My boyfriend and I go to this specific red lobster location because of the friendly staff and excellent customer service provided here. This was our second visit, where we were warmly greeted by Lucile (I believe) at the front desk who was welcoming with a smile. Our server, Winston very attentive, engaging and professional. The quality of seafood for the price also keeps us returning to red lobster. My boyfriend is a seafood lover while I am not. I appreciate that they have introduced several additional menu items that do not have seafood. The Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta had a kick to it while the chicken was tender and juicy. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was good the famous biscuits they give where topped with salt which made the buns almost unable to eat I don't remember there ever being salt added to the buns when we asked the waiter he said is always like that. We asked the waiter for mayonnaise he said we don't have any but he would ask the person who brought the food we asked if there was any mayonnaise her response was the same we don't have any which is very strange why would there be none you sell burgers I love my burger with mayonnaise anyways they found some and have a little amount. Other then this the food was good the server was nice. In the picture you can see the grains of salt on the bun is added is not ever been there before.

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in a while, and now confirming that I don't need to go back for a while. Food is super salty. Plus kids Mac n Cheese is literally Kraft Dinner. Family member ordered adult version and they were drastically different.

The only place to enjoy the sea food first thing in mind is Red lobster always fresh juicy and perfection, ambience is good,and the best part is they have few activities for kids to keep them busy,and service is amazing we were served by Grace and she was the best. Enjoyed every moment, expensive but trust me worth money and time 🙏 keep up the tast and service.highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant experience at Red Lobster especially services provided by Mr. Manav. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. I’ve dined at Red Lobster several times and have never been disappointed, “except for this time” as 1 - The biscuits which are signature item of Red Lobster 🦞 weren’t fresh / warm 2 - Sesame - Soy Salmon 🍣 Bowl the Brussels sprouts size was much bigger than earlier before due to which the sauce hadn’t gone into them and didn’t gave the same taste 👅 which was a disappointment! – it’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover.

To be honest only lobster，pork taste good and fresh. The lobster soup was super salty and two different pasta taste weird. My friend even said that mussels taste bitter. We eat lunch within 2 hours，the server even want us pack all food and leave the table. The whole restaurant has lot of empty tables.

My family and I went to this location about a month ago and it was a really nice experience. The restaurant wasn't busy so we were seated quickly. Our server was very nice and our order got to us fairly quickly. The food was well cooked and came out looking very appetizing (I hope the pictures do the meals justice). It was my birthday so I was able to claim the birthday special of a dessert (we ate too much before realising that we didn't take a picture 😅 but that's just how good it was). I had chocolate cake and there was vanilla ice cream on the side; such a good combo. I'd definitely go back especially since the price, food and ambiance all matched up.

Been here several times and will keep coming back but today’s crab cakes were a little disappointing. Us gals love taking pics and to have bad lighting throughout the restaurant was rather disappointing. I hope they can work on that. Otherwise, my other food items were delicious and hence a four star. Must I shout out that our server, Bill, was knowledgeable about the items on the menu and very professional. So thank you Bill. Unlike some places, our server kept coming back to ensure all was well and to ensure if we needed something else, we didn’t have to wait long.

Went on Red Lobster and was pleasantly surprised with the experience! We went for their lunch menu and right away the waitress provided us with 4 biscuits and some water to drink (the biscuits were also quite tasty!). The menu was organized well, with the exception of the lunch menu sides not calling out the extra cost as clearly as it could be. The portions were quite generous, to the point where I couldn't eat the full meal! The salad was much better than anticipated, and it had full shavings of parmesan cheese as opposed to standard sprinkling of it. The popcorn shrimp was also good, along with the fries. Value for the meal was also fair with an $11.99 starting point for lunch. Wait staff was attentive and extremely nice. Surprisingly on the table they had a small Point of Sale device that also had games installed on it (didn't play any) and allowed you to easily pay for the meal at the table and settle up the bill. I have never seen anything like that before in a sit down restaurant which was surprising, in a good way.

