A friend of mine showed up with a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and it looked so good I went to get one myself. My choice was the Peanut Paradise and it was wonderful. I ordered on the app and appreciated all the options to make the order just right. Now I have a happy mouth too!

I have to give this place one star not because of the drinks or food; but because the staff are rude and ghetto! They stare at you like you're an inconvenience to them and with an expression of get the heck out of here.

This has to be the Worst location of this chain in OKC. The staff is completely rude & disrespectful. The staff just stare at you, no words at all. It seems like you are a bother to them. Any other location I have been to, is always friendly & genuinely nice. Today I asked for no tomatoes, (I am allergic). I got no response from the lady taking my order. (Said her name was Daniela, but she hesitated.. so not sure if she made it up). No one responded. I pull up to the window to ask if my food had no tomatoes, she gave me the nastiest glare & just stood there. I will definitely drive to another location before I come here & spend my money again. This has happened to me at least twice and I still kept giving them a chance. What a joke.

The staff put a handwritten sign on the drive through menu saying they are only able to make smoothies, no food. It is 8:00pm and they don’t close until 9:00pm. This is absurd.

This location is my least favorite. The guy in the kitchen was really rude. I asked nicely I was missing my jalapeño corn and threw it in my bag. I order a chicken quesadilla and they did not put my chicken.

Rude drive through. Horrible customer service. Decent smoothie. Moore location is better.

I'm not sure what drink this is that I got, but it was not what was ordered.. It tasted like someone blended a few tablespoons of pineapple juice with water and ice, then put it in a cup and called it a smoothie. I had to make sure I wasn't crazy and looked up the nutritional value. For supposedly having 88 grams of sugar this sure tasted like water. I go to Starbucks all the time, so you best assume that this girl right here knows what a sugary beverage is supposed to taste like 😆 👎 I know times are hard for some restaurants but wow. I'd rather you just say you're out of ingredients and cannot make it as opposed to passing off this joke as the real deal. I poured it down the sink as soon as I tasted it.

Always close early ive Been there 2 times now and they dont want my business always looks like a bunch of people standing around and they always say before 830 they are ( fixing to close) RUDE and ill definitely take my money somewhere else

This location is my least favorite. The guy at the drive thru is rude and mouthy. He doesn’t belong in customer service at all. He kept running his mouth after I calmly asked for the manager and continued after I was done talking to her. My smoothie wasn’t blended all the way. There were big pieces of fruit left in it.

It was my first time at tropical smoothie worst customer service ever I was waiting in line I was looking at the menu and the employees kept hurrying me up to order something. I ordered the first thing I seen due to the pressure got to the window I waited about 5 mins for someone to come to me and when I gave them my money a 20 dollar bill they tell me they don’t have change for a 20 even tho my order was 15.76 which is ridiculous. I won’t be going back for sure

My smoothie was delicious and perfectly blended. The food was amazing and looked pretty too. Everyone that walked in while I was having lunch was greated and served with a friendly smile. Great job team!

March 11, 2023 Eating at other locations it was a big let down when I p/u my online order from the western location. Their Baja wrap was about two times smaller than other Tropical Smoothie locations. The smoothie wasn't as tasteful as the other locations either. Definitely not worth the money charged. Go to the Shawnee and or the Air Depot locations. Their wraps are worth the charge. They're HUGE! Their smoothies have more taste to them too. (I've only been to these 3 locations and I'll avoid the south western location).

Found a fly in my smoothie. Disgusting. How sick these employees don't care and mix a fly with your drink that you paid for

Order without sugar. It's good and reasonably priced. Almost everything has A LOT of sugar added. If you are going for a smoothie to be healthy or if you are watching calories, request no sugar. Sugar can add 300-500 extra calories in several of the smoothies. Fruits are sweet enough as they are! I've had the Detox Island Green (comes without added sugar), Sunrise, and Avocalada (without sugar or Splenda). They taste great and sweet enough without the added sugar. They offer boosters and add ins. I get the pea protein. I have not tried any of their deli menu. There's a drive-through available for convenience. I've never had to wait long, even when they were super busy. The employees are not as educated about the allergens in their items as I would like. I appreciate that they have this guide available with several allergens listed so you can avoid them if needed.

Giving 3 stars because i usually go here and never have an issue. I went in today at 8:45pm and was told that the store is already closed. It states here on google that they close at 9. Change the hours on here if you don’t actually close at 9.

Last few times the workers were all cool atleast the drive thru but the smoothies were watered down but today Montana if you made these 3 smoothies you killed it

Got an order this morning and the Man that took my order didn’t seem to thrilled to be at work. I got a smoothie and a breakfast wrap. The kind lady gave me my smoothie which turned out lovely as usual and the man that gave me my wrap ( bad attitude) didn’t say a word just here you go. I go to open It and it’s broke in half like wth! First time I try the food it’s gotta be someone that hates their job making it😩

My experience was terrible to say the least. I ordered a sunrise sunset and got something completely different from what I ordered I asked to speak to the manager and was then met with the rudest person I’ve ever came across. He refused to give me a refund or to even remake my drink. I definitely won’t be coming back

I got the Lean Machine smoothie and the all American breakfast burrito and they were so good. The workers were friendly and the store has a peaceful environment.

just as the other reviews say i too got watered down smoothies last night on september 8th 2022 around 8pm. there was literally no flavor to them. and neither did my girlfriends smoothie. i dont know how this happened but it sure tells me not to come here again.

All is good but the app. Trying to scan and or type in for my points and it tells me I'm not near a tropical smoothie location. It's funny because I am sitting in front of a location using their wifi.

The service was awful. The staff was so rude. I got two wrap meals with smoothies and the girl there didn’t ring up one smoothie so I had to reorder it. She was really rude the whole time and kept rolling her eyes. The food wasn’t even that great either. I won’t be going back to this one. Awful experience.

Ordered the chicken pesto flatbread and the strawberry/banana/pineapple smoothie(can't remember the name) but both were delicious! The staff was friendly and the place was amazingly clean! Out of all of the locations I have been to, this one is by far the best! Keep up the good work guys!

Great smoothies and so many selections and combinations and management was boss level. Ill be back .

Literally the worst Tropical Smoothie out in OKC. I only come here for breakfast but most times they have some excuse as to why they can’t provide any breakfast. “No eggs”, “No one turned on the stove”, “Its only me and I only know how to make shakes”. The guy today was the worst person I’ve ever talked to, why was he so rude? Who’s running this circus? 🤡
