I continually asked Jimmy to see a specialist for my son's stomach for years. I asked again in the summertime to see a specialist to find out what was wrong. He said it was probably nerves. I visited again and he acted like nothing was serious. I don't understand how you can run a health clinic without a certified doctor? My son ended up with cancer after going to an emergency room in another state fortunately we are able to fight it no thanks to Jimmy. We should have had it diagnosed in the summer when my son was in pain. I believe it was serious negligence because my son could have died and you refused to help me find out he had cancer.

The Doctor there is one of the most caring Men I have ever met! The staff is always so friendly ..It is not only a family clinic ..They treat you like a family member ! I won't go to any other doctor.. I found my home. Thank You Express Family!

I have been seeing Jimmy Tisdale for years. He is the best! He treats you like a person and not a number running through the revolving door. He gets it right the first time. And his staff at the front are always so nice and helpful. I followed him when he moved to his current location and would follow if he ever moved again.

He refused my visit because I left honest review after he took my copayment. They staff that answers the phone is unprofessional. The Doctor is unprofessional he changes his prices every 2 months. I wouldn't recommend my dog to this place.

I’ve been going here for 4 years now and the experience is always great! I met Kalli at my sons recent visit and she is phenomenal, I’m so glad she’s part of their team. The whole staff is amazing! I even called a week later to get some paperwork sent over and the lady who answered automatically knew who it was for without me giving a name. They listen, pay attention to detail and genuinely care for you. There’s no better place!

Walked in because I had an ear ache. Ear aches and tooth aches are things I do not mess around with and I get them checked ASAP. Staff was very friendly to me, and Dr. Jimmy is a super likeable guy, knows what he is talking about and you can tell he's not in it for a quick buck, he seems to genuinely care about his patients.

Dr. Jimmy was excellent!! At most places, you're told to visit the clinic without knowing if they have any rapid tests left for that day but he told us on the phone so we wasted no time. After we got our results, his telemedicine call was extremely informative and helpful and encouraged us to call back if we have questions. Such great service! Would definitely recommend.

This is what accessing medical help should be. The people were kind and responsive. I received upfront accurate information about cost and the Practitioner even talked to me plainly about what my prescriptions would cost. This transparency is important on the patient end. It made me feel confident and informed when I picked up my medicine, rather than being afraid of the possible total. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and they had everything I needed taken care of within a short period of time on the same day. I have never experienced that on any day at any other clinic, let alone on a Friday afternoon. There was no "upselling." If you've been churned through some of the large medical groups you know what I mean. It was an outstanding experience and I will definitely call them next time I need something.

Staff is amazing, and Dr.Tisdell is an amazing doctor actually treats you like a human not money!! By far best medical experience I’ve ever had will be my primary go to!!

Both the woman managing the front desk and Jimmy the APRN/owner I saw today were extremely friendly and quick. Jimmy gave me great information and options I hadn't heard before today regarding my issues, and beyond that his attitude is in it's way therapeutic. Thank you both for helping me out today.

I've been going here for almost 2 years now, great staff, quiet environment, quick service. Dr. Tisdale is great with both of my kids and answers any questions I have, offers info for anything that comes up. Definitely recommend coming here. 5yr update, still amazing! Called and left a message for prescription refill/pharmacy transfer on a Saturday, an hour later pharmacy confirmed. Hands down, best PCP I've ever had for both my children and me!

11/30/2023 I did my Yearly Follow Up for 2024 and the NA at the front desk were very helpful and polite, and Dr Jimmy Tisdale was very polite, thuro professional and helpful and stays on top of the ball with health care medical needs with other companies and their patients like me I wished Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024 , I highly recommend this medical facility I really appreciate your medical facility, Patient, Dustin Miller Jr
