Great product and great staff. The low rating is for how they have the store staffed on a Saturday. Two people for a lobby and drive through full of customers is insane. I will never go back. Tropical Smoothie is two blocks away. Smoothie King has my favorite drink, however I will always choose prompt customer service.

We went through he drive through and it was a little late but they weren't closed. There were 2 females working. One of the females started yelling and being rude because apparently we were too late for her to do her job. She then proceeded to say she was going to spit in our smoothies thinking we could not hear her. You stay open until a certain time to take orders. The order was $44.00 in sales. Your employees apparently think its appropriate to either threaten adding their bodily fluid to a drink we are paying for or to really do it and either way she should be fired and investigated for such a disgusting idea and dangerous thought! I am reporting you to the health department! As we were asking if she really spit in it she was laughing as if it was hilarious to do that to her customers. Trashy and nasty! $8.00 smoothie we don't even know if we can drink without catching a disease!!!

I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews. I've been coming here every day, unless they're closed or I'm traveling, for a YEAR now and always have a good experience. I get the vegan mixed berry and they always get it right. The customer service is excellent as well. I've even spilled my smoothie in my car and they made me a new smoothie and gave me paper towels to clean it up! The girls are always friendly with good energy. I come in the morning and I love the morning crew! They greet me by my name and always have a smile on their face and good energy! I feel like they go above and beyond what good customer service should be. Btw, one of those negative reviews was from an angry door dasher. It is not these ladies fault that the customer canceled her order!!! Please give them a chance, they will not disappoint! And if you don't like your smoothie for any reason, they will remake it for you!!! PS: download the app! You can order ahead of time and don't have to wait. You can just go right in and grab your smoothie. Also, you will get points so you can earn coupons to save money ;) Thank you ladies so much, love y'all!

Usually I leave a review for stores right away but good thing I waited almost a month before I leave a review so I cam leave a detailed description of my experiences. When I first started coming a month ago after the gym the smoothies were great and now they seem to forget my smoothie, leave my smoothie in the blender and then pour it melted and watered down when I arrive without filling it to the top like they use to. I will be going to another location from now on or trying other smoothie places in the area because they seem to not like my business. As I walked back in to ask for a refund nobody in the store had any clue on how to refund my money so they had to call a manager while I waited for 10 minutes for them just to tell me that they will escalate the situation to their boss which will take 24 hours to get back into my account, also there was no AC while me and other customers waited for our orders. UPDATE: IT'S BEEN OVER 48 HOURS AND STILL NO REFUND. I guess the store managers name is Omar. Anyways I came in 3 days later to have them remake the smoothie. I won't be ordering from this branch again.

Friendly staff- super helpful with suggestions Nice clean environment They offer a drive though if you don’t feel like getting out of the car. They also have other items in the location to check out such as supplements , shakers, protein, beef jerky Would recommend ! I️ tried the banana berry treat- soooo good

I'd love to leave a review, but sadly I ordered pulled up and they said they couldn't serve me because of my vehicle. Been through hundreds of drive-through fit perfectly fine through every single one. 🤷 not sure why I was denied service. Oh well good thing there is plenty of other businesses that want money.

Ordered online, came to pick up and they said it would be 20-25 minutes. Asked if they could just cancel, they told me to check the app. I couldn't cancel, which they should have known. So I decided to go home and come back later, came back almost an hour later and it still hadn't been started. Then they blamed us for not telling them we were coming back. At that time they told us it would be another 40 minutes for a smoothie! I understand being short staffed but that's silly for a smoothie. I've never been satisfied with the staffs friendliness but this took it to another level. Let's hope I actually get my refund. Time to find a new smoothie place.

The last 4x I've come in I ask for the new bowls and for some reason the can never make them....... so I've never had one. Why have something on the menu that you can never make??
