Recently changed name to De St John Hotel. A good and cosy place to be with comfortable accommodation and clean environment. The grounds are lovely with poolside bar and spacious parking lot. Appears to have been recently taken over by new managers who did a lot of facility improvement

They have a small bar which I find interesting to watch Saturdays premier league matches back then when I was stile a student Manchester city vs Chelsea 2017/18 premier league match was the most remarkable here with a lot of Chelsea fans around

Came in a bit late, had to lounge here( executive suite), thinking it was worth the advert and all. Steady water and relatively steady light. Poor bedding, and sanitary wears. The food is just there ( just like fair home- cooking. The air conditioning is been monitored and rationed( doesn't even cool well). The only thing I enjoyed here, ' I could sleep with my two eyes closed '. Time to leave, can't stay another day🙂

I rate this place 3 star. The rooms are moderate. They have a little bit of a sizable parking lot. Located at the middle of Okpuno. Not one of the big hit hotels in Awka but definitely a moderate place to be on the go. A large bar but their VIP bar has stopped working. The pool isn't working too, so maybe a little improvement is needed. The location stands it out as it's easily accessible.

Bad experience. The hotel has seen much better days. Now it is seedy and smelling of damp. Management is pathetic. Erratic supply of electricity. When it's available, the air-conditioning is non-functional and there's no hot water in the taps.

The environment was amazing, great rooms and food services. But relatively expensive. There's also a swimming pool

View from outside looked good , I never went inside but from outside I could tell they had steady power supply which is a luxury in Nigeria and also security which also is a luxury in Nigeria. The other 2 stars I didnt give was because I didnt sleep or eat so I'll let you decide.

This hotel has a very cozy exterior. It's closeness to the road is very good because of access.But the reception is quite discouraging.It is so unkempt and very badly managed.

Spent a whole night here without power supply. I slept in the dark. The generator developed a fault and there was no backup gen. Quite disappointing for such a huge facility.

The rooms and services are spot on and the price is the best u can get around from hotels of equal standard around AWKA and it's environs. The Ac works perfectly, water heater is there in case u feel cold. Table size fridge and television. The electricity is 24/7. The experience is worth while. You need to experience for yourself
