Didn't get my money's worth....I enjoy going to BJ's, and I like a lot of their food items. Tonight I went and picked up a single order at curbside, it was ready when promised, but the portion was extremely small. Maybe about 8 TINY pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of brocolli, and a small amount of noodles (photo included). $18.33, I feel this is too much for the size portion I received. I do want to say it tasted great.

Traveller from out of the country. It’s a large restaurant with an inviting-family friendly atmosphere. Staff were kind and attentive to our needs. I enjoyed the steak and dessert a lot so I would recommend their steak. Their signature barbecue sauce is a must try! Their watermelon cocktail was also delicious and would recommend it to those who love fruity drinks. Thank you for the experience!

Great experience for our Sunday family outing. Our server was Hero. Pro tip: ask for Hero by name for excellent, knowledgeable & courteous service 😀. The tri-tip was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Southern Comfort chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries are a win. The bun is light and airy for a perfect balance. Dessert was first pizookie tri and yummy 😋. A definite revisit for sure!

So I'm a bigger guy and so is my lady. So they put us I the little two person booth, which is uncomfortable. Food is basic for the price. My wife and me have both worked in restaurants so we know it can be hard to keep up with tables but you should never have to flag a server down for more drinks when they are just walking around and keep looking at your table.

Food was good. Seasoned well, nice sized portions and reasonably priced. The service was a bit slow (for the time of day we were there) and there were 3 different servers that came to the table so not really sure who our server actually was. I would eat here again, just maybe pick a different time.

Came here with my girlfriend not quite sure what to expect, we were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food! The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The wings are good however the ones I got (lemon pepper dry rub) were a bit too salty. Ribs were great, and the salads were very nice, the cheese curds and ranch are very good! Their desserts are fantastic. Service was also fast and great, our server gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend this place.

Came at 2.30pm on a Monday afternoon and it’s not busy at all, got a seat straight away. Lunch specials until 3pm, but they have different options online compared to the menu given at the restaurant, all options are available. Couldn’t take my eyes off the gorgeous decor… especially this mirror mirror on the wall, that reminds me of the fairy tales! I got the lavender lemonade, which was an Interesting drink. I ordered a clam chowder soup (my husband used to love this soup) and house salad to start. Unfortunately they don’t serve bread with the soup, they only have oyster crackers available (I don’t know what those are must be an American thing lol). Then a chicken Parmesan pasta, as a British woman it’s not really my cup of tea! But Americans seem to love it. I usually like to order the pizza and pizookie (sometimes I crave the pizookie it’s so good!). I got served pretty quick and I was out of there by 3.20pm.

We had a great time celebrating my nephews birthday. One server for 16 of us and she did great. I wish I could report her name. I placed my order but when it came out, I thought I was given the wrong entree. The server was quick to pull it and let me change my order. Those pork chops were perfect!

BJ's us my jam and was the first place I went when I got off the plane from Germany to my home state. My husband and I used to come here all the time....I had the worst pizza of my life and even my drink wasn't on point as usual. My server really saved the review on this one..she was a military brat and lived in Germany growing up. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name now, but if it wasn't for her this would have been a really poor visit. :(

Melanie is the best bartender/server ever! We went on a Monday and got the 1/2 off pizza special. It was AMAZING! We also had whiskey sours and delicious strawberry mojitos. Definitely recommend! We'll be back!

We enjoy the atmosphere and the wait wasn't too long. The food isn't the same quality as when it first opened and my son wouldn't eat the pizza. We mostly went fir the avocado egg rolls. Again they aren't as good as when the first opened but still tasty.

Both the food and service were amazing honstly I can't think of anything to complain about lol and I specifically look for bad things about the restaurant along with the good things they have dividers to separate the tables they have a lot of beer options like I mean they have a whole menu just for beer with prizes ranging from 3$ to 10$ this would be a great place to take your family or friends for dinner especially if you and your spouse like different food's they have everything here for instance they have burgers pasta pizza soup sandwiches tacos and several salad options i would highly recommend trying this place.

Everything was great except for the Brussel sprouts and my prime rib was slightly tough and a bit fatty. Overall BJ’s has great food. My cocktail was delicious. Their appetizers are great. The pizookie was scrumptious. Great salmon.

