Receptionists were kind… the nurses who took my vitals were very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Brooklyn was amazing. Extremely nice and thorough! This location is not close to my home but I’m glad I made...

👍 The outside needed some attention...there was trash 🗑 in the lovely 🌼 🌸 🌻 beds... (Some employees believe picking up a piece of trash in the parking lot or in the entrance is beneath them...*😞sorry that's the GM in me..) Receptionists were initially very snooty... and not very welcoming 😠......

👍👍 This was our first time going to First Med Urgent Care. The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The doctor and nurse were both so kind. They treated me with care, patience and professionalism. Hopefully I won’t have the need to return any time soon but it’s great know they are there...