Our server was nice, and kindly got me a different drink when I noticed it was way too sweet for me. I got the Fire-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. The portions of the food were too small (in my opinion) but tasted good. The salmon was a bit too dry and everything else was a bit too oily for me though. Maybe I should have gotten a salad instead of mashed potatoes. The pina cola was amazing! Would definitely get that again! The vanilla bean cheesecake was also great!

We frequent this location every so often, and without fail, our experiences have always been positive. The staff, the food, and the drinks are great making it a must-visit for seafood lovers. Shout out to Jonathan, whose exceptional service adds to the overall enjoyment of our visits.

Haven't been to this location in decades so it was nice to revisit an old area. It was pretty quiet for a Friday evening so no problem getting a table. Our server Crystal was very friendly and attentive. The biscuits as always were amazing and one of Red Lobster's favourites. The food was just OK and maybe a little pricey but that seems to be the case with all restaurants these days. I had the Admiral's Feast and the shrimp size and portion was very good but the rest of the portions were again just OK. I don't know if I'm remembering wrong but I thought the dish used to have larger portions back in the day. Specifically, the fish size could have been a big bigger. It was rather small as you can see from the picture. My wife had the lobster and shrimp tacos which she says were good. I think my only sticking point with my dinner was that the ingredients felt a little too deep fried if that makes sense. I'll try another dish next time I happen to visit them.

Mikayla was the sweetest server ever! Such a positive attitude and so wise with her suggestions. She recommended the Baja bowl and it was bomb! My fiance and I left totally stuffed but content with our overall experience. Thanks!

Today was our second time in this restaurant. First, we were greeted be the lovely receptionist who offered to take a lobster out of the tank to be seen close by my son. Next, our waitress McKayla was beyond amazing; we we’re struggling with our hungry son, so she took his 1st and it was ready in a few minutes. She also checked on us multiple times and gave us updates about our dishes. The biscuits were fresh and fluffy, we had the lobster, artichoke and seafood dip for a starter. We had the ultimate feast, we chose lobster tail and grilled scallops as the premiums, and coconut shrimps and shrimp linguini for classics, in addition to a side of mashed potatoes. Everything was tasty, maybe the mashed potatoes was my least favorite, but was still good. For dessert, we had the chocolate wave that tasted heavenly. The service was superb, and the food was delicious.

I went there last night with my friends and enjoyed everything.. Appetizers and main food are the best. their cocktails was very good as well..their Portion was enough for 2 people. Garlic bread was perfect i love it. It is very lovely place for Friends gathering or couples date.

Lovely restaurant. Lots of natural lighting. The usual menu. Seafood fish burgers chicken. Food served hot. Very tasty. My wait staff is outstanding 👏🏾. And this restaurant is kid friendly. Great family restaurant. Also perfect for dates, business meetings and friends social outing.

Nothing great about the food. Overly priced. We came at a very busy time Saturday night dinner so unfortunately we didn't get the proper service - missing items, we had to ask over three times to get some water/drink refills, and by the time we got our biscuits refill, we were already done our meals. We didn't bother complaining to the manager because we are not coming back. The shrimp Caesar cocktails were magnificent nevertheless.

Trying to have a nice family meal on Sunday and worker Winston could not of disliked his job anymore. Horrible service like we were forcing him to be there and work. Never cleared any of our plates and getting refills was impossible. The bad attitude of this service ruined our meal it was so upsetting to pay for a dinner where your treated like this.

Service was really slow and it wasn’t even busy. Waited almost an hour for our meals. We went when it was off peak hours thinking the meal would come fast. Surely disappointed.

On my birthday I decided to treat family to red lobster. I tried to get reservation, it wasn't written anywhere. I just found out when my family and I came. Thankfully it wasn't busy yet. Service was bad, the server can't even explain the menu and just left. We just want to ask any recommendations he has to offer. Then the food we order came 45 mins. later. It was handled by other servers while he was just there, attending other table. Food was bad and the price was not worth it. Also, the food has hair on them even the drink. At the end, we decided not to get dessert and get the bill. Our assigned server, who has been ignoring us, has the audacity to ask for tips. It made wonder what am I paying for going to red lobster. Going there at red lobster (Dufferin location), is just total waste of time and money. Overall, I advise people to not go.

