The Press was the perfect spot for lunch today! We enjoyed incredible EÔTÉ Coffee and had exceptional service! I had the Shrimp and Grits and they were the best I've had since I lived in Mississippi! My wife got the BBQ Chicken Mac and loved every bite! We shared the delectable Smothered tots (homemade tots covered in chili, cheese, chives, and sour cream)! This is best meal we've had in a long time! Looking forward to returning to try more!

Wow, I just tried the whole menu here and it was amazing! The meatloaf was so good and the barbecue sauce they put on it. Also the mashed potato bowl with the fried chicken is a must have. The seasoning on the fried chicken strips was amazing. I have to say the shrimp and grits was probably the best I’ve had in years really unique Cajun seasoning on the shrimp. The chicken fried steak was good, but we had to ask for extra country gravy because it didn’t come with enough. The pot roast was also really good again. Didn’t have enough gravy so we had to ask for more. Check out the photos will definitely come back. This place was so good.

Super awesome! Was looking for a place with my friends that was dog friendly and The Press hit the spot! They even gave us a bowl of water for the puppy! Service was quick, all the staff was very kind and attentive. Prices are solid with options for everyone in the group! Portions and quality are SPOT ON! Excited to come again when they have live music along!

Took my daughter for her birthday. Menu has changed but it is still really good. The twist on the Indian taco was nice. That's coming from my wife who is native American. Overall a nice chill spot. Try their signatures cheese sticks for your appetizer, it's a can't miss.

Super cute and trendy restaurant. The food was so good. I loved that my burger was so delicious that I didn't need any condiments to add flavor. It was that good all on its own. The big plus, my kids even loved it. They had glass soda bottles which impressed the minors 😉 We will totally come back and visit again.

I really feel bad giving 3 stars but it really was just "okay". My group of 4 agreed. 🍽 Service was great. Waitlist is great for busy places like this and worked perfect. 🍛 Food: Had 2 vegan meals that are creative but lacked flavor. The vegan queso was meh.. vegan sloppy joe also meh.. the okra was good. Mac w/ BBQ Chicken was the best of our 5 plates. Pork Belly biscuit was dry and flavorless. All just lacked flavor. 🍹 Drinks were okay. Good pours, decent price. Bloody Mary is good, and I had the regular and spicey which, yikes watch out for pickle okra juice flavor (big twang!!). The Oklahoma drink was best and cute serve in a glass boot.

10 out of 10! The food was great. Our server, Jordan, was awesome, and we were her first table while she was training. Loved the ambiance...can't wait to go back at night for dinner.

Had a great time. I modified my sandwich to be a burger it was good. The pork belly bowl was large, the mashed potatoes (not sweet potatoes) were still sweet which was odd. The waffle fries were if Chick-fil-A and fair food had a baby. The two way tater tots appetizer was just okay.

This place was so cute and loved the decor. Teal is my favorite color. The waiter Joseph was very nice and helpful. He made sure we was happy with our meals. The food was delicious and our family of 4 ate everything. No leftovers got sent home with us. We will remember this place in the future.

My first time here. This place is nice! I love the twist they put on classic recipes. And the mozzarella sticks are huge and delish! They do have vegan options.

I loved the whole vibe of this place! The brick walls, lights on the patio, the decorations.... It had such a great feel to it! The food came in generous portions and was fabulous! Lots of gluten-free options for my daughter. Absolutely will come here again the next time we're in Oklahoma City!

Absolutely Amazing. Food was great Hannah was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!!!! The chicken fried ribye had an amazing crust and the gravy didn't take away from the crunch. These sweet potatoes fritters were a dream, and the breakfast bowl tickled everyone of my taste buds. 😋

The Press is close to home and is always consistent. When I am in a hurry I can always count on The Press. Today I needed a quick meal to fill me up. I went with the Chili Mac with a side of cornbread. So delicious and it never fails to make me happy. I also order the Press Cobb salad, to me it is the best salad in the city.

This restaurant has three great seating areas, including a lovely outdoor patio. Staff was welcoming and gave great service. The pot roast was the ultimate in comfort food and the grilled veggies with it were perfection. Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese - tasty but more like pasta Alfredo.

Food was very good. Fries were crispy, buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was awesome. One side was closed to a private event but the bartender still came out and got us drinks while we waited for our table. Waiter seemed confused by some requests from our group and we had to get one item remade.

