One of the best place to enjoy in Mahabaleshwar. Best time to visit is winter. Lake is clean. Boating is allowed on fare. There are paddle type boats as well as rowing boats. Fares are charged on hourly base. Horse ridings are available near lake.

Bottling on top of mountain is a wonderful experience. Here paddle boat ride with loved one is good feeling and memory for life. If anyone not want to do bottling, just seeing is also good.

Venna Lake is a scenic human-made lake in Mahabaleshwar. The lake offers rowboats, and paddleboats ride to the visitors and hence is usually very crowded. Apart from boating, there is horse riding and rides for children such as merry go round and the toy train. The lake serves yummy Chowpatty food and has numerous food stalls that serve delicious street food items like Corn, bhelpuri and fresh fruits like mulberries, strawberries and carrots. Bagicha Corner and Hirkani Garden are the most famous restaurants around. People prefer to walk to reach here from the market area and the bus stand nearby.

If you are looking to Horse ride, this is the best spot to get your favorite color horse and pose like a king. According to Me this place Is little over hyped ... It is a good place but always overcrowded and for boating you'll always have to wait around 30 minutes. A horse ride is available on a ground next to lake but that's way too expensive... they'll charge you from 400to 600rs for a 400 meter horse ride and 100rs if you want to click a photo while seating on a horse Other than that this place provides very good vibes no matter how many times you visit there So if you are visiting Mahabaleshwar for the first time do check out this place

Very beautiful lake have a nice boating facility. Ticket is Rs. 300 per boat. 5 to 6 people can eassily accommodate and enjoy the boat ride. You can have lots of eating options near to the lake. You can try for strawberry and mulberry ice cream. There is hanuman temple on banks of lake. The lake is surrounded by trees on all sides. Tourists can enjoy a boat ride over the lake or a horse ride next to the lake. A number of small eateries line the banks of the lake.

This place has lost its original old charm too commercialized for my liking. Must visit stalls like anarkali and cream corner for strawberry fresh cream and corn patticeand corn Frankie.

Have been here with my friends last year . One of the most beautiful place of Mahabaleshwar . Most of the people every year use to visit this place it is famous tourist attraction . Boating is available at this place . Also you can enjoy horse riding here . For horse riding they can charge around 250-300 you need to bargain to get at low price . There are multiple food stalls available at this place . so do visit this place and enjoy with friends and family.

One of the tourist point on the road while going to Mahabaleshwar. You have different activities to do like horse riding, boating. Ambience is good. You can visit this place through out the year. Price of food, activities are always high. You have an option of paddle boating. The place is working through out the day, public holidays, sundays. If want to visit, please try in week days as rush is less. Friday, Staurday, Sunday are busiest days.

Good place to go for sunset views. The boating cost is quite high but it is worth it. Parking fees of 20 RS are there. Boating cost is nearly 450 for 1 person. And you can rent the manual paddle boat for 1 hour. You can also do horse riding there. It is for 250 RS for 15 20 min and the horse is trained and performs stunts you can take photos and see Venna lake from above.

Awesome experience!! Such a nice lake and view to enjoy with family. They offered peddle and rowing boat. We opted for rowing which was charged for 400 for 30min for individual boat which is not shared with others and a man would be there to row the boat. Cool place and nice atmosphere!!

In monsoon you won’t be able to experience the view as it is covered by fog but you can enjoy with horse ride and some snacks in monsoon.

I really don't like this place because it's normal boating... just you sit and boat moves... it's very simple boat ride ..a.the rains if you go the water depletes ,so to ride the boat you have to to do rock climbing down side and up side both... It's very slippery since it's just the mud which was covered with water and since we are going in winters or summers ,the rain water gets depleted and it's all m u d d y ...very difficult .. definitely the beauty and the serene can be enjoyed... You have to travel a lot to reach this Veena lake so I would definitely not suggest...
