Freaking delicious as always!!!! Was over joyed that I was able to order breakfast for lunch. Customer service was super friendly and very fast. This is a must visit for some classic food.

The staff is very friendly and it seems like they have a lot of regular customers. That says something about their service. The food is reasonably priced, flavor was just okay. We came at lunch and the wait wasn’t very long even for a busy time of day. The menu has a lot of options for both breakfast and lunch.

Very clean place. Customer service was phenomenal and the food was amazing. Good quality coffee. Biscuits are so warm and soft, pancakes are deliciously fluffy and eggs and bacon are very well cooked. Definitely Recommend!

I cannot say enough about this place. It's simply amazing. The team is beyond friendly and the chef is magical. Best place to get fresh food by far.

The cinnamon rolls were heavenly. The dine in experience was very pleasant. It had a “homey” neighborhood feel. I had a full breakfast. The biscuits were light, flaky and delicious. The ham was good, not too salty and the scrambled eggs were okay. The hash browns were not my favorite but the breakfast overall was very good. The cinnamon roll was the star.

This place has decent fair, good service, but it has THE WORST CUSTOMERS YOU CAN IMAGINE. Even when I lived in walking distance, I wouldn’t frequent this place because of the awful, self-righteous, terrible people who come here daily. Go for the cinnamon rolls, but beware of the horrible humans these people call their “customers”. PUKE!

Passing through this area we decided to eat here for lunch. I had the brisket sandwhich and my wife had the chicken fried steak. Both meals were very delicious and prices were fair. The atmosphere was unique and had a very mellow vibe that we enjoyed. Our visit was on a Thursday, just before 11am. We were surprised how busy it was but food came out in a timely manner and was fresh. Waitresses were also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

They were super safe at the peak of the pandemic, which I appreciate. Great, warm, friendly staff. I felt like a regular early on. The food is awesome and hearty. Good variety of drinks and breakfast items. Check their FB for awesome rotating lunch specials. Relaxed environment. Just a good, well-rounded classic diner with great eats and nice people. Came back after a long period gone and they're still awesome selling delicious food!

Dining at Shartel Cafe was a very enjoyable experience! The food was cooked to perfection and satisfied all the brunch desires. The staff was friendly and helpful! Would confidently recommend.

Not sure what the guys name is, whether he is the owner or not, but I definitely wouldn't eat at this place after seeing the guy with the Shartel Cafe use the restroom (take a dump), and get up walk right out the restroom at Restaurant Depot. Then he had the nerve to speak to me while I looked in disgust and kept walking. Will not recommend anyone eat from there. This guy is buying the food for this place. None of my associates will bother with this place either.

The breakfast sandwich was great! Excellent customer service as well. Nice place to read a good book and have enjoy your meal.

Best cinnamon rolls ever, and fantastic, friendly service. High quality food with a small town feel and eclectic ambiance.

Friendly and helpful staff which is the highlight of this coffee joint. Got the special of the day, meat is 2nd in quality but it was accompanied fresh sides. Their bread is worth every penny. If I get another chance to get coffee there, I'd have to try a stronger brew, the Americana blend tasted like water to me.

Delicious food - today we had biscuits and gravy and Italian chicken sandwich. Service was friendly and fast even though they were very busy.

It was our first time here, the food was good. The staff was definitely very friendly and nice. We will be back just for the service alone!

This place is a must stop for us when we come to town. The food is all homemade and very reasonably priced, not to mention delicious. We love grabbing a breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. Their biscuits are absolutely amazing! And, don’t even get me started on their homemade cookies…try one, you won’t be sad you did. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like family. You can tell they are proud of their quality food. Will be back every time we are in town.

It was a little strange paying and ordering before being seated but we did and the food came quickly. Everything was good. The chicken fry was a little tough but seasoned well. I also had a hard time finding the breakfast items online but full breakfast is served for anyone wondering. Overall it was pretty good.

Always friendly, always fast and always delicious food for a great price. Great spot to enjoy a coffee and cinnamon roll!

Don't understand why you have to order and pay then find a seat. 40 minutes to get breakfast is ridiculous. As I'm writing this review my meal was delicious.