Couldn’t have asked for a better brewery with an awesome food close to a shopping mall. We tried fruit beer, honey wheat beer, and mango margaritas. We also had deep dish pizza, nachos, and avocado rolls. Though the pizza is not as authentic as what we get in Chicago, it is still delicious. As far as food, drinks, atmosphere, and service is concerned, everything deserves 5 stars.

Excellent variety on their menu but I always get the same thing. A berry burst cider with their bone in porkchop.

I ordered the fried cod and mashed potatoes with white gravy on the side. The fish was extremely bland no seasoning whatsoever. I sent it back and ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza, which was good. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The sweet tea was delicious. I will definitely be back.

We were told a 25 minute wait for 4 people. Several tables were closed for social distancing, but not every other table like you might expect. It honestly looked like one servers section was closed. The small aisle of 2 person booths was completely full on both sides with no tables closed and the bar area also appeared to not be set up for social distancing. I do not think social distancing is necessary at this point but using that as your reason to close several tables while the rest of the space is clearly not distanced is annoying and doesn’t make sense. We were sat at the 25 minute mark at a table that had been vacant the entire time we were there waiting. We ordered some fries as an appetizer and they came out in 1 minute, too fast to have been cooked fresh. They were not fresh and most likely had been setting out for at least 10-15 minutes because they were only warm at best. I ate a few because I was very hungry but my wife had only 1-2 once she realized they were basically cold. They did not charge us which I appreciated, however by that time our evening had already turned out to be pretty poor. We were planning on ordering some of their take home meals and a pazookie for dessert but decided we just wanted to leave. We usually really enjoy eating there, but this experience will definitely make us think twice before dining in again.

Sadly I was very disappointed, I ordered the salmon and rice, it was so dry both the rice and the salmon not to mention was way overpriced ! I did express how I felt and they took $5 off my meal, I should have known something when I asked our waiter what he liked on the menu and he straight up told us that he never eats there! Wow 😳 I will never go back to BJs I was totally ripped off this evening ☹️

Stopped in for lunch to check out all of the new specials. Everything was really good! Started off with the chips and queso for an appetizer and I had the soup & salad combo for my meal. Prices are affordable for lunch and we will definitely come back again!

I rarely do these, however, our dinner at BJ was wonderful. The food was good but the service was exceptionally great. We had a party of 20 yet our food came out pretty quickly. I don't think our server let a glass get emptied before bringing refills. He did a wonderful job cheerfully.

Love coming here. Tropical Mule was great, it is heavy on the ginger beer like it should be. Strawberry shortcake pizookie is the best.

  • 2/5 Tanner J. 1 year ago on Google
Unfortunately I had a rough experience. It may be because it was Halloween night, I'm not sure. I had to wait a very long time to even be greeted for a drink so I ordered my drink, appetizer, and entrée all at once. The artichoke dip and chips were good. The steak was slightly overcooked but chicken was quite over cooked dry and cold. The macaroni side was burnt to a crisp and extremely scolding. The atmosphere was lethargic and staff seemed to be short with me.

Poor hostess. Would not seat our party of 9 for 6:30 reservation even though the place was empty at 6:23. Gabrielle the MGR was less than accommodating! We will never be back and this has always been a favorite place of ours! Hard to get any help today! Good bye BJ’s! Done with you! Spend $650 and get the shaft!

Have made several good visits to BJ's on W. Memorial a handful of times over the years. Stopped by recently and watch football games in the bar area. Pints of BJ's in-house stouts, porter and weissbier were all pretty good. Chicken wings with dry rub and the fried couscous, mac-and-cheese balls were all better than expected. BJ's seems to be a great venue for game days.

I have to hand it to BJ’s!! They have raised the bar for my wife and I so far as restaurants go! First of all the food is excellent and sells itself, but the service is second to none and downright Amazing! Our servers JC and Parker were knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough! Best in the business! Not only that, but Laurie in Management came to our table and sealed the deal with courteous inquiry and delight! BJ’s is now our favorite restaurant by far! I want to thank everyone who is a part of making it a five star one of a kind! I look forward to meeting you all!

