This is 2nd time I gave this place a try and coffee was nothing special. Kinda overpriced and employees don't give your total after you order. Blended beverage was melted more than halfway through. Weird and rude guy runs the drive thru in the mornings. Won't be back.

This was the first Scooters I had ever tried and I immediately loved it. This is the most convenient location for me since it’s right down the street from where I stay but today will definitely be the last day I go to this location. I still really love your products but I’d rather drive to the location on Penn so I can get the quality for the quantity of money spent.

They are always quick & friendly. Coffee is always great. The breakfast burritos are a little small for the price. I did get a veggie burrito instead of the bacon one once, it was okay. If that’s what you were wanting, it probably would pile be better. I do wish they had a way to order ahead & pick up, but otherwise overall pretty happy with their service and my experiences.

I ordered a candy bar latte and a white chocolate mocha over ice. The coffee was so watered down but had a burned taste and highly acidic all at the same time. I feel like McDonald's could even serve better coffee. Me and my significant other tossed our coffee out and didn't finish it. Highly disappointed. But the guy with curly hair was super nice and friendly.

Something is fishy is definitely going on with the prices and no receipts offered. Ordered a large Blended Carmel on Saturday and it was $6.25. It was great! Then went in this Sunday morning and got a medium and its $6.19? Definitely something weird. I'm betting they are doing add ons even when customer declines. Not good business practices.

Delicious! Girls working were very friendly and fast. We got 4 drinks, each with a bunch of custom stuff (we're mild coffee snobs) and all of them were great, highly recommend!

Live 2 miles away and thought today will be the day I pay $3 for a plain coffee with one raw sugar. It was at 10:40am, I think the coffee served to me was brewed at 9am. Def tasted old, $3 a cup it should be as tasty as my Black riffle coffee at home. I will not be back, rip off. Make me a fresh cup single serve for $3!

The peach mango quencher in lemonade, you won't be disappointed. Their lattes are good as well, perfect amount of sweetness without needing more.

My son and I went to Scooter's on Saturday morning on our way to the grocery store, and everything was excellent! The quality of the drinks we ordered was great, and the service was friendly, personable, and efficient. The young lady who served us was so sweet with my son. He wanted to know why they call it Scooter's, and not only did she happily explain it, but she gave him a lollipop just because 😊 It made his entire day! This business model is perfect for the modern person who is on the go and does not like waiting in long lines or having to go into a establishment. I used to be a Starbucks person, but lately the product quality and service has taken a nose dive. I find myself waiting in line both inside and in the drive thru for long periods of time, only to receive a watered down drink. I think it is safe to say I will be a regular Scooter's customer from here on out!

I stopped in for a quick cup this morning, ordered “the largest black coffee you have” and when I went to pay the sweet woman gave me my large plus an additional small coffee for free. She said “it sounds like you need a little extra boost this morning”. That is service folks!

I use to have excellent service at Rowell and Hefner location. Always ordered Moca Blender with 2 Extra shots of Espresso, I have not receive such luxury the last several times as I am not getting extra espresso added that I am paying for and Then on 2/2/22, I was charge over 12.00 for what use to cost me just around 7-8 bucs, same thing happened tonight on 2/18/22, this time I noticed Immediately as I got the receipt and was sharing with spouse it was paid and receipt by email. Then I notice was over charged on 2/2 as well. I Immediately called them out for charging me for the wrong order. Barista (Caleb) then told me he could not refund as the computer conveniently was not working, then was supposedly able to refund. Yet I never received confirmation email showing pending refund. I tried to call after leaving to speak to manager and their phone number is not valid or unable to dial even though I used 1+ areas code. So I reported online only to receive a reply they would call back during my work hours of Mon-Friday 8-5 when I cannot take personal calls. How convenient, I have been double charges twice and no resolution. I guess it is time to find another place to get my coffee. Back to Starbucks even though they are over priced at least I pay what I am quoted and get what I pay for or Immediate refund.