2nd time here, both stellar experiences! Tots, 2 Ways and Waffle Fry Bananza are delicious appetizers, and I recommend the BBQ Mac bowl for dinner. Their unique mac noodles are top-notch! Always great service and perfectly warm, welcoming atmosphere. A good location for an after-dinner stroll, too!

Was a little pricier than expected, but the food was definitely worth it. Family of five, spent about $75. The shrimp and grits were very good. And I eat that dish at a variety of restaurants. The quesadilla using the beef ribs were very good also. Daughter had the chili and enjoyed it and the kids shared the mozzarella sticks appetizer and seven dollar kids chicken strips. Love the arts district so when we came here on a week night whim, expected a good experience and food. Did not disappoint.

Not worth it! A "trendy looking" place with a great ambiance... BUT; lacked basic customer service and attention expected at any given location. 😔 Indoor/outdoor seating. Food was okay, BUT not good enough to bypass the poor service we received. 🚫 We had an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and enjoyed each other's company. We had to tag down other employees for condiments and to go boxes.

Maybe they were short staffed on the Monday we visited but it wasn’t a full packed restaurant and our server was taking extremely long with everything. My kale salad was a nice starter. I like to try dishes that are unique to certain restaurants. I made the mistake of choosing their breakfast bomb which was not tasty to me from the gravy to the unseasoned and small portioned chicken.

Today was my first visit to The Press, and it did not disappoint. I ate food that I didn’t know I needed in my life. I had the mashed tater bowl and the sweet potato fritters. (Fritters in the photo) All of it tasted home made. I’ll definitely be back!

Modern twist on Southern Food! Everything I've had has been top notch! Brunch is served until 4pm. Parking is a bit funky being in the plaza but after a few laps you should be able to find a spot. Great happy hour with $5 cocktails from 2-5!

The chicken fried steak and the meatloaf was good. However, it could use some more seasoning like more salt. On the bright side, the whole order was bought out to the table in less than 20 minutes. The tots two ways with the version with the cheddar cheese (queso), chili, sour cream, and green onions was good.

The Press is a really cute country Breakfast / Brunch and Dinner restaurant in the Plaza District tucked right behind the No Regrets Tattoo Parlor and Paint n Cheers. The restaurant offers a variety of cocktails and good old fashioned breakfast food. However, it also has some new age GF / Vegan options. I had the Breakfast Hash which was pleasingly delicious and flavored really well. The potatoes and kale mixed with the egg better than I thought it would! I didn't see any speciality coffees (regular coffee is available) on the menu, but the cocktails seem to make up for it instead. Overall a really nice Breakfast place to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning with friends or family. The only thing I will say is don't expect to park close, expect to walk a bit for parking especially if you don't want to pay.

Such a great place for brunch! The food is delicious and you can't go wrong with 20 dollars for a bottle of mimosas or the half/half tater tots! The Press is definitely the new Sunday afternoon spot for the hubbie and I

This is a terrifically relaxing local eatery with imaginative cuisine. We enjoyed Oklahoma caviar and Waffle Fries (loaded with cheese and bacon and BBQ sauce...YUM!) for starters. Dinner could have stopped there and been great. But who wants to stop at apps??? Pot Roast x2 (one with gravy and one without) provided a savory comfort reminiscent of mom's best cooking. The Pork Belly Salad, with its fruit and cheese was perfectly loaded with crisp pork belly and a tangy vinaigrette. My choice: Shrimp Grits...HOLY COW those would compete with the finest southern kitchen. They were creamy and spicy with enough shrimp for every bite. A-maz-ing! Thanks for a great start to a birthday weekend excursion!

Food was okay. Fried Mozarellas were HUGE tasted ok (heavy on the batter), Queso (that tasted mainly like cumin), great chips, Cobb Salad as a wrap which was good, mac n cheese + broccoli. Overall it was ok. A bit over priced.

I absolutely love this place. It's never too busy, and the service is always great. Everyone is very friendly and seems like they actually want to be there. I love their Buffalo Mac & Cheese; plus, they have great queso, salsa, and margaritas. It's a restaurant full of all kinds of yummy comfort foods.

Cons: Their vegan dumpling soup wasn't really dumpling. They were dough/protein balls. No soft chairs in this restaurant. Pros: service was nice, the sweet potato tots were so special and delicious.
