    This place ALWAYS has a line clear to the street. They have the slowest service I've ever seen. It's a 50/50 chance that your order is going to come out right. Which is so weird because they are ao crazy slow. You cant go inside the building still which is crazy its July of 2022 and still they won't let you in so of course the line is even longer. I don't know of they just don't plan on opening the dining room at night anymore or what. But clearly that needs to change, cause this is crazy waiting for food 30-40 minutes anytime we come here. We drive all the way to Expressway just because we know the service will be faster and done correctly. Also if you order a Apple pie they will tell you it's a 7 minute wait every single time like why not have some ready. I've waited to make this review because I come alot and hope things will get better. But that doesn't seem to be happening so here's the true review of this Whataburger.

    It all depends on who the management is at the moment and this restaurant is not at all consistent. I have eaten there many times during the years and lately it has gone downhill. I'd say 30% to 40% of orders are not made to order and the tables are rarely cleaned off. Try another Whataburger, this one doesn't measure up. The other locations are better.

    The line took forever and when we got the food it was cold. We ordered a whataburger w/o lettuce and tomato add ketchup and they just gave us a regular whataburger with no changes. There were no napkins or straws. Needless to say we will not be returning.

    Pulled up to the drove thru at 2pm, wasn't very busy, pulled straight up to the board. Asked for a second to look at the menu as they recently changed the limited time offers. The worker said no problem. Two cars pulled up immediately after and the worker came back over the speaker and said, "is there anything I can help you with, I have a line forming." We were at the board for about two minutes. Food is usually good at this location, but their workers don't seem to care about customer service the last few trips to this location.

    Normally I come here before 11 to get a chorizo taquito with fries today was very bad experience normally the spice and taste I love in the meat of the taquito is either substituted or wasn’t seasoned also not cooked all the way it seems there’s less juice coming out which makes the meat dry and it is very bland I mean the eggs and chorizo are just no taste or salt of any kind same on the fries my co workers fries also tasted unsalted normally I enjoy my Whataburger but this was such a sad meal I felt the need to write this review I ordered at 9:49:38 am on the 8th of October

    Be prepared to receive plastic in your food and zero response from management or corporate when you report it. This location has taken a steep nosedive in service over the past few months. Everything from foreign objects in the food, cold food, and them simply not bothering to bring out curbside orders.

    I see so, so many reviews about how slow this place is dating back over a year. How can it still be like this after so many reviews about the speed dating back so far? Doesn’t anyone read these reviews? Are there no performance metrics in place? I’m sitting in the drive through, been here 30 minutes so far. When you go to a fast food place, you expect to get your food and be pulling out 5-10 minutes later, at most. After this happening to me multiple times I don’t know how I should expect to ever come back here again. Only if I plan to spend 30+ minutes waiting on food. I love Whataburger. But this type of service and lack of paying attention to reviews makes even me think twice.

    I went there this morning cause I was craving there chicken finger basket with the toast. I specifically ordered it because I like to dip the toast in the gravy. I get all the way and there is no GRAVY! THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF THAT MEAL WAS MISSING. I FELT LIKE I WASTED MONEY. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

    Tried to order a single patty on the special blue cheese bacon burger and was told they couldn't do that. Took the double with onion rings plus spicy chicken sandwich with fries. We both got extremely sick, violently throwing up and this is the SECOND time this has happened. This place used to be great but not anymore. We will NOT be returning. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

    Disappointed this time in. Burger seemed to be just slammed together... Giant clump of pickles in the middle and condiments all over the sides of sandwich. (It was simple ketchup, mustard and pickle... Nothing else) asked for chocolate malt, almost gagged on the lump of un mixed malt that came thru on first taste... I won't give up on whataburger but probably won't be back to this location

    I love this location. The food is always hot & tasty. There's a wait, but that's because it is fresh! I used to go through the drive thru in my way home from night shift. They have the best pies then!!

    This location is awful. The drive thru is incredibly slow. This morning I was told it would be a 6 minute wait, it turned out to be almost 20 minutes. They also got my order wrong even though they confirmed what I ordered twice after I paid. When I called to get it resolved a cook answered with a rude attitude and let me know it was frustrating for him as well. It is highly unlikely that I will ever go back to this location even though it’s only a couple of minutes from my house.

    We first stopped at a whataburger close to the outlet mall. It was a 25 minute wait there! So we left and went to the one on 36th. Wow, it was awesome! Quick quality service and food!! Thanks!!

    The kids went to an event this past weekend and the library gave them coupons for a free jr burger. Went in for them to get them and they wouldn’t let the kids get it, they said we could only redeem one per order then when I said if they could just make 3 separate orders they change and said they could only take 1 per day. I don’t understand why give coupons away if they make it so hard for ppl to redeem.

    Had a chicken sandwich. I don't recommend it. It was not fresh. I mean how difficult is it to drop a precooked chicken breast in a deep fryer? Next time I'll just poison myself.

    Food is always good at my favorite burger joint.but it was a problem on the on the inside. I went through the drive though and where just t a little slow. Hopefully they'll work on that. Thank goodness I wasn't in a hurry 😅.

    Order the chicken sandwich and the number one combo for my granddaughter. Chicken sandwich was unusually small for the price, I ordered tea and she gave me unsweetened tea and no sweetener. Cold fries is the norm for this particular spot. It's been about 4 months since I last frequent this place before today and now I remember why I stopped coming.

    Had the all time favorite their, patty melt. What I like about this fast food establishment, the food is cooked to order and always fresh. My wife usually gets the mushroom Burger, but they stopped making, it's a shame, that one was really good to.

