Long story short already felt very uncomfortable at this location when the poor host had to stay in their small entry way with two large families who were waiting to be seated. Once sat we couldn’t even stay for our drinks because our waiter brought them out with his fingers on the rim.. love the food but won’t be returning

Waited approx 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated no service for almost 15 minutes. Seemedbto be in the land that time forgot. Had to ask twice for service. Waitress was very nice. (Was not the server that was assigned to us). Order was taken. And the wait began. Unfortunately when salad showed up at the table the salad bowels all had left over food on them. Waited for waitress to replace bowels. New bowels arrived. Now the wait for main entrée to arrive. Waitress was very good and served everything well. Sad to say that several groups of people that arrived 20 minutes after us were waited on and served long before our group. And they left long before us.

Service was good, but when did their prices get so high? We won't be getting dinner here anytime soon.

They were polite kind clean professional helpful it was good food and amounts every thing I would want in a nice restaurant and more with good suggestions and information I was surprised the prices were still reasonable really best dining experience i"d had in years. If I could some how return the favor by getting them more business that would make me even happier so I hope they share this honest review with every one every where they cam

This place was fantastic!! Our server Michelle was excellent. For our party of 7, she was so on top of everything and made sure we were so taken care of. Even in our to go order for my husband, she wished him well since he was sick. The shrimp scampi and fettuccine were excellent. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful annual holiday lunch!!

Our waitress Ms. Desi was an absolute joy!! She brought her A-Game for sure, and very attentive!! Oh, and the food tasted even just that much better because she set the mood from the words "welcome to Olive Garden, I'll be your server today"👍🏻 😄 We were very p pleased with food and service today!! This was a nice experience at Olive Garden. Our waitress, Aaliyah, was excellent. Food came fast and tasted great. Would give 5 stars except that it seems a bit pricey. 2 people, both got steak entree and an appetizer. $60 after tax and tip. Guess I’m getting old. All in all though, great experience for us here. Please forgive the pics, camera on my phone is slowly dying.

Went to eat for lunch on 9/7, plenty of tables open, instead they were seating people back to back in the booths. We kindly asked the hostess for another area to sit. She rudely asked, "what's wrong with this table?" We said nicely again, we like to seat elsewhere, this is not spaced out. She replied in a snarky tone, "we're at capacity." However there was plenty of tables available. They were just filling up booths. After she sat us elsewhere, she said "sit here and I'll see if they wait on you." We left. If she hadn't been so rude, we would have stayed.

Service was spectacular as Destiny hit the mark. Salad and bread sticks were good as always. The lasagna was burned and they were out of my favorite desert. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. One thing about OG is they are typically consistent.

Favorite places for fast food. But i ordered a side order onion rings, with meal. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get through drive thru. I leave, make it home and realize they didn't put my rings in the bag. I call, they tell me they'll correct it. I drive back. Now there's 3 times the amount of cars in line as first time. I call them ask if i can just get rings at the door. They tell me no that i have to go through the line! So in essence they stole $3.14 from me because they know nobody is gonna stay in line an hour for their onion rings. Their manager is a joke and needs customer service classes. As much as i hate it, I dought Ill be returning.

We got in line behind a big yellow truck who must have been sitting there previously for about 5 minutes he continued to sit there for another 10 minutes not talking into the Radio And then all of a sudden he said hello a very ferociously and then continued to drive off I am assuming that he must have been waiting there for quite a while to take his order. As I pulled up I assumed the worst and I was confirmed. I they were quick to take my order But I had to repeat my order over and over and over and over again as I approached the 1st window I had repeat my order again as I approached the 2nd window I had a repeat my order again. Over all my experience was about 1 to 2 stars at best the food being the only redeeming quality.

Bring back the A-1 thick and hearty burger

1 simple request. No onions. Whataburger has failed me. Am displeased. The amount of mustard used was also very obscene

I came in for lunch 1130 August 30th. Nicest group of young people I have been around in years. I had a great lunch and a good laugh. Keep up the good work.

I love whataburger but this particular location has led to many disappointing meals.. not sure why I keep going back. they mess up my order about half the time, customer service is awful and I normally have to wait a very long time just for 1 meal.. waited 20 mins for a messed up sandwich and some cold french fries..

Their food's really good they got rid of the sandwich I usually get the Buffalo and ranch chicken strip sandwich thing so kind of sad

We haven't been eating out since the pandemic, but recently lost power for over a week and had no choice. The first time we drove through, one worker preparing food had his mask down below his nose and several workers were chatting with customers who had no masks. The second time, the drive-thru worker had his mask pulled down below his chin. Again, workers' friends were leaning over the registers laughing with no masks. The drive-through worker took one friend's phone in his gloved hands and swiped through it without sanitizing his hands afterward. TL; DR: NOT SAFE. Staff are not being made to follow safety precautions correctly to prevent spread of the coronavirus.

The burger and fries could have been warmer!!

I have given this location several chances and I will NOT ever go back to whataburger. ANY locatuon. Nothing like a night out on the town and having a burger but whataburger will not be ours anymore. I literally sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and all I ordered was a #1 with cheese with onion rings. Got home and everything was cold.