I'm going to say it how it is. This is my first ever visit to any Red Lobster Restaurants. Being a son of immigrant parents when they raised us they didn't know about these restaurants being Italian my mom was a stay-at-home mom and she could pretty much cook anything from the Italian cuisine. Anyways I was very impressed with my visit tonight at Red Lobster my friend decided to treat me. I was going to order a burger but I said what the heck I'm at Red lobster let me order something seafood. The mozzarella sticks were average nothing special. Sweet chili shrimp was okay But when I got to create my own platter I got the linguini with alfredo and shrimp which were absolutely delicious. The mashed potato which was pretty good with a side of sour cream. And probably one of the best coconut jumbo shrimp I've ever had. The unlimited tea biscuits are good I forgot our servers name she was from Honduras fantastic lady. I'm a big guy and I felt a little embarrassed when I told the girl no booth and she kept on bringing us to different booths. Until we found the booth that was movable and we adjusted it. Thanks to Red lobster for pretty good

Celebrated my Mom and my aunt's 91st birthday on Feb 18, 2023. Our server was amazing and very attentive. He offered to help and removed the meat from the crab legs for my Mom. The food temperature was hot. Each dish was delicious, and service was punctual. Prices have definitely increased.

I just wanted to also share the praise I forwarded to customer service via the website here as well. My mum and I visited this location yesterday afternoon. We had dropped off my son nearby for a birthday party and decided to grab a quick late lunch. Firstly, the server was absolutely lovely. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but he was so patient and kind throughout our meal. At the end of our meal, my mum started to feel unwell (nothing to do with the food!). She felt as though she was going to faint. I let the server know and he immediately sprung into action to help. He notified the managers who swiftly came to the table as well. While I was on the phone with emergency services, they took care of her by fanning her, keeping her alert, and having her drink some cold water. She felt better within a few minutes. I cannot express how grateful I am that these three individuals in particular were so kind, empathetic, and all around wonderful. It made things a little less stressful for me as well. When the ambulance arrived they made sure everything was smooth as well. My mum is okay and was checked over in the ambulance but I just wanted to express my gratitude for the truly kind service we both received yesterday. I apologize that I didn't get anyone's name yesterday. This location has always been wonderful over the MANY (Many) years we've been visiting.

My son and I had an absolutely wonderful time, it was his first time there and he loved every minute of it. Our server was unbelievably nice, and my son was amazed at the endless shrimp. Which by the way came extremely fast and was delicious. I just found the restaurant lighting to be a bit dark for the middle of the day, but everything else was fantastic!

10/10 the food taste so good. The staff is so amazing. I love evrything in here.

Me and my wife visited this location for the first time the hostess took 10 min to just come and they were chatting in the back. Also my mask broke and they didn’t give us a mask I had to waste 15 min to get a mask after we came again 10 mins I went and called them to give us a seat anyway I was done food wanted to pay My wife called a lady and she didn’t come and ignored us so I called someone who worked their and she was so rude she yelled I am not a server I’ll bring her and she was so mad and she didn’t call anyone after that I called them and told them I wanna leave can u get the bill the server was really nice but that lady was so rude I don’t wanna go to a restaurant where someone wanna yell at me if they’re having a bad day have some manners first and have some customer service skills not visiting this location ever again that lady ruined my day I can’t believe she yelled at me hope u treat customers right after you read that …

Very cozy feel and great food. I only have 1 big issue with this location. I came to this location for my significant other's birthday and we were told by whoever was at the front desk that she would get a free brownie dessert (since we came on the day of her actual birthday). Once we sat down the server said she can choose ANY dessert since it's her birthday. We were a little confused and asked again to confirm if it was just the brownie dessert or any dessert but the server insisted that it was any dessert. Once the bill came we were charged for the dessert she had ordered (white chocolate cheesecake). When I inquired about the charge the server said "I never said it was going to be free, only that you could choose from any dessert and I'd bring it for you." I wasn't going to cause a big commotion since we were there celebrating a birthday but it was a very scummy thing to do. We asked about it twice and both times were told that it would be for free. We both enjoy Red Lobster very much but this left a sour taste in our mouths.

