure the provider would agree to repair the laceration. Rather than having the provider come out and actually assess the wound himself, the receptionist decided it was “pretty deep,” went to the back and returned saying he wouldn’t repair it because my child was “too young” (she’s 2) and it was too near her eye. This wound could have been easily repaired with Dermabond. At a minimum, a QUALIFIED medical professional should have SEEN her and made the assessment before refusing to treat. Triage protocol (and possibly the provider’s ability to care for simple lacerations) needs to be reassessed here.

From out of state, fastest and easiest urgent care I have been to. Staff and nurse were great and the Dr. was amazing.

10 out of 10! This place was wonderful. The lady in the front was a doll and so helpful. They got my son back quickly, and were so good with him! Every single person there was great, his treatment was spot on, and they made sure he got a sucker and stickers before he left too. We will definitely be using Immediate Care for all of our family's urgent health care needs.

This is a really good place to come when you can not get an appointment with your pcp or need to be seen during hours your pcp is closed. The staff is very nice and friendly and they always figure what we need to get treated as soon as possible. You are normally in and out of there quickly and don’t have to be there for hours like at other places. This is our definite go to urgent care clinic!

Extremely friendly and empathetic staff. Listened to all my hypochondriac theories of my illness. I've been coming to this location for years now because it is a great place to be seen.

Our family has come here multiple times- the level of quality and professionalism has always been great. This is our go-to urgent care even though there are a couple of closer ones. We were in just last week for my son & received the same great care as always.

Very unprofessional stuff, we did a drug test screening at this location and it took 3 weeks to get the results!!! , they sent the recipients without the affidafid letter, when we asked them to send it again they didnt move a finger and we lost a driver who was waiting for them . If you dont want to get stuck over there for 3 weeks, do not go over there or send yor driver to them.

Today my husband (Zafar Umar ) went in to Westmoore location for ear wax removal. Wait time was ok , nurse and PA were polite but they only cleaned one ear and sent him home , did not even tell him that he still has wax impacted in right ear. When he got home he was still complaining that hearing is still not good . At home I irrigated his ears and was able to remove the wax . My concern was that they should notify the patient that he still has wax in the right ear . He had written instructions to irrigate his ears but verbally he was not notified .

I made an appointment online (recommend 10/10) and I was out in 25 minutes. They were very friendly and listened to me when I said what I thought it was! Not many doctors will listen to their patients opinions of what is wrong but they did!

We live in Chickasha and all of our urgent cares were closed, my granddaughter was sick so I made an online 4:00pm appointment with them. We got there at 3:00pm and they weren't busy so we got right in. They were all super nice and we were back in Chickasha at 4:30 picking up medicine. I would definitely recommend them.

Immediate entry for morning appointment and they actually had my info! Literally all other urgent cares from OK to CA Ive been to, when registering online, and uploading docs, I still had to wait a min of 30 min and complete paper docs. Great, friendly staff from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Immediate care is so quick to get you in and out. I feel seen and heard by the staff and they always get me feeling better quickly. Very kind staff.

The location at Westmoore has always been my go to. Even after I have move a little further away I still come as I know I will be taken care of, as well as my daughter. Thank you for always being there for my family. Much appreciated.

I recently visit this office due to having a broken wrist. I was racially discriminated against by provider and also told my wrist wasn’t broken. I did to go to the ER to be properly treated. My X-ray at the ER confirmed that my wrist was broken. I attempt to contact the manager who has refused to return my calls. Please save yourself any further complications and seek services from a competent provider.

This Clinic is the vey best immediate care facility in our area. The staff and doctors are excellent. When my husband had Covid, before we knew what Covid was, we went to this clinic for a flu test thinking that’s what it was. The doctor thought it was flu too and tested but my husband tested negative. The doctor said it was the worst upper respiratory virus he had seen to date, and prescribed a Z pack, steroids, and an inhaler. These are the exact things that doctors later prescribed for Covid. So thankful the doctor knew what to do. My husband and I both went in recently for a PCR test to attend an event. We needed a negative test within 72 hrs of our event. The doctor was worried that the backlog of PCR tests at the regular lab, picked up that evening, would cause us to miss our event so he sent them to Norman Regional Hospital immediately with a stat order. Got the test back in 24 hours so we had no worries about attending our event. They go above and beyond for you at this clinic. The Doctors are very good and genuinely treat you as a long time patient. Highly recommend! Will go nowhere else for immediate care.

We have been to this clinic many times. This visit I was seen by Jeffrey Todd APRN. He was very professional and quick to attend to my medical needs. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

All staff was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were not excessive and cash pay prices were comparable to that of other clinics in the area.

It was great. Walked in, registered, walked out, they called me about 25 minutes later as I waited in my vehicle. Went in. Did the triage, showed me to a room. Was walking out the door 10 minutes later. No muss, no fuss. Couldn't have been faster or easier. Thanks to everyone who works at the west moore location. I appreciate your efforts!

After being turned away at 3 other urgent cares because it was too close to closing time, I arrived at Immediate Care about 15 minutes before they closed. They graciously agreed to see my daughter even though they all knew that would mean they wouldn't get to leave right on time. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to help us.

Absolutely amazing and caring staff. Dr. Todd was compassionate, attentive, and is all things a doctor should be. Highly recommend Immediate Care.

We took our son here on a weekend and had a great experience. We were in and out quickly. The office was quiet and everyone was friendly. Very helpful and I was amazed how quickly we were finished. Will definitely use this office for any future needs!
