It used to be a great relaxing place, which we frequently visited to enjoy the creative process and time together and where we could take our time to complete our work without experiencing pressure of “your 1.5h is running out” and “”we can pack your paints so that you can finish it at home”, which does not work for us. They used to show new techniques for the pottery you have chosen, and we experienced joy. We have been there two times after changes have been implemented and spent around )$90- 110 for two people/pieces each time. These were bigger pieces, and we were not able to complete them within 1.5h. There has been plenty of space available, but we were pushed to leave, earning some extra time through negotiation and stress. Calling to ask about more time provided very limited options and minimal time addition to 1.5h. It is not worth visiting any more for us. It feels like the focus has turned from sincere customer service to pure money making. Wishing you all the best and, possibly, considering good old times for positive changes in the New Year.

It was a nice hour to share with your children. I thought it was a little over priced. Would I return, probably not. But overall a nice time.

Me and my boyfriend came in for the office trivia night and it was our first experience painting too. We chose 2 cups, but they have plates, bowls, and decoration items. It was so much fun! You get to create something that is going to make you smile every time you look at it, because you’ll remember the experience. I recommend! :)

Great place. The staff is very kind, accomodating and helpful. You select a pre-made clay sculpture from a large selection, select the paint you want and start painting. I had about 1 hour 15 minutes of time to paint which was plenty, you can also take it home with you and they will supply the paints. A few things to keep note of: Make reservations before hand, it takes about a week till your creation is glazed, so you just leave it there, pay and pick it up on a given day, the colours will pop and shine after being glazed as shown in the photos and the prices will depend on the pre-made clay sculpture you select. Highly recommend this place for all ages.

Super fun time painting activitity. I was happy to see a variety of paint options and techniques. This trip was covered by the company but not sure I'd pay $30 for a dish to paint. Very therapeutic and relaxing for adults. I could see families with children having a lot of fun with this!

This was my first time painting pottery and the process was so much more fun than I would have ever given it credit! The selection of what you can paint was super cool, and the different paints themselves were at such a high variety, there was no chance to stunt your creativity. The employees were so kind as well, from the explanations to answering all of our questions, and even giving us 20ish extra minutes to finish up! Highly recommend checking this place out as a cute date or activity to do during a birthday!

Lovely place, went here for a friend’s birthday and absolutely loved it! There was tons of cute pottery to paint under $30. There was all kinds of paint colours including paints with different coloured speckles in them. They even hand paint in little bottles with a thin spout so you can write messages on it.

Me and my 2 friends (we’re in our 30s), went here yesterday and wow I can’t believe how fun and relaxing this experience was. 2 of us painted mugs and the other painted a plate. I can’t wait to do this again. The owner and employees were super helpful and awesome too! Very cute atmosphere. It was fun to be creative and talk with friends while painting. I would highly recommend this place to go on a date, a friend hang or take your kids to, it’s wonderful!

I had a delightful time at Crock and Doodle. The cozy atmosphere and exceptionally kind staff made every moment enjoyable. Despite the week-long wait for your masterpiece, the anticipation adds to the excitement. Overall, it was memorable, and I can't wait to return.

absolutely amazing!!! I booked a table with this location for a family Easter activity. they were on the ball with communication between emails and phone calls. upon our arrival they gave us our instructions and helped us where they felt might have been needed. they pretty much let our creativity hit the ceramics once we started. I highly recommend coming to this location. This activity is great for any group of age. Thank you again for the amazing experience !

I went with my girlfriend (now fiancée) to paint some pottery as a way to remember the day. The staff were super helpful for first timers and also accomodated my request in a private table given that I was planning to propose later that day. I'm very appreciative that all went well smoothly and will be recommending this as a fun activity for couples/families.

Brought 3 of my grandchildren during March break. They had a fun time. A lovely place with kind attentive staff. The owner had her own children there, and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for a memorable time.

What a fun spot to spend a couple hours. Pick out your pottery, paint it and then get it glazed. And voila- a work of art. Makes for a great gift too. Rika is super friendly and extremely helpful in guiding you through the painting process, so you can get it just how you want it. Tons of colours to choose from. Fun for both kids and adults. 🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had a super fun time painting pottery with my partner here. Not inexpensive, but prices seemed reasonable considering it included painting/firing the piece after. My only minor complaint is that there weren’t a lot of colour options for glazes, and we didn’t know if we could mix them or not, so more information on mixing glazes would have been nice. Otherwise, awesome experience, will go again!

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. I made a Christmas tree ornament with my baby's footprint on it, they helped me with the print. Will definitely be back, Maybe when my daughter is old enough to paint too. Thanks for accommodating me even though I didn't book ahead.

Had a pretty sad experience and I hope that you stay away from this location. The manager or employee (do not know who it was) said things to us such as "How will I make money off you guys, I just turned away a family, I could have had them sit in" even though another Crock A Doodle location told us we could bring in our unfinished pieces and work on them at a different location. She was visibly frustrated at us, speaking to us with a bad tone for no apparent reason and she did not offer us any solutions but instead decided to blame us for not knowing her policy. If another location tells us we can go to other locations to finish our paintings, why did you make us feel like it was our fault for not knowing your policy? To be honest, we would have been fine with buying new pieces and working on them, but the way this lady handled the situation made it feel like it was all about the money, all our fault for not knowing, and did not care about providing us with a fun experience. Very disappointed.

Had such a great time here with my friends! The piece options are all so great it was hard to pick which one I wanted to paint. The customer service was great as well! Even though I was running a bit late after calling they were super understanding and still let me come after 5 mins. Definitely will continue to come to this location. Just make sure to call them to inform you are running late 👍

👍👍 I tried this place at the recommendation of my friends, and I would love to visit it again.
