Randomly decided to try the Mule after reading some reviews and a couple travel blogs of places to see and places to dine. The service was great. They were kind and quick. My husband ordered the Caprese. I ordered the Macaroni Pony and we shared an order of Cheese Curds. The food was good. I was surprised at the amount. Neither my husband or I finished our entrees. It was also budget friendly! So win. 👍🏽

What a cool experience! Really enjoyed the environment and decor of the place! Was seated immediately and served quick. Drinks were delicious along with the appetizer and entrees. Vegan and vegetarian options and amazing regular options for everyone!

Food excellent! Service fantastic! Katie was awesome. Atmosphere clean, inviting and not overly loud like similar places. Bartender was great too.

After 10 years at their original location, The Mule in the Plaza District has moved. Now the Empire Slice House neighbors. This place has always been a go to spot when in need of a hearty and delicious meal. Great mains, sides, and soups. The cocktail menu is always good and they have specials all the time. If you are a picky eater, this is your place. It is all good! Enjoy!

Stayed and Oklahoma for 5 days and this is hands-down by far the best place we went to. Service was excellent the atmosphere was great and the food I can't even. These sandwiches are the best sandwiches I've ever seen at any restaurant. Everything was fresh and made to order. Couldn't even remember to take a photo before devouring the food. Highly recommended

Food was amazing! I got the Rueben with burger patty. And an amaretto sour. Atmosphere is really cozy and inviting. Great place for a date or with kiddos! Very attentive and polite staff. Will be coming back to experience the rest of the menu!!!

Stopped in for lunch with no expectations and was very impressed. I got the Turkey Sandwich which was loaded with all sorts of goodies. Definitely recommend that and starting with the Fried Green tomatoes. I really wanna go back because there are so many other things on menu I want to try!

The BEST recommendation we've had in a long time! We tried the Pony and Fancy Pants sandwiches and both were absolutely delicious. The onion rings are by far the best we've ever had!! We also had the huge poutine and we ate them all because they were perfect. No space left for dessert but hopefully we can sometime try the Oreo one. The staff was the NICEST! We loved everything about this place!

Brother and I were traveling 12 hours from Tennessee and stopped in OKC for dinner. This place was so cute, hip, and the food went right along with it. I can't wait to go back and try something different! BTW, we had the macaroni pony and cheese fries❤

Absolutely amazing! I had the BCLT and my wife had the Grilled Cheese. The BCLT was more of a BLT grilled cheese than I expected, but it was amazing. We both ordered fried okra as our side which I would say was on par with some of the best BBQ joints. We both ordered drinks, I had the Rosy Palmer and my wife had the House Mule. Both drinks were very good. When telling my coworkers about it, one said he didn't like it because they put cinnamon on the fries without warning you and another said he loves the cinnamon on the fries. Either way we didn't order the fries and we had a great meal. Best part was the meals are all about $10 so without drinks dinner was $20 (before tax & tip). Really good price for an incredible meal. We will be returning often.

Staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The overall environment was good. The menu did have items that could be made into kid’s version. We were unsure of this at first, but the waitress informed us they could accommodate. Our youngest wanted just mac and cheese, and they accommodated to that as well since it was not an option on the menu. We loved the okie poutine, and would highly recommend them. The bacon cheese fries were also delicious. The cheese curds batter was unique. It had a airy feeling to them but not in a bad way. The beer batter that was used for the cheese curds added a good flavor. It was not overwhelming, and mixed well with the homemade ranch. The macaroni poni was unique in my opinion. The jalapeño cornbread used as sandwich buns for the macaroni poni was something I have not seen before. The pulled pork paired well with the macaroni. I had the French dip sandwich. The bread was cooked perfectly and evenly. The crispy onions on the French dip was an excellent pair with the cheese and meat. The portions were excellent, and will leave you with left overs for sure. Our oldest son got the burger and said he would rate it 100 out of 10. We would recommend this place and will definitely be returning. 3 adults and 2 children total for our visit, and we spent $97 total. So it was fairly priced and worth it! We forgot to get more pictures of the food because we were ready to dig in. Lastly they do have merchandise available. T-shirts, cups, hats, and a couple other things I believe.

The ambiance is great, my sandwich (the macaroni pony) tasted fantastic, and our waiter was kind, would give it 5 stars but… One server was so rude. He got mad at us as we tried to navigate the restaurant for getting in his way. Would roll his eyes at folks, mockingly say excuse me… Worst customer service I’ve seen lately. Avoid the brunette dude, 6’1”, looks like he’s in the beetles. Wearing knee length jean shorts and high rise combat boots… total jerk.

This place has decent food and drinks. Their burger tasted pretty standard and their sangria was a bit underwhelming. I’m giving three stars because service was slow and at times it felt rushed. Perhaps I should gone with a grilled cheese as that seems to be their specialty. Overall, it might be a place worth checking out if you are into grilled cheese, but you can get better burgers elsewhere.

Got lucky in Oklahoma City. Staying close by so decided to give this place a try. Great Google reviews. Here goes. The reviews were well earned. The place is open design so it can be loud. We got in on Friday night with minimal wait. The cheese curd appetizer was really good but I hit a home run with the Philly with onion rings. The onion rings are home made and exceptional. The Philly was not far behind. We really enjoyed

I was pleasently surprised and wished they had this restaurant in Tampa. The queso was delicious but the salsa really topped it. Very unique taste. I loved it. Service was awesome too. Thanks

My wife and I went to the Mule for dinner and had a great time. Sat on the porch outside and got a great view of the Plaza District. I had the Club and it was very tasty. Their regular fries are really really good, but the sweet potato fries were just so-so. Our waitress, Marissa, was very kind and helpful throughout our dinner.

Would have gotten a picture of our food but we ate it first 🤷‍♀️ lol. I've been here a few times and it's a good time every time. Definitely a pleasant experience. Will be returning.

Great little hangout with plenty sandwiches to choose from. I had the burger with onion rings. Should have gotten fries, as I'm not a fan of beer battered fried foods.

Grilled cheese croutons! Awesome creamy tomato soup, epic fried cheese curds, and the bestest salads in OKC! The Beet salad is a must! Even if you're not a fan of beets, the flavor combination makes it hands down the best salad I've ever had!

I appreciate the vegan options at this location! My meal tasted average (not amazing, but not bad). This location offers dishes that I haven’t seen before. Service was good & quick. Servers respectfully wore masks. I will most likely return.
