i am now sitting in the parking lot crying! an amazing experience as always! today hasn’t been the best for me & these amazing people sure did make it better. forgot my wallet to top the morning off. & these sweet souls weren’t even phased by it!!! took care of my coffee & i got some air hugs. i will always come here for the people & maybe the coffee..!

Love their coffee drinks. They're comparable to "they who shall not be named." Service has always been great. And I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Do not go if you are allergic to BEES. I have complained for two summers that the two trees/shrub with purple flowers on either side of the of the drive through menu attrack swarms of bees. Not to mention the fact that one blocks the menu so you can't start looking until you are the person ordering . There coffee is decent and I enjoy having the option but isn't worth getting bees in the car that could be life threatening. Also I find most of their signature drinks to be too sweet for me, my opinion, if you are like me just ask for half the syrup!

Thank You for providing a sense of sanity during the ice storm while powerless for 15 days. Your great coffee, hot water and breakfast items provided a special break to cooking and boiling water on the grill. Your Breakfast Burrito selection has something for everyone in our family especially the vegetarian option. You may not be a part of our morning routine you will remain one of our favorites.

I love scooters through and through - their prices beat starbuck, Dutch Brothers, and Dunkin! Their baristas are SO friendly - the coffee... I'm not sure if it's the filtered water or what, but the coffee is decadent!!

Customer service is always fabulous at any of the Scooters that I've been to. Everyone is always so sweet. It's been awhile since I've been and I was shocked when I got to the window and my coffee was $7. That is the only thing that's going to keep me from going frequently anymore. It will be a once in awhile treat because I do love the White Rose(white chocolate raspberry mocha).

Was my first time visiting one. Drive-through lady was helpful and patient while I looked over the menu.

I go Monday thru Friday around 8am & they know me like the back of they hand 🤍 I love the customer service and the prices and of course my wake up coffee I couldn’t do anything without that 🤣

Made it known we were new customers and they informed us of the menu and great deals, was very friendly and held conversation with us while we waited on food, such a wonderful experience getting coffee this morning 🤗

I go here like everyday. If my husband sees this I'm going to say my phone was stolen and they wrote this. The food is microwaved, it's mediocre. The coffee is fantastic and I used to be a Starbucks person soooooo I just come here now. It's about the same price, don't get excited that it's cheaper. The people that work here should get tips, but they don't push the machine in your face like Starbucks does so that makes me a fan. I do t know what else I could say besides, just try it. I recommend the carmelicious, vanilla cold foam and almond milk because my stomach sucks 🤷‍♀️

Large Carmelicious with oatmilk and an extra shot every time. Try it. You might get addicted too.

I enjoy coming here with my siblings I enjoy the kind service. A barista was so kind to me the other day I went I believe her name was Mikayla!

The muffins are quite literally to die for. All of their food is really good! And the coffee, of course.

Update:1/3/23 - this was finally handled. I update the star rating from 1 to 2 since this has been settled. The time it took was still unacceptable, but their regional manager has been incredibly apologetic. Thank you. I was charged for another customers order on 12/18. I got one drink, the other customer had a plethora of items. The staff at the store said the charge would be reversed in a few days. I’ve contacted Level Up, other stores, spoke to the manager, etc. all who keep telling me it will be back on my card “soon”. Here we are on New Year’s Eve, almost 2 weeks later, and they still have not refunded the money. This is absolutely ridiculous. Scooters needs to rethink how they handle these situations. A refund should not take this long to process. They have lost a regular customer due to this, I highly recommend you use cash to pay for your orders at this location as management does not seem to think this is an issue.

The staff needs to be educated on what contains caffeine and what doesn't. Certain medical conditions cannot have any caffeine whatsoever. I told them I was going to get an EEG, and the doctor required no caffeine for the testing, including chocolate. They suggested black tea, chai, and decaf..all of which contain caffeine. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a modified regular chai tea, not latte...because I have to keep an eye on my sugar intake. I ordered a regular chai tea, with Splenda and almond milk. They gave me a chai tea latte. It spiked my sugar and made me really sick. Staff needs more training. No caffeine means no caffeine. No sugar means no sugar.

First time here and it did not disappoint. The peanut butter crunch was delicious and my dogs pup cup had an actual dog treat in it. Plus exemplary customer service.

I like going to this one they are always so nice and pleasant the young man at the window today is really nice he engaged in conversation the ladies there are always nice they get my order out right and quickly I appreciate that.

Stopped by this little shop for iced coffees this morning. Their customer service was wonderful! Everyone we spoke to actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The coffee was good too, a little pricey but comparable to Starbucks prices. Their breakfast menu has quite a few options. We’ll definitely go back again. We love having this shop close to home!

The have the best warm chocolate chip cookie I've tasted. The coffee is pretty good too!!

Love this location , they know my wife, myself and are dog very well. I always have great time pulling though this location. Doesn’t matter the time. The manager has done a great job with the staff. I find everyone there is super friendly.

I stopped by this location today and purchased a cold brew and a blueberry muffin which (the muffin) is my favorite item on the menu. My cold brew was delicious but the muffin was quite a surprising disappointment. I am always excited to treat myself to the typically moist & scrumptious treat, so you can imagine my disappointment when I bit into a very dry and practically stale muffin.