Love Scooters Coffee and all the workers do a great job. Only thing is I'm pretty sure they are told to make conversation with customers while they wait. Maybe it's just me but I don't want to talk about how my day has gone or if I have exciting plans for the day at 7:30 am before I have coffee. 💁🏼‍♀️

We always enjoy our trip to this Scooter’s location. They have a wide range of drink options, as well as milk substitutes. Their staff is very helpful and nice. Our dogs also have been given treats EVERY time we go, which is an absolute plus. Download the Scooter’s Coffee app for loyalty points! It takes a while to get rewards though.

I go here all the time since I live down the street. They’re always so quick and friendly. The cold brew I get always tastes great! Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews saying it’s watered down? I’ve never had that issue with them. Anyways keep up the great work Scooters!

Great place. Large menu with lots of choices. Coffee, hot or cold, is tasty and good. I recommend everyone try.

Fast service, prices are a little high for breakfast sandwiches but comparable to other coffee shops. I like the maple waffle sausage but if you try to eat it later the waffle is too hard.

I agree the price for some of the items is much. This isnt edmond, it's mwc. The spicy sausage burrito was actually amazing. So i just think they're not almost $4.00 dollars worth for the size. Definitely looks like they have variety which is good. So hopefully some changes come from this. Staff was nice and asked about my day. So i know they have the team, just need to space the pricing.

Spicy Burrito was absolutely horrible. I’ve had better burritos from run down gas stations. Obviously they reheat them several times until they are sold. Honestly unsanitary. Ok service

This was the worst place ever trust me yall do not want to go here it was the worst fkn coffee and then the new energy drinks they have there are not made right to be honest I want ah redund for this I will be returning and making ah complaint on the store and the managers and also the workers because I felt racially profiled I will also be speaking to an attorney on legal advise to take against this establishment

Friendly staff! But disappointed in the quality. I ordered an iced americano with cream and received extremely watered down coffee. (Literally looked like an iced tea) It did not have a pleasant taste and I threw it out.

Went to scooters on 122nd today 11/22/23 and ordered an iced matcha tea latte with vanilla. As I was drinking I kept tasting weird plasticy things so I look at the bottom of my drink and see this. The first drink is my drink and the second drink is my sisters who ordered the exact same thing, however she did not have this weird substance in hers. It was very disgusting and I still don’t know what it is. It tasted like plastic. Unfortunately I was too far before I decided to check the bottom of my drink to turn back and get a refund. Also I’m talking about the white stuff you see in the picture, not the green stuff (because I know matcha does this sometimes) but as you can see there is weird plastic at the bottom. Grossed out and will not be back. I went through the drive thru.

The service here was amazing! Jude Davis made my drink quickly but with much love. Kenzie was so sweet and kind when taking my order. She recommended me her favorite drink and it was so good. I never thought I would’ve liked a peanut butter drink. Jasmine was so charming at the window! This group of workers really made my day. I would recommend coming here and getting to meet the crew!

I don’t know what’s going on with Scooter’s lately but I keep getting a flavored milk when I order coffee.. for the past few weeks every Scooter’s I’ve visited around town has delivered me hot milk with a twinge of flavor. Worst case scenario I ordered a hot caramelicious shortly ago- little coffee if ANY coffee was in my cup, it was heavy with milk and when returning to the store to complain in person, the employee LAUGHED about my coffee being bad and insisted on charging me for another. Scooter’s has really dropped their standards in town lately, it seems.

I love, love, love Scooters. Always fast and friendly and my favorite part is always when they say to "scoot around to the window". They also do pup cups whenever I come through with my dogs.

Locations is great right by my apt, pass by it everyday! I think the drinks are over priced for sure, coffee isn’t as hot as I would like it to be it was way to sweet both time I went, but the service was great! I want to try more drinks but I honestly don’t thinks it’s worth the price.