This place is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for convenient rates. Always neat and with awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Great service I will go back and back just because the service we got not only us every table he was serving. Great job I don’t know he’s name but he had a gray hair. If you like shrimp really like shrimp this is the place to go especially when it's "all you can eat". I went with 2 friends l arrived just when it opened however l had to wait for my friends. Once they arrived around noon we ordered - the waitress was polite smiling and always asked if we wanted more. My two friends had enough after 2 orders l ordered 1 more time. I really enjoyed every bite every shrimp. Try it!!

“We Don’t Have That” Went as a party of two adults, & two children. All staff seemed miserable. No smiles, no “thank you”, nothing. I don’t know what happened to but them all, but it must have been terrible. We ordered, and one-by-one, the miserable waiter would come back and tell us “we don’t have that”. Over and over. No lids for kid drinks, no mimosa, no orange juice, no apple juice, no golden breaded fish… It was like an SNL skit, but less edible. I’m adding a pic of my “sangria”, complete with bar lemon and lime 😫 because it has to be a joke that we just were not in on! LOOK AT IT. 2/5 stars, one star for the biscuits and one star because food was served and consumed. Update: Thanks for reaching out, Red, but I don't want any coupons or discounts, because NAH, FAM, DO ME ONCE.

Their food is pretty decent, we ordered surf & turf and create your own ultimate feast for about $50+, I got lobsters, Alfredo pasta, garlic shrimp & sirloin, honestly it was amazing! Their lobsters is good(not that tasty), garlic shrimps and the chocolate wave is really good! Their good customer service is also great! I would recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter, Bill, was phenomenal and I really wanted to highlight how he really added to the positive experience at Red Lobster. We came in with a large party on 09/16/23 for the All You Can Eat Shrimp event. It was very busy but Bill always made sure our drinks were full and our orders were correct! I would recommend this location as it seems management is pretty great here.

For a long time I have dined-in to this location and have never had a complaint about the food. For the first time my family tried to use the takeout option and was absolutely disgusting! All the food that was brought out was cold and dry. My particular order was missing a baked potato but maybe that for the best, as all the other baked potatoes were hard and stone cold! 1 of the 2 salads were nasty as it was wilted and old! I don't know why but the portions seemed to have gotten smaller as the "large" shrimp scampi were actually just 6 little shrimp that I wouldn't even consider an appetizer let alone the claimed main course. All in all, the overall experience was disappointing and would never do takeout again!!!

I was initially disappointed with the way our seating arrangement was handled. However, the server made up for that and delivered very good service. Drinks and Food came in a timely manner. Portions were ample and the taste was in keeping with some of the other favorable reviews we perused. Without that server, my rating of this restaurant was destined for 2 stars. Service is important, every time.

The Dufferin location has never disappointed us. Even when we used to pick up during Cocid closures or currently when we just went for a sit-down meal. It's always fresh and just a perfect reminder of why one loves seafood 🫠 the bread is obviously to die for. Everything is cooked and seasoned to perfection!

Crabfest was indeed a feast. Good portion and delicious as enjoyed by my son. We had the lobster dip for appetizer as shown. I had the crab and striploin (upgrade), crabmeat on top were pretty good. Though service was a little slow. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of free parking by plaza.

The food and service was AWESOME!!!! Lisa provided excellent customer service during this Endless Shrimp Event. She was prompt with our orders and always checked in to make sure we were ok. The food was delicious and the value was on point. The Virign Bahama Mama and Pina Colada were perfectly made. The restaurant was clean and all COVID safety protocols were met. The GM Phillip was also kind and courteous. He encouraged us to come back again which we definitely will.

Anthony Vargas made sure my family and I had a memorable experience last weekend on my moms birthday. The staff was super friendly, food was flavourful, the blended margaritas are to die for. I’ll definitely be back for more of those. Great management! It surely shows. Thank you!
