Our server Katelyn was A RAY OF SUNSHINE! Pro Tip: ASK FOR KATELYN! She's a joy and will up sell you to all the best menu hacks & eats. The food was HOT honey so know the kitchen staff was also on point so BRAVO! Katelyn smiled the ENTIRE time she assisted our party of 4 PLUS THE ENTIRE FLOOR. 8 tables & 21+ guests in total ALONE with ONE kitchen runner assisting her while the ENTIRE "MANAGEMENT" TEAM sat and had a 30 plus minute meeting in the bar area (They were sitting there when we arrived AND when we left 🤔). They were the LOUDEST PEOPLE in the building and could frequently be heard laughing and talking while we had lunch. NOT ONCE did any of them get up to assist with the floor. There were no checks to flow of traffic or of customer satisfaction. They literally sat in the bar and had a meeting that would have been better suited to BEFORE store open or during OFF PEAK hours. Katelyn and the kitchen server handled what they did like real bosses! As a restaurant owner, corporate executive and just an everyday customer this was a DISAPPOINTING show from management. Management is the heart of the business. This maybe why there is a current 3.8 star rating. This is also why we are so short staffed in the industry. When management would rather sit and have a party meeting during peak hours while the staff is hit during a rush this is the problem. Shows a real lack of teamwork, leadership and service to the guest. The 2 stars today are due to the VISIBLE MANAGEMENT team doing absolutely nothing to assist the guest nor staff as they had THE BEST TIME during the management meeting in the middle of a lunch rush.

We go to Red Robin every few months. We usually get fried pickles and are satisfied with the portion, taste & quality. This visit the fried pickles was served to us with 10 pickles, but the price was the same as always. Our servers didn’t visit us much. We waited so long for her to come back that, I finally paid on the computer at our table because she never brought our ticket. I was planning to pay cash. When she noticed that, she asked us if we want boxes for our leftovers. During our visit, she also told another employee that she was ready to quit. I guess she was having a tough day.

Went for my birthday. Had a burger and fries and a drink. Had the Smoke & Pepper burger, steak fries and the Sunset Lemonade. All was good. Our server was absolutely awesome (hate that I can't remember her name) she was great!!!

Service was fantastic. Server checked on us throughout the meal and was very friendly. The food was great and hit the spot. The sweet potato fries and onion were awesome.

We love a visit to Red Robin! We spaced our visits out so it never gets old and we have it a routine. The burgers are always good. This time I tried the Smoke & Pepper Burger. Very tasty! We did get the steak fries but they were awful - over seasoned and very salty. I immediately asked for a new basket no salt! Just a tip always order the fries with no salt/seasoning. My wife got the Whiskey River BBQ burger! Another great burger! I realize this is a chain but go early avoid the line. In this case I was traveling so on my return trip I met my wife after the lunch rush. Great idea!

Pros: 1. Lots of close parking 2. Clean exterior 3. Clean interior 4. Little to no wait time to be seated 5. Friendly hostess and waitress 6. Food tasted good and was freshly made 7. Music not too loudly playing 8. Vegetarian option - able to get vegetarian patty on any burger. Great selection! Cons: 1. Ice cream machine wasn't ready on visit. It was about 11:30am 2. Order not accurate to order. One burger we had asked no onions and it came with onions anyway. Had to be picked off. 3. Table was small 4. Only received one napkin for each of us. Summary: The food here is quite yummy and the service is wonderful. I was just very disappointed the ice cream machine wasn't ready since the Root beer floats were the main purpose for the visit. I have been to this location several times and it is always good! I'll be going again sometime in the future.

First thing we noticed is the restaurant was super clean. All the staff were helping each other to bring appetizers, drinks and main courses out. The decor was cool and the food was good. It came out super quick. Only thing missing is a Donatos!

The restaurant was not busy so it was nice in that aspect. We got the kids meal and we thought our orders got placed correctly. We ordered the endless salad and a souper sandwich meal, but she missed the sandwich meal and proceeded to tell us how that’s not what we ordered. We waited a long time for the Oreo shake. The ranch was really good but not going to come back to this one.

I had a great experience. We stopped in 10/29-last night. The waitress was very attentive checked in on us if we needed anything. I love that and don't see that a whole lot. Which is why I gave her a 15.00 Tip as it was well deserved despite it being slower. I usually base my tipping on a "TIPS" (To Ensure Proper Service) standard Which she did very well and was very pleasant when doing so as well. Sometimes little things go unnoticed and i tend to pick up on them because it doesn't take much to meet the standards of Customer Service. I know at times some people can just be unpleasant to deal with in the customer service industry. Thank you for a good night!

Food and drinks were great but you could tell they had one new server serving the whole floor and she seemed to be struggling. We ordered 2 appetizers and they took them to 3 different tables until we waived them over to let them know those were ours.

Nice Hamburger chain restaurant. Wide selection on the menu. Onion Rings are outstanding. I had the Smoke & Pepper Burger.

Have to try the Carmel apple pie milkshake!!! The food was great as usual. Service was good, very attentive.

It has been years since I've had red robin and I honestly thought they closed down. I'm glad to see that isn't true! It's still great as I remember. The place is clean and inviting with good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and will work with you if you have questions or allergy. And the food is great. Sadly I don't remember what I had as an entree, but the salad was good and the unlimited steak fries are still unlimited. Only problem I have is there isn't one here in Yukon. 😎 will eat here again if I'm ever around.

Went there for the veterans day deal, but loved the way it looked and found the menu very interesting. The servers were nice, but they were very busy and service was very slow. We sat down immediately but didn't get our server to our table for 5-10 minutes. Service remained slow after that. Maybe management didn't plan well for the veterans day rush I don't know.