    The food was alright. My Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich had barely any BBQ sauce on it, and my boyfriend's chili cheese fries hardly had any chili on it. Not only did the order take about 10 minutes or more to come out, the girl brought it to me and didn't say a word.

    Paid for my food at 11:08 November 1st, was told to park for a honey butter chicken biscuit meal after already waiting at the window for minutes just to be given several more minutes later a bag that had a skimp medium order of cold fries, and a not-anywhere-close -to-fresh honey butter chicken biscuit. Was also given a cup of lukewarm sweet tea with barely any ice. It’s like the staff was being nice to compensate for so many short comings. Watching several cars leave as I was parked waiting for a small cold one-ingridient breakfast biscuit. I ate in a parking lot a street away, and I have eaten food more fresh after taking it home when I didn’t have to wait. I am a frequent customer and maybe I am considering going elsewhere since it feels like they don’t appreciate my business. I wonder what kind of effect on the staff it would have if other mistreated frequent customers took the same route and stopped going. When the food isn’t bad, the service is horrible almost like I am bothering staff taking my order. Witnessed another individual not from today deny service to someone just because they raised their voice after the order taker couldn’t hear them the first time. This placed used to be good a month or 2 back when it had more mature people in it. People who actually cared about their jobs and who were considerate of their customers.

    Me giving this place one star doesn't even do justice I wish I could give it half a star. And the reason why is because if you don't have a good leader running your place then you don't have a good place. The lady that was taking my order was extremely rude to me. She yelled and asked me to speak up. And I was talking loud enough to where she can hear me. She was real quick to cut me off. And then when I asked her to repeat my order she sighed. And then repeated it back real fast that I anger. I thought this was going to be a regular employee I never would have thought in a million years that it would be the the manager of the whole store her name is Stephanie and she's an older lady. And then I pulled up and I said are you the manager here and she said yes I said what's your name and I didn't say nothing back to her and then she told me to pull up to wait on my water chicken. Almost like she was going to mess with my food or something seriously. I mean how do you complain to a manager when it's the manager. That's why I won't go back there and that's why I really wish I could give this place a half a star if even that.

    I live near here and go often. They are very slow to get the food fixed. Their food is very good though. Maybe under staffed because the workers seem to be moving fast.

    We haven't been eating out since the pandemic, but recently lost power for over a week and had no choice. The first time we drove through, one worker preparing food had his mask down below his nose and several workers were chatting with customers who had no masks. The second time, the drive-thru worker had his mask pulled down below his chin. Again, workers' friends were leaning over the registers laughing with no masks. The drive-through worker took one friend's phone in his gloved hands and swiped through it without sanitizing his hands afterward. TL; DR: NOT SAFE. Staff are not being made to follow safety precautions correctly to prevent spread of the coronavirus.

    I ordered online. My order was missing my extra gravy and the chicken strips were very small. Not sure if i ordered the wrong thing and the drive through was super slow. BUT when things are cooked fresh it does take time. The staff was super friendly.

    I have given this location several chances and I will NOT ever go back to whataburger. ANY locatuon. Nothing like a night out on the town and having a burger but whataburger will not be ours anymore. I literally sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and all I ordered was a #1 with cheese with onion rings. Got home and everything was cold.

    I love whataburger but this particular location has led to many disappointing meals.. not sure why I keep going back. they mess up my order about half the time, customer service is awful and I normally have to wait a very long time just for 1 meal.. waited 20 mins for a messed up sandwich and some cold french fries..

    We got in line behind a big yellow truck who must have been sitting there previously for about 5 minutes he continued to sit there for another 10 minutes not talking into the Radio And then all of a sudden he said hello a very ferociously and then continued to drive off I am assuming that he must have been waiting there for quite a while to take his order. As I pulled up I assumed the worst and I was confirmed. I they were quick to take my order But I had to repeat my order over and over and over and over again as I approached the 1st window I had repeat my order again as I approached the 2nd window I had a repeat my order again. Over all my experience was about 1 to 2 stars at best the food being the only redeeming quality.

    Every time I come here their shake machine is out or down. So frustrating. Specifically asked for ketchup and did not receive. Had to repeat what I wanted several times and still had to correct it when they repeated it back to me. AND still made the order WRONG!

    Favorite places for fast food. But i ordered a side order onion rings, with meal. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get through drive thru. I leave, make it home and realize they didn't put my rings in the bag. I call, they tell me they'll correct it. I drive back. Now there's 3 times the amount of cars in line as first time. I call them ask if i can just get rings at the door. They tell me no that i have to go through the line! So in essence they stole $3.14 from me because they know nobody is gonna stay in line an hour for their onion rings. Their manager is a joke and needs customer service classes. As much as i hate it, I dought Ill be returning.

    This waterburger has lost me as a customer forever! The last couple times I went i waited in line FOREVER and my order has also been wrong ! I've told the manager I was told she didn't have time for this and walked away, called corporate and never heard a thing back. I'm not trying to sound like a Karen but I won't be back

    I'll start out by saying that I am a very picky eater. That is why I was so surprised when I got home with the furniture that I ordered which was a Mushroom Swiss burger two slices of bacon on it extra. And I haven't had a good Mushroom Swiss burger in years but this one from the Whataburger on Northwest 36th (sandwich just melted in my mouth. It was just perfect all the way around, I mean I ate the whole darn burger and I normally don't eat like that what's a little bit of pot couple hits off the pipe you know didn't hurt but still that's how good that burger tested without the pot even affecting it LOL that the drive-thru was great very patient with me when I ordered and what else we went to the drive-through, I mean......
