Most of the rolls were over baked, but everything else was great! My kiddos loved everything as well! Our waitress was a little overwhelmed, but the service manager was sure to make sure everyone was having a great experience. She was so amazing!

First time at this location. Food as expected, except the tea, was super weak. Had it replaced twice, and somebody didn't put enough TEA bags in the brewer... Food temp and steak doneness was perfect. But dirty fork and salad bowl was very unappealing. Service was very attentive, he brought me everything I asked promptly. Visited the ladies' restroom to find one of the toilets was leaking water all over the floor and trash had not been emptied either, no one checking on that, and they had just opened about 45 min ago. Not the best experience OKC...

The food was delicious. My server was quick and friendly; would definitely go back!

Where to start? We love TR usually. This one was a huge disappointment. We arrived around 4 and were sat at a booth with food on the seat and two dirty plates, which nobody noticed and we had to request them to be taken. Since they open at 4, they could have been from the night before, or employees during the day. Either should never have happened. We ordered sirloin, 1 baked potato, 1 sweet potato and two salads. The ranch dressing was as thick as a block of cream cheese and tough to stir in. It also had no flavor. Our steaks were overcooked and medium well. They were also barely warm. My baked potato was room temp, so toppings cold and couldn't melt or be stirred in. The sweet potato was perfect and piping hot. Essentially, 1 out of 6 items were good. The others were edible because we were hungry, and in a hurry, but we wouldn't eat at this branch again.

I come here a lot and NEVER EVER had this happen. They said it was to “give back” but I had gotten the grilled shrimp which I always do! That’s the main thing I want. I got 2 instead of 1 that you usually get. but there was no bread , no butter, no parsley. Nothing no seasoning. I was in shock! It tasted so plain. I asked for the bread and sauce and they brought it to me. But basically they got rid of the flavoring and the bread for an extra 3 shrimps. I personally will not be coming back now. My waitress was amazing though.

Some of the best food me and my wife have had!! The steak, ribs, salad and rolls were amazing! Servers were all great and very attentive!

The hostess staff was horrible. Teenagers that are more interested in gossiping than waiting on people. We waited 30 minutes and finally asked what was happening and they didn’t have our name on the list. The young man that took our name and number couldn’t get the number right, despite how many times I said it to him. The female manager walked up and ignored that he was waiting on me and just started telling him how to cash out for the night. It’s as if I was invisible as a customer. When we were seated, the table was filthy. Silverware under the table, dirty napkins stuffed in the seats, onion rings in the crease of the seats and peanuts everywhere. My forks were dirty with food on them. Does it take a minute to get a broom for a quick sweep between seating folks? We spent over $80 before tip. Wished for a cleaner environment and better customer service.

Busboys are seen in attached picture are loud, rude, need to not cuss and sit sideways in the booths behind customers laying their arms and hands into our seats, all hiding playing on their phones complaining about work continued to come back and forth to this corner talking about how to get stuff for free and there’s no cameras, harassing the waitresses, the birthday saddle is also broken, waitress dropped us on Chevy, but he’s amazing so no complaint there, food was amazing so ultimately only real issue is the 3 kids seen in the photo

I don't know who the hell was working tonight but my good Lord! That was the best Texas Roadhouse I've probably ever had! So damn good and my wife and kids agreed heavily. Great job guys, keep this up! 👏
