A man Renee has quite the attitude for someone who is literally working for a corporate company serving customers. If you want to make your own rules you should probably on your own business and quite frankly you’re not gonna get there with the work ethic and attitude that you present. I arrived at 10:20 and simply wanted to place a lunch order. There was nobody else in line or even at the restaurant, Renee instructed that I would need to wait until 1030 and I could lap around and come back. No honey you can take my order and then walk it out to me when it’s ready as any other normal establishment would do. Placed a corporate complaint about this location and mentioned the several poor reviews apparently they are going to be completely cleaning house here as far as employment. Hopefully we can return to this location soon. Sidenote this was my first time even attempting to eat at this location. I’ve never been to a Burger King that’s denied making lunch at any time. There isn’t set lunch times at Burger King only for breakfast. This occurred on January 3 around 10:20 AM just in case he gave a false name as I noticed that’s an issue currently in many businesses. Employees refusing to provide names or giving fake ones.

Sunday, 8/27/23 1:15 pm We are SO impressed with this BK, and we travel to BK's all over. Great, quick, friendly, helpful service at the register. Managed by a manager with incredible Hustle... running here, running there, giving customers' their orders while supporting his staff. Well done Old Bridge BK. Very well done. Cindi Weiss

Always a long wait here they pretty much and honestly bk is no longer affordable . Yes it's not this places fault. But every time we go here on drive through always a wait and we always have to check to make sure we get everything.

On Easter i went to this Burger King and the whooper I ordered tasted weird, but as I was finishing I found what us in the picture. I complaint to the manager and the try to brush it off, saying it's an onion... you tell what it is looking at this picture.

Food was hot and crispy. Staff was very welcoming and fast.

Most pathetic service, for some unknown reason they were not taking the credit cards over the counter, credit card were accepted only on the drive through window. Only cash at the counter. They made me go to the ATM machine for the cash, i was with my kids otherwise I would have not spent a single penny in there. The staff was very courteous, I did go pretty harsh on them but they kept their cool and handled me very professionally. Two thumbs up for them.

Went through the drive-through this morning for breakfast. Usually, the person working the drive-through is so nice and pleasant. It was not busy. I was the only customer. The person taking the order was so unpleasant. I said when I got to the window, you seem frustrated ( I was about to say I pray your day gets better). He replied maybe it's you in a nasty tone. I could tell he was a manager due to his attire. Completely unprofessional!! I ran restaurants for years and it's all about customer service. Granted we're all human and have bad days, however rude remarks! I was in a good mood and his kindness and unprofesionalism ruined my start of day. It's fast food but everyone should be treated with respect. Do Better!!!!

It's been about 5 years since I ate at a burger King. It was actually pretty good. The service was excellent and very fast.

I used to go here over 50 years ago. It was great never a bad meal. I looked at the current menu and saw everything cost ten times more than back in the day. There was no drive thru back in the 1960’s. Kinda glad it’s still there. Regards a former Madison township high school grad. Go spartians.

One of the most consistent BKs I've been to. I never used the drive-thru, but in-store service is pretty prompt from what I have experienced. The food is really tasty, and despite the occasional understaffing issue (management's fault), my food always comes out quickly and with quality to match, with everything right in the order.

Of all the Burger King's I've been to, this is hands down the best. Ive recently moved to Old Bridge and I'm so glad i stopped in. Now I see why their hours are from 6 to 12. These hours are needed due to the high volume. Quick service, perfect food and the staff was very accommodating.

Very good food. Fast service. Little disappointed that I didn't get white buns for Halloween on my 2 for $6 whoppers. Clean restaurant clean bathrooms. A++ would recommend

Never an issue when i come to this location. Foods always good, lines never long, and employees are efficient and nice. Definitely night and day with the other locations around.

I pulled in and saw two cars just taking off after what I assumed they waited to long to place the order. They are notorious for taking forever but I had 15 min to kill. Guy on speaker said hold nothing else when I pulled up. After waiting for two min no one in front of me waiting to pay or anything like that, so I asked are you guys open? He then said angrily plz hold I said! Owner should look at the camera between 6:35 and 6;50 He will see what this useless employee coast him. It’s not rocket science but if you stink at this job then that says it all. I went to McDonald’s. I would have still been waiting had i not!

Terrible. The blame is mostly on the management. The amount of times i’ve seen one poor minimum wage workers having to run the whole restaurant by themselves during a night time rush is astounding. Either they’re extremely understaffed, or the management just doesn’t care about their employees. Granted, these experiences were months ago, but the fact that it ever happened is terrible. Another bad experience: One time i ordered a meal that comes with a coke, they said ok and i pulled up to the window, it wasn’t until after i paid that i was told they didn’t have drinks right now. Not just coke, but drinks in general. How do you let that happen? They refused to give me a refund on the drink that i paid for, and instead told me to ask for a certain person next time i came and i would get a drink for free. Absolutely embarrassing.

Absolutely AWFUL... Customer service AWFUL.... if I wanted to be spoken to like I was in the Hood I would have gone to Newark!!! I've cream machine broken. THEY ONLY ACCEPTED CASH ND MOST MACHINES DO NOT WORK! ICE CREAM ...CREDIT CARD... ETC. MCDONALD'S IS LITERALLY A BLOCK AWAY.... DONT GO HERE!

We tried the new breakfast sandwich - Sausage Cheesy Breakfast Melt. It was perfectly made, everything fresh. Best fast food breakfast I’ve had in years! I hope the quality remains the same👍🏻😋👅

This place has consistently been reducing in quality of their product. They serve hash browns that are half fried, cold and soft on the inside, burgers. Everything on your burger is sliding out more often than not. One small slice of tomato on your bun and two strands of onions at times. Even the ice mocha coffee varies in taste and texture every other time.

(Saturday 7/9/22 @ 130pm) I got home and noticed I was missing a Whopper JR. I called & was told to come back. I was greeted with big smiles, my Whopper JR, plus free fries and a free pie. Superb job by the manager on duty!!!
