The Simple Brew has something for everyone. Coffee, tea, smoothies, food…try it all. They have dairy free options for those who need an alternative. If I’m not stopping by to grab a beverage and go, my favorite thing to get is the coffee flight. The cold foam is also crafted in house, so no can cans a whipped, hydrogenated ingredients. :) If you can’t decide on a beverage, next to the register there is a cup with sticks that have drinks and descriptions to help you choose. I’ve only had positive experiences here. The pastries are made in the cafe and they are delicious. You won’t get pre packaged Otis Spunkmeyer here. The staff is friendly and helpful makes the experience even better. P.S. Don’t forget to tip your barista!

Loved this quiet haven. Had coffee with a friend and read books to my 12 month old. Awesome place. Delicious quiche. Yummy iced coffee flight.

The atmosphere is really nice. The building is new and fresh. The bathrooms are large with stabilizer bars, so there is wheelchair accessible restroom. The tables are set pretty far apart so you're not going to be practically sitting on top of strangers. I went during the soft opening. It is the second store established so far. I ordered a seasonal drink called the "Salty Pumpkin", it's a salted carmel cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. There was even a Carmel drizzle. The cold brew itself was far less sour than cold brew I've had from other places while also tasting delicious, so win-win. The cold foam added a hint of pumpkin without being overpowering. The caffeine from the cold brew kicked in real good about half way through the drink. I'd say it's a good drink for anyone needing a quick "pick-me-up". We also purchased some chocolate croissants. They are rather large. The person I purchased the croissant for says it was delicious. It filled them up very quickly. The peach herbal tea was also worth the purchase. Not too much peach syrup, so it wasn't too sweet. It looked to be brewed green tea and some de monin brand peach syrup. On top of the things we bought, the man who prepped our order was very friendly. He kept a professional demeanor while still being inviting. He brought us some napkins to where we were sitting, so that was pretty nice of him. Although the sign isn't up on the building as of Sep 28th 2022, it is open and worth a visit. It is veteran owned. The beans are roasted in house. There is a rewards program if you are a frequent coffee drinker.

The second location for The Simple Brew. Great little coffee shop that roasts their own coffee! Nice selection of muffins and pastries. Hot and cold drinks, including a variety of teas and frappes. The BlackBerry Mocha Frappe is a signature drink and is amazing!

I don’t know how else to describe my coffee experience here. But it is SO SO GOOD, like it’s so underrated as a coffee shop and the fact that it exists near my house and on the way to work is amazing. I always get their cold brew with cold foam coconut flavour this stuff gets me through the long work days. Everything tastes fresh and not burnt like Starbucks. I think I wished this place had a drive through but other than that really good coffee and experience.

I got the coffee flight It was the most delicious coffee and i am a coffee snob. I like to taste the coffee as well as the flavor and this coffee was a perfect blend. So good

The young lady that served us was super polite! I asked her to make a hot chocolate that was not warm for my toddler and she delivered! The cappuccino was delish to say the bare minimum. 🤎 100/10 for the coffee aficionado this is a must try.

This is a new coffee shop! There was a coffee shop in this location before but this is not the same under a new name or anything, it’s brand new. The coffees we got were delicious. The baristas were super sweet and the other patrons were happily seated at the cushy looking couches and chairs near the bookshelf close to the entrance. There was various seating available and while it wasn’t busy on the weekday afternoon that we visited, there were probably two to three groups that came in during our 20-30 minute visit. We chose to sit at the bar. This would be a great place to come work quietly for a couple of hours. There are plugins at the bar and it faces out toward the street. Very nice, open concept, overall recommend!