I ordered online. My order was missing my extra gravy and the chicken strips were very small. Not sure if i ordered the wrong thing and the drive through was super slow. BUT when things are cooked fresh it does take time. The staff was super friendly.

That is why I was so surprised when I got home with the furniture that I ordered which was a Mushroom Swiss burger two slices of bacon on it extra. And I haven't had a good Mushroom Swiss burger in years but this one from the Whataburger on Northwest 36th (sandwich just melted in my mouth. It was just perfect all the way around, I mean I ate the whole darn burger and I normally don't eat like that what's a little bit of pot couple hits off the pipe you know didn't hurt but still that's how good that burger tested without the pot even affecting it LOL that the drive-thru was great very patient with me when I ordered and what else we went to the drive-through, I mean......

This waterburger has lost me as a customer forever! The last couple times I went i waited in line FOREVER and my order has also been wrong ! I've told the manager I was told she didn't have time for this and walked away, called corporate and never heard a thing back. I'm not trying to sound like a Karen but I won't be back

Whataburger was my first job in high school, in fact this location right after it was torn down and rebuilt. I love their food and they always have prompt and friendly service at this location.

Went to lunch here with a dear friend of mine. We had the salad and breadsticks of course and lasagna. Her and have loved Olive Garden since we were craving it while we were pregnant years ago! This is our go to when we need a Girls day out.

Full portions of food, delicious and very filling! Server was nice.

Our server Laura was great. She was super friendly. The restaurant was busy and there was a wait but they got us taken care of fast. We had an issue with one of our meals and the Manger Ashley took care of it. Over all was a great dinner.

I had just gotten off a really bad shift at work, and it was about an hour before close. I got seated right away. Maverick was so kind and did everything he could to get my food quickly and made sure to let me know I wasn’t being rushed. He went above and beyond and not only made my dining experience good, but also made a huge difference in my day. You never know what someone else is going thru, and I wanted to genuinely thank him for the smile that never left his face, down to packing my left overs for me. 10/10 needs a raise 💜

We don't eat here real often probably two or three times a year but the food is good. This one particular experience was maybe not so good since after we ordered they came back and told us they didn't have some of the food that we wanted. My daughter ordered something different and they did not charge us for it. I never made a big deal out of it and I didn't ask for anything for free but they paid for her meal.

I haven't been to a dine in restaurant in awhile, Olive Garden came in as a pinch hitter but turned out to be a great choice. I had the stuffed tortellini with chicken and it was really good. Will be back...

I had the chicken marsala fettuccine. I didn't care for it too much it wasn't enough sauce or any seasoning. And the breadsticks wasn't soft I did get my order to go and I don't live that far. But I do like how they package up the salad and it was fresh, and the brownie lasagna desert was amazing for my birthday it was rich but very good.I talked to the store manager and I didn't know it was changed 45 day's ago and to me the conversation was ended like oh well.

My grandsons pizza was awful. It was a slimy gooey mess and tasted like what I imagine wallpaper paste would taste like. My shrimp and chicken carbonara was missing bacon, and was warm, not hot. Our food came about five minutes after we received our salad and bread sticks.

Our hostesses and up front staff was very short and rude. However- the food and the wait staff made up for it!! Jon was the best server!! This was by far one of our best experiences at an Olive Garden we have had. Thank you!!!

We had a company dinner last night, about a group of 12 or 14. Our waitress was Cassie. Not only did she not ever get overwhelmed, but she was super attentive to our needs and was refilling bread baskets and drinks before you even had to ask. She far exceeded our expectations! I had their herb salmon with broccoli, and it was so good!!!! The salmon was seasoned and seared perfectly, and the broccoli was done just right!

Great experience. The best service I've had from an Olive Garden. I walked in and was seated right away. I had fresh hot bread, water, and a waitress within a minute or two. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip and it was there before I put any salad on my plate. It was also hot and fresh. My meal came shortly after. I literally had everything on the table within 15min of me sitting down. To add it was all delicious. Everything was still hot so I took my time eating and the flavors were so rich and intentional. I've been to other Olive Garden restaurants and never had every box checked off. This was everything to imagine. I definitely recommend if you're in the OKC area.

Chicken was so tender that I could cut it with my spoon. Be prepared for great portions and great service. Mallorie was attentive and fast. She made my meal enjoyable

We went on October 21, 2023. We sat in the bar area, took 15 minutes to get someone to come take our drink order,then they were wrong. Took another 20 minutes to get water. Ordered an appetizer, that took 15 minutes and still no drinks. The appetizer was served, still nothing but water and waitress didn't come back. Tables around us were being taken care of in a timely manner, not us. We left money to pay for the appetizer ,after waiting almost an hour we left. The hostess thanked us for coming in. Little did they know, we were treated terrible. I felt like we were a bother to them. Thanks for nothing.

Wasn't pleased with my male server. I love a good wine with my all you can eat soup and salad. After getting my dish the whole time I'm there the young man passed by without refilling my glass. BUT refilled two other customers twice. I had to ask for another bowl of soup as well and by the time I got it was done. Very bad experience here for sure.