NEVER open on time. I go to this location every morning down the road from my house. The employees are always having to wait on a supervisor to come open the store. That's VERY unprofessional. The employees are awesome, especially Jill! She goes above and beyond. She definitely needs a raise. I am actually here right now and it should have opened at 5:30 this morning and it is now 6:40 a.m. This location needs new supervisors for sure!

Out of almond milk seems like a lot, plus didn’t even have whipped cream lol on another weekend. Went to get gift cards for Christmas and guess what? OUT of that needs new management

I loooove this place!! Sorry not sorry, but I will never again wait in a 30 min Starbucks line when I can come here, wait at most 2-5 min, and get amazing coffee or espresso! Their espresso is never burnt and is always so fresh!! I love the people at the window everytime! The bacon burrito and caramelicious muffin are my faves! Their maple vanilla and holiday caramelicious spice lattes are my go to drinks during this season! I can order a medium (that's a grande with 2 shots of espresso and yuminess with almond milk) for only $6.25! That my friend, is the least expensive latte - made perfectly and so crazy fast - you'll see in this neck of the woods! So grateful for this place! Every single time I'm either rushed to get somewhere or just wanting something warm and comforting, they offer the best consistent service... Definitely stop by one of their many locations soon! You will leave thinking, "Why am I just now knowing about this place?" It's ok...I thought the same thing too!!

First off, I will probably go back because I understand when a place first opens its hard to get it together right off the bat but.... when someone orders an iced coffee, please give them some coffee with their iced creamer. Additionally, please nuke the breakfast burrito long enough to get it warm throughout. Overall my first impression was pretty bad, but like I said, I get it, you're figuring things out and trying to get into a groove. So, I will try this place again, just not anytime soon.

New location so I’ll give them another chance and will raise my rating if warranted. That said, the cold brew was atrocious. It was little more than mildly flavored coffee water (and not even a pleasant flavor). Lighter in color than a Lipton Brisk Iced Tea from a gas station. Two stars because the line moved quickly and the employee was professional and friendly

I went to scooters this morning like I do every weekday before work. Normally I pay 6.19 for my large drink, the price went to 6.84, no biggie. Today they were out of large cups so I agreed on a medium. When I got to the window my total was 6.95... for a medium... no thank you!

Seriously one of the friendliest staffs I've ever come across anywhere! They always make my morning bright and help get my attitude positive for the day.

I don't go out out often for coffee drinks, but when I do, I always pick Scooters. Service has always been great and the product is amazing too. They always hook my puppy up with a puppachino too (little cup of whipped cream and dog biscuit). Much better than starbucky in my opinion. Thanks for the great service.

If you’re going to a chain coffee shop, Starbucks is better. The only benefit it that it’s slower and from my experience the employees are always really nice. The drinks are normally not strong enough and I like my drinks not strong. I order the iced white chocolate mocha and it tastes like there is no coffee at all. I got an extra shot and now it’s ok. Not much of a difference in price from here to starbucks. I ordered their turkey breakfast sandwich and it’s good but nothing special. They are super fast though. So stop if you don’t have time but I’d rather make time to get Starbucks.

Coffee and pastry were really good. We ordered 3 coffees, 2 were supposed to be the same. Well we got up to the window and paid to grab our coffees. I told them that two of the coffees were to be the same and they said no that's not what you ordered. No I ordered a cold drink not a hot one because I said give me another one. So just be careful what you say and you will get your order.

Sugar free iced mocha came out terrible and they charged 6.75 for a medium. Took two drinks and had to throw it out. I wanted to like it but it didn’t happen.

Stopped to try early one morning. Not a coffee drinker but got a couple burritos. Ill stick wit Mcdons, Sonic, Wedys, anybody. Taste and look like 7 11 cheap 99 cent burrito and insult to injury the charge 3 80 per. Thats 2 ar most and same size.

This is a one time bad experience. But me and my friend went here and got a blueberry and cherry redbull infusion they tasted bad and not like our flavors. Then we went back and they remade them and they still tasted really bad. I'm not sure what happened.
