If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I have been established patients here for 25 years and no the time has come that we need to find a new doctor. This place has gone down hill in the last 4 years. If you have no desire to see the same doctor each time or get in in a timely manner than this place is for you. My husband and 3 kids were also forgotten about in one of the back rooms while the staff went to lunch at one appointment. Horribly service and care

I actually lost faith in medicine at this clinic. If your a black woman in Oklahoma there will always be those who will do anything to get you out of their office asap. This is one of them. I was very ill and had very little iron in my body. All my primary care told me is I shouldn't be sad and gave me antidepressants. Meanwhile I told him pills make my stoch hurt and it can't eat. Honestly if it was like or death and you're a black woman the clinic is dangerous to your health.

Dr. Green and my nurse Melissa were awesome. I tend to struggle with health anxiety, but Dr. Green listened patiently to all of my concerns and offered reassurance and reasoning for why my issues had more to do with anxiety than anything of legitimate concern. At the same time I never felt pressured to ignore a symptom if I truly felt it needed further investigation. Doctors often act dismissive--this was the opposite of that.

If I could leave a zero star, I would! I was going to have a well woman exam, but I absolutely refuse to let somebody near such an intimate area when they repeatedly show you they don't wash their hands!!! I have visited this clinic 2 different times now and both times the doctor hasn't washed his hands coming into or out of the room. The doctor has not taken the time to listen to me on either visit, then when I access my patient file on EPIC, he has charted/documented false information on my behalf each time! From simple things like he looked at my ears, nose, or throat and those were normal but the doctor never even got close enough to me to look at them without the light and magnifier. To larger things like claiming I told him I had a problem with my spine, but if he would have been listening to me as a patient, he would have heard me tell him that my period cramps happen mostly in my back. Then prescriptions are written under another's doctor's name, and the doctor ordering your medication didn't even see you! There seems to be a lot of medicaid fraud happening just with what I can see in my own chart... Asking insurance to pay for things not done is against the law last I heard. 0/10 wouldn't recommend even for my animals... Dirty hands lead to infections and the transmission of communicable diseases. Doctors should know this better than anyone else, in my opinion!

I waited for 5-7 minutes to get checked in. The office was empty. 2 ladies sat in the back office. Made eye contact and still ignored me!! THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. The doctor is the only reason I am coming back!! The front office ladies..Alize and whoever. Need people skills!! You do not know what people are going through so when they come in treat them as humans and not pest you have to check in

Front desk staff is friendly. Dr. Hart has been amazing so far. I've seen him twice. My observation is I've never seen a doctor refer out to a specialist on the first visit but he has. That's wonderful to me. Also he's realized that I have high blood pressure and that's also great news for me, because I've been told that I'm "too young" to have health issues in the past. Bottom line: it's WONDERFUL to have a Dr who's taking my health seriously! Thank you, my family thanks you.

I see Dr. Michael Williamson MD as my new PCP, he is/has been great. My former PCP retired after working 20+years. I am so glad that he referred me to Mike Williamson and GP Medical Clinic. Dr. Williamson and Dr. Rutherford keep their words, they do great follow up, they hear what you are saying and they care about their patients. My only complaint is they need a bigger and more visible sign out front I pass up the building each time.

Don't go here!!!!! I was a patient here for about 2 years, for the life of me I couldn't figure out why I kept getting sicker and sicker, I was taking different medications the "doctors" kept giving me because most of them didn't work. So recently the doctor gave me losartan, I start taking it for about a week and my chest starts to hurt really bad and my hands starts to swell to the point of when I pick up a coffee mug it leaves indentions in my fingers. So I set up an appointment to go back so the doctor can check and see what's going on. Before my next appointment I checked my integrist and me website to make sure everything was okay on the lab work I recently done for my neurologist. I see there's a message on there from the doctor a week before he prescribed that harsh medication, he wrote a message stating how he didn't want me as a patient anymore. Reason behind it was because I missed a few appointments through out the year. Why not tell me this during my appointment not everyone reads online messages etc. Why give me a medication that would damage me knowing you had zero interest with being my physician. these physicians don't care about anyone of us I started going there due to high blood pressure, I ended up on anxiety depression medication etc. These men and women really don't care for us anymore if it isn't lining their pockets by passing out drugs that don't work. I can imagine I'm not the only one this place has screw up and probably even you know.... It's a bunch of student doctors with one physician over them, crazy to imagine how many mistakes truly happens here.

I absolutely love Dr. McGee! She is 5 stars! She listens, discusses issues, and provides guidance every time. However, the clinic scheduling staff needs training, 3 stars.

I love Dr DeGaston. He is a wonderful doctor. This time I was seen by doctor Mcgee and she was really nice. They've been great. (in 2019)-I do not like a resident doctor, Trent, because I came in with an ear infection and he did absolutely nothing. He didn't even look at my swollen ear. He just looked at my chart and said it'll heal on it's own and left. Had to go to the ER a few hours later because my ear was bleeding and extremely swollen. I will never be seen by Trent again. ER Doctor Fish is wonderful.

The phone staff are rude and condescending. If you are not willing to give them hippa protected information they hang up on you and they face no consequences. If they are hung up on they tell the interns on you which isn't bad if they stated facts and only facts, like why they are hung up on. The doctors are great at seeing to your needs and get stuff figured out but it is almost to the point of not being worth it when you have to be disrespectted to get an appointment or answer. I literally have been told appointments are 30 days out or more and yet another staff within minutes can get me scheduled for the same doctor within a week. I know healthcare is a stressful job currently but it's equally stressful for patients. I think that the phone staff should be trained better and taught lieing is not necessary. Treat people right and they won't ask for the manager and everyone will be happier.

Reception was unhelpful in me obtaining a doctors visit. Was told my insurance was inactive so I called my insurer and they stated I was active. Usually receptionist are helpful but they made me feel like I was bothering them so I decided to go back to drawing board to look for a new PCP.

Satisfaction. I appericiated that the Dr. Took time and listened to us . With Out the typical one size fits all /medication pill pushing surgical pharmaceutical meds for everything fix / magic cure I have seen and experenced in the past.

My experience visit was exactly how I expected to go, the nurse was helpful and attentive. And my doctor was the same, took time to listen to me and explained certain stuff and procedures.

Little disappointed that I hadn't been informed of my primary graduating. BUT I was assigned To Dr. Christopher Chan and I'm very happy. He listened and offered several ways of adjusting my medications. Plus HE called me to give me my test results..

😠 What is the problem with your people? My wife is in your hospital and I get a call that she has been given a medication that causes her to think she is having a heart attack.