I wasn’t really impressed with the menu. The food. The service was not the best. The waitress was constantly at my table checking if were ok but my glass stayed empty till she brought the check then I got my drink in a to go cup😐

We really like BJs pizza. We normally carry out. We both worked all day long and we’re really tired and thought it might be fun to go eat in and have a beer and pizza. I found to ask what the wait time was and the gentleman answered and said he would not give a wait time. He said it’s first come first serve. I then asked well is anyone standing in the lobby. He responded I won’t answer that it’s first come first serve. BJ’s has lost a lot lifetime customer.

I'm disappointed with the salad I ordered for dinner. Usually the food is good, but tonight the greens in the salad were wilted. I hope my next order will be better.😐

First, My old fashioned was made with salt.... When I asked the bartender for a new drink, he gave me attitude and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I've been a bartender for 3 years... Second, I ordered a bacon jam steak, got it, and there were onions. Which doesn't say it has by the way on the menu. I'm allergic to onions and when I asked if the steak was cooked with the onions, my waitress responded with, " I don't know, let me ask." She didn't come back for over 20 minutes. Even then, she did not have an answer so I switched with my friend. Third, I love the BJ's by the outlet mall. This one however has had the worst service the past 3 times I've been. I will never be back.

To go (take out) doesn't work! The salad I normally get, Barbecue Chicken Chopped Salad was a big miss. No barbecue sauce on the chicken, no onion ring straws - just a bunch of lettuce with chicken, corn and black beans. And a smidgen of dressing - worst salad I've ever had from here! Lesson learned - don't do take out food cause as Joe Pesci says "you get screwed in drive-thru" this wasn't drive thru but you get what I mean! Thank you Laurie for being a great manager who knows how to be a great manager!

  • 1/5 Tosha E. 3 years ago on Google
I often dine and take out food from BJ's mainly because I love their homemade soda, however, yesterday after having my entire drink spilled on me during a curbside interaction the representative simply offered me another drink. No apology, no napkins just replacement of the drink they spilled on me. If you are all about good servicing and tipping DO NOT GO TO THE BJ'S ON MEMORIAL. If you are all about your membership points don't rely on the representatives at BJ's to ask for your name or phone number for look up to receive membership points for your order.

Eric and Matt are some of the best waiters we have had. Matt went out of his way to take care of us the last time we were in and he wasn't even our waiter, took batter care of us then our waiter did last time. Eric was so awesome this visit and so up beat and on top of things, made for a great experience. Thanks guys!!

The food is fine. Same as any BJs location. The frustrating issue I have is BJs on Memorial has recently implemented a new policy where they won’t quote you wait times. This is really inconvenient if you’re someone who lives 25 min away and you’re trying to decide if you even want to drive to eat there. I understand wait times can change by the time of arrival, but it does make a difference to a customer who’s just trying to make a decision about driving. “We cannot quote wait times over the phone.” Even if you put your name on Call Ahead they won’t tell you the wait. I think this policy should be revisited with a disclaimer that the time is subject to change. I chose not to come last time simply because I couldn’t get any idea how long I’d be waiting.

This place is amazing! The food was great and the beer was super good. The service was really great, as was the place, facilities and the atmosphere. All the food we ordered was incredible, but especially the honey sriracha brussel spouts! They were to die for! The price was reasonable for the quality and the food that you get. This was a great experience and I can't wait to come back. I would totally recommend this place for others!

My girlfriend has been telling me about this place for some time now. I never had any idea what I was missing. I have not had such lovely medleys in restaurants, only private chef's. So let me teftify to being wow for my very first time. The meal was delicious 😋. The palace was distanced, and plexi-walled throughout! This was the best experience I have had since #covid19 go Bj's Restaurant & Pub! Five ⭐ service, and taste! Thank you from one displaced veteran!

Went in around 2 p.m. was not overly crowded. Was seated right away. I skipped off to the ladies room which I found had no lightavin the stall. Had to use the flashlight on my phone. Then waitress was prompt took our drink order and appetizer order. Then it went down hill. There was seven of us and we ordered tea all around tea was soured. Ordered waters. The appetizers came still no drinks. Then she finally brings drinks and then out comes food. We had a water spill and instead of getting us towels we had to use napkins. When she finally did get towels to us it was by another waitress who just thru towels on table and left. Never replaced spilled water. Food was good and fresh and hot. But we ask 3 times for the condiments to go with the food, after we had preordered them at the same time we placed the order. So the 2 stars was for prompt seating and good hot food.
